There's a retro gaming continuity error in 2000's "Me, Myself and Irene".
During the scene where Charlie and "his kids" are watching TV, we get a quick shot of the items on their entertainment center.
Let's zoom in...
The first item we notice is the Coleco Super Action Controller for the Colecovision. Given the surroundings, and TV, it looks as if this is a time-appropriate controller. So this scene must've took place around 1983/84.
Buuuuuut...
A boxed copy of Donkey Kong Country somehow made it's way back to 1980s Rhode Island. The boys are geniuses in the movie, but I doubt they were smart enough to grasp time travel at this point in their lives.
If I had to guess, the production crew, director or whoever had memories of Donkey Kong on Colecovision and couldn't find a boxed copy of the original so they settled for Donkey Kong Country on Super Nintendo.
You know Donkey Kong 64 was out by this point. Why not just use that? I mean if we're going to break continuity, go hard or go home.

Alphabet Zoo (Apple II/ZX Spectrum/Atari 8-bit/TRS-80 CoCo/Colecovision, Spinnaker Software, 1983/1984)
You can play it here.
To view controls for anything running in MAME, press Tab, then select 'Input (this machine)'.
For the C64 version, to make the emulated joystick work, press F12, use arrows (including right and left to enter and exit menus) to enter 'Machine settings' and then 'Joystick settings', and then set Joystick 1 to Numpad and Joystick 2 to None. (Numpad controls are 8462 and 0 for fire.)
