!!Danganronpa spoilers ahead!!

This year I have taken on the fun task of watching my roommates play all of the danganronpa games and watching dr3 without them knowing anything about them (aside from that “Junko posing is from that”). However, while playing they have jokingly predicting many things that I started to write down to show them later. So I will now provide my favorite jokes they made that were correct. We’re getting through SDR2 now so I will come back with more later I’m sure. Anyways…

I now present…

My Roommates Amazing Abilities to Guess the Danganronpa Plot Line:

1. Toko/Syo:

Roommate 1 looking at Toko in chapter 1: “I just know she kills people”

Roomate 2: “no she’s just a girl”

Roommate 1: “yeah a girl who hides dead bodies”

2. Nagito

Roomate 2 immediately after seeing Nagito in the prologue: “Hajime he’s not a chill guy look at him there’s evil in his eyes”

Roommate 1: “no he’s just gay”

Roommate 2: “yeah gay and sinister”

3. Hajime

During the SDR2 prologue-

Roommate 2: “maybe he’s just the ultimate boring guy”

Roommate 1: “he was just so talented at being talentless they had to let him in”

Roommate 2: “Ultimate just a guy”

4. Celeste

During THH Chapter 2

Roomate 2: “just offer the gambler a dollar im sure she’ll kill someone”

5. Chiaki

During SDR2 Prologue

Roommate 2: “Chiaki is actually just a hallucination because we all know girls can’t be gamers”

Roommate 1: “That’s rude”

Roommate 2: “It’s just the truth gamer girls are all government implants”

Cory didn’t think it was fair if he blamed himself for secretly meeting with his sisters friend. After all, he hadn’t even known they were friends when he’d swiped right on the small red app on his phone. It just happened, and the reasonable part of him wanted to regret it because he knew his sister would be upset and she meant everything to him. But Cory was only human, and he tried to reason that it was actually her fault for having such great taste in friends. “I was getting nervous you weren’t showing up tonight.” was all he mustered to murmur when she was finally in his room. It was later than usual, and Cory couldn’t say he had’t started to looking forwards to his sisters sleepovers so he could use them as an excuse to see her. He’d always been weak for beautiful woman, especially when they were anything like her.

i just read "tossed to the sharks" and loved it! i like to imagine foolish becomes protective of puffy and the crew, and would even fight off other leviathans for them

and speaking of other leviathans, how does foolish stack up in size against them?? is he larger than average or smaller?

Mmmm foolish is actually much larger than most other leviathans >:)

Since he lived on his own rather than in a pod of other leviathans as a child his body grew bigger to compensate. Because of that he’s almost 50 feet bigger than other leviathans

And yes he absolutely protects the ship from other leviathans! Most single leviathans won’t even come within a few miles of the ship with him around. The only ones who ever give him trouble are pods of young leviathans, and even then they don’t stand much of a chance against him

On Traveling Through the Woods

Be Well Prepared

None of your gear should be in ill condition. All sigils should be dried and fresh, all clothing should be mended and made for travel, all weapons should be sharp and calibrated, and all boots should be padded(or otherwise made quiet).

Know where you are going. An aimless journey is a one-way trip into something’s mouth. Bring a map and compass and have your route planned.

Pack according to the group. One’s a brave fool, two is an exploration, five is a party, fifteen is a caravan, and thirty is a rotating village looking to settle.

Know where you stand among your peers; don’t trust the girl who’s bullied you since year six with your life

Radio your destination. An unverified stranger isn’t a stranger likely to be let in

Ward yourself. Bring yew handles, iron and steel, marigold symbols, and clothes that are easily turned inside out.

Double check. Triple check. Quadruple check. Dying because you refilled your flask out of some creature's favored well is kinda lame

Pray to any god you believe in. Ask the spirits for guidance and safety. Bring a lucky charm, and salt to throw over your shoulder. You’ll need all the help you can get.

Lock and secure the entrance behind you. Don’t be responsible for the death of an entire town.

Be Shrewd

Sleep in shifts or in safe-houses

Hide all traces of your presence, including waste

If something feels wrong, alert your fellows and prepare to flee

When meeting other travelers, make sure that they aren't deceivers. See that they have separate and different types of teeth, see if the light falls upon them strangely, or if you can see them through your hand. Ask if they are Hemlock(or Marigold or Yew or Hawthorn or Yabalo), the scout sent to meet you for the confirmation code(or the guide you're meant to follow to the secret entrance). If they are suspicious in these ways, loose an iron tipped arrow or bullet at them and run

The woods are no place for goofs. Answering in the affirmative to the Hemlock-scout question or any others of the sort is a great way to get shot at

Keep watch. Threats may come from above as well as on all sides. Remember the mantra: See the Threat, Distract the Threat, Run Away, Secure Yourself.

Don't piss anything off. Most monsters follow a grudge far farther than they'll follow a meal.

If you have to make a deal with one of the giants, be clever and be interesting. The only thing keeping you from being lunch is the fact that they stand to gain something and their amusement with you. Be wary of one sided deals, both for trickery and loss.

Be At Peace

You've finally made it. Give your thanks to the spirits or gods or lucky charm. Deliver whatever needs to be delivered, or mark another town seen on your list

Rest. Take a nap so you don't do something stupid. Eat good food, and drink liquids that haven't been in the sun for more than a day straight. Enjoy the local scenery.

Mind your gear and mind your skills. The path back is much more dangerous now that it's been tread, and the journey forward is as perilous as the last

I know I said I’m off my hiatus but given the current situation I don’t feel comfortable returning to some of my stories right now. Eventually I may feel fine enough to continue them but for now any that include him will be on hiatus.

Instead I’ll be starting a new story with a new au as a distraction so look out for that
