How We Showed One Vancouver MedSpa Finding an Incredible, Dependable Promoting Agency IS Conceivable.
Like we list on our site, our Canadian-based organization offers practically every support you could expect for advanced showcasing: logo and visual computerization, custom web architecture and improvement, Web optimization and SEM promoting, virtual entertainment advertising, content composition, copywriting, pamphlets, and procedure counseling (golly!).
However, once in a while it seems like I could add one more support of that rundown: computerized specialist.
That is on the grounds that so many of our clients come to us in the wake of getting singed by different offices or web engineers.
They've frequently spent a fortune on a site that doesn't address their business well and, basically, creates no interest or deals. Besides the fact that they lose cash, yet they additionally lose time, energy, certainty, and frequently trust all the while.
That is where my job as a computerized specialist comes in.
I must assist clients with finding that working with an organization on their business objectives can really be productive and fun. I need to show them they can trust once more, regardless of whether they've been scorched previously.
Furthermore, that is exactly how we helped Deez Skin Rejù and Torment Center.
Marketing agency near me Dr. Dheshnie Thangavelu is a profoundly gifted, board-confirmed anesthesiologist and Expert Injector, working in both the sedative and stylish fields at her clinical medispa practice in midtown Vancouver.
She is likewise a stickler and splendid expert with a fine eye for detail - characteristics that simply weren't following through in her ongoing site.
What's more, since her current site neglected to both mirror her expert administrations appropriately and appeal to her objective market, she wasn't getting any new business.
No big surprise she felt consumed by the interaction!
Dr. Thangavelu was looking for an improved arrangement, and that is the means by which we associated on Instagram. Together, we began dealing with a total rebrand and site overhaul for her in the fall of 2020.
The outcome? Dr. Thangavelu currently has an expertly convincing internet based presence that mirrors her administrations and extraordinary selling recommendation. Furthermore, maybe similarly as significant, she has a showcasing group she can depend on, opening up her energy to zero in on what she excels at.
"Susan and Daniel are astounding," says Dr. Thangavelu. "They transformed my site into precisely exact thing I needed, and everybody has been seeing it."
Continue to peruse to perceive how we acquired Dr. Thangavelu's trust - and why we've kept it.
The undertaking initially
There are not many circumstances where a business needs 'just' a site. Our task for Dr. Thangavelu was really a 9-month staged approach utilizing a few colleagues.
Starting with the marking system, we then moved to watchword research so we could inject Search engine optimization with the planning and working of the completely streamlined site.
When the site was sent off, we proceeded with Web optimization strategies to guarantee the website could be effectively tracked down by the center's ideal interest group. We likewise started an online entertainment and computerized promoting effort for a 6-month time frame.
Furthermore, obviously, the task likewise remembered my hands-for talking with Dr. Thangavelu to assist her with understanding her greater objectives and dreams.
We should separate a portion of the critical parts of this excursion.
A total brand and site overhaul
We start each client with an inside and out brand investigation to characterize their interesting selling recommendation (USP), interest group, organization vision, brand situating and that's just the beginning.
This investigation made it clear we wanted another logo for Deez Skin Reju. Dr. Thangavelu's current logo had a dated vibe, and it didn't mirror the facility's in vogue, top of the line stylish.
Working intimately with Dr. Thangavelu, the last logo configuration is one she cherishes and addresses her facility precisely.
A more easy to understand site
Regardless of everything that the plugs might say to you, it isn't not difficult to fabricate a site. Without legitimate preparation and technique before you begin fabricating, a site is similarly prone to confound expected clients as convert them.
Dr. Thangavelu's current site didn't situate her as the master in her field, nor did it help clients explore and figure out her administration choices.
That is the reason one of the most vital phases in this website architecture project was to construct an easy to use route framework.
This incorporated a Super menu that uncovers each of the different medicines the center offers, alongside connections to their individual pages. Furthermore, some portion of our endeavors included figuring out Dr. Thangavelu's numerous contributions and items, making another brilliant guide to upgrade client experience on the site.
An innovative new celebrity program
We highly esteem genuinely being an all in one resource with regards to your web based showcasing. Furthermore, as a computerized promoting and business specialist, I love working with clients to assist them with getting perfectly clear on the techniques they need set up to begin getting more cash.
It's especially remunerating to work major areas of strength for with, ladies like Dr. Thangavelu who are eager to take their business to a higher level (believe me: you'll be seeing parcels more from this lady later on, and I for one can hardly hang tight for it).
Through our conferences, we concluded a celebrity program would be an incredible impetus to offer Dr. Thangavelu's clients. Tasteful methodology are a critical venture, and she needed to make that speculation more straightforward by offering significant participation benefits.
In this way, we created 3 yearly participation levels, which we then, at that point, executed on a committed page on the new site.
On-going help
Recall how Dr. Thangavelu had been singed by a past web designer? Indeed, that was simply never going to occur with us!
Working with us, you're rarely abandoned. Your prosperity is our prosperity, and we cooperate with our clients to assist them with accomplishing their objectives.
Specifically, this implies we offer Dr. Thangavelu (and our clients as a whole) sensibly estimated site upkeep rates presented in 10-minute additions. This makes it both simple and efficient to have continuous site refreshes done.
For Deez Skin Rejù and Torment Center, this has implied Dr. Thangavelu has had the option to change her celebrity bundles, add new administrations and items, and update her 'About' us page to incorporate new staff, all by sending a straightforward email to us.
Continuous SEM, content and virtual entertainment showcasing
Obviously, our work doesn't end when the site is finished! To help Dr. Thangavelu's center stay serious, make deals, increment leads and connect with their crowd, we have now turned our concentration to concentrated SEM and virtual entertainment crusades.
SEM represents web search tool advertising, otherwise called paid search, generally utilizing Google Promotions.
By purchasing traffic that drives to the site, we can quick track the site's way to the highest point of the indexed lists, ideally expanding deals.
We've carried out paid advertisements on both Google, Facebook and Instagram for Dr. Thangavelu. While her site has just been live for a couple of months and the promotions are still somewhat new, we've been invigorated by the speedy positive outcomes.
Making compelling web based promoting advertisements requires:
Focusing on geographic regions
Making promotion crusades that address the ideal interest groups in those areas
Composing pertinent promotion duplicate that will tempt and force their ideal interest group to tap on the advertisement
Observing persistently for snaps, impressions and changes
We likewise compose a month to month watchword rich blog entry for the site, further amping up the Web optimization of the site.

We All Come From Somewhere
Tumblr media
My journey into the route of nursing was not a typical journey. It involved much debt, hard work and a totally random change of direction. I was never the top in anything in school (if we exclude being told I should have been in higher tier Science write before my GCSE exams) but I have made a successful, if not turbulent and diverse career.
I was never practical or quick on the draw with most things (which explains why Design and Technology, Maths and French were my lowest grades within my GCSE’s). When I went to college I achieved a standard 3 grades of A, B and C within different humanities subjects. At this point, I expected to become a teacher of religious studies or primary school children, clearly neither bore fruition.
Being young and the first of my family to complete A levels, I went to University as it seemed like a logical gap. By this point, I had completed a gap year working as a teaching assistant to get experience for when I was ready to apply for a PGCE, the most conventional route into teaching. MY first degree was a BA in Sociology, a thought provoking course that lets you discuss many aspects of life that become harder to get a job in once qualified. However, my course allowed me to study a variety of subjects covering near enough every topic you could imagine, therefore making me a jack of all trades and a master of none.
During my dissertation, I faced a very turbulent time period right before the Christmas holidays of 2010, where I was put on Post Exposure Prophylaxis (something I will no doubt come across throughout my posts) and my mother was taken ill with a stroke a week before Christmas when I was to return to the doctor for a wrong diagnosis. At the time, I was researching the biopolitics and health of reality television, looking at the ‘Jade Effect’ that allowed people to learn about cervical cancer via the tragic death of Jade Goody who died from a condition which she should not have. Her death saved countless lives as the uptake of cervical screening sky rocketed at this time.
It was after my HIV scare that my focus shifted to HIV and more so the body and health. Saying that, one of my optional modules within my second year was focusing on the body as a social, physical and political site of action. It was here I became interested in health and wellbeing. Any how, I applied for a masters in Gender Studies at my University, where I got to the end of my first year, looked around the library and thought this is all theoretical. So, one of the days I was undertaking a shift in the student shop (I had many roles in University) I thought lets go down the nursing route. So I applied on the Thursday, interviewed Friday and started on the Monday, a change that has impacted on me for the better. It literally was a whirlwind decision, and one I did not regret. Thankfully, the NHS paid for places on the University course and I received a bursary and a student loan (although this was only £1000 a term) and as we will see, having a part time bar job at the same time to make ends meat really does add on extra stress.
I have a great career. My first job was palliative and end of life care within a hospice. I moved to Accident and Emergency (a change very different in its entirety) and then chronic pain management. I moved into sexual health where I helped cover the HIV service and got my first HIV Nurse Specialist role in my most current job. I am currently in the position of waiting to commence a HIV Clinical Nurse Manager role within a well known and beacon of care facility within Central London.
So as you can see, my journey has been a long one. It has taken much hard work but you know what, I am here. I really hope you find some inspiration in this blog and my aim is to provide insight, memoirs, tips and tricks into those wanting to nurse, or those needing inspiration. We are all different, but we are all unique and have the capacity to care. Being a nurse is not a job for those to be too stupid to be a doctor, it is a calling and requires its own expert set of skills and judgements that can have crucial impacts on a person. We all do our roles for the same outcomes, but we all work differently where I hope the hierarchy will soon be broken down.

Certified nursing assistants (CNAs) in Pennsylvania (PA) are required to enrol in and successfully complete a state-approved training program and competency exam. Patient care, infection prevention, and effective communication are just some subjects covered in the required 80 hours of classroom teaching and 40 hours of clinical training. Certified Nursing Assistants PA (CNAs) are not officially recognized in the United States unless they have completed the training program and passed the NNAAP exam.
Tumblr media
According to BLS data, Certified Nursing Assistants PA makes an average hourly income of $14.71. As the population ages and more medical care are needed throughout the state, CNAs are projected to be in high demand. CNAs can become certified practical nurses or nurse practitioners with time and education. They are an integral element of the healthcare team in Pennsylvania and nationwide because of their devotion and dedication to patient care.

hello everyone!
i had someone request a breakdown of what my medical school/MSTP application looked like, so here we go!
FIRST - a disclaimer! this is my application, and it worked for me. it doesn’t look like the application of my classmates and other medical school friends who also got in. one of my friends got a below average MCAT, but her clinical experience and extracurriculars meant she got into (and is going to!) a highly-ranked medical school. on the other hand, my application was weighted fairly heavily in the direction of academics, since that’s my strength!
also, keep in mind i was applying to medical scientist training programs with the goal of getting an MD/PhD -- my app is also pretty research heavy
onto the specifics!
general
i went to a small liberal arts college with a focus on research. nearly every student does a senior thesis, and science senior theses usually involve lots of lab work/data generation done by the student.
i double-majored in mathematics and biochemistry & molecular biology, and between those classes, gen eds, and music, i was generally over full-time but just under the credit limit per semester.
i took the MCAT in May of 2018, and applied that summer. my AMCAS was in July 9th, and I got approved ~August 10th. this was between my junior (17-18) and senior (18-19) years. i matriculated at my med school in july of 2019.
numbers
GPA - 3.97 (ish? i got two A-s, and everything else was As)
MCAT - 519 (130 on three sections, 129 on one. i don’t remember which one though whoops)
clinical experience
shadowing - shadowed with two different doctors - an oncologist over the course of a semester, and a clinical pathologist for a day. total # of hours - relatively low, maybe 15-25.
clinical volunteering  - i volunteered at a free clinic near my college for one afternoon every week or so during most of junior spring and senior year. total # of hours - ~60 hrs
medical ethics program - related to the longitudinal oncology shadowing. once a month, throughout the spring semester of my junior year, we would meet to discuss articles we’d been assigned to read on a topic eg: end of life care, malpractice, etc. total # of hours -  ~10 hrs
research experience
research assistant, yeast genetics lab - i worked in this lab during the spring of my first year and during the summer after. it was my first lab/research experience, and it taught me a lot regarding lab techniques and lab mentality. garnered me my one and (still) only publication! total # of hours -  400+ hrs
research assistant, computational biology lab - i worked (and went on to do my senior thesis) in this lab during my junior year. it was partially an excuse to get started with my thesis coding early, because it was going to take a lot of time, but it also helped me get acquainted with my thesis advisor! total # of hours - ?
research intern, cancer research center - this was an internship i applied for that was specifically for students with a year left in college that occurred the summer between my junior and senior year. i worked with a biostatistician on developing a machine-learning model to predict disease risk based off of demographic data. i learned a lot about R, statistics, and regression models. i also learned that i don’t like R, statistics, and machine learning models lmao. note: this didn’t technically go in my AMCAS iirc, because i applied while i was *at* the internship. i did talk about it at interviews!
senior thesis - this was another thing that wasn’t in my app itself, because at the time it hadn’t been written lmao. it was something i was able to talk about at interviews, but it being ~still in progress~ did complicate it
on-campus jobs
peer tutor - got recommended by a professor my first year for a different tutoring program, but my schedule was a mess so i ended up as a one-on-one peer tutor! i really enjoyed it, but i had to drop it with how busy i got junior year, so i only did it for two years (freshman spring --> junior fall). total # of hours - 210 hrs
laboratory course TA, cell biology - again, got asked by a professor to do this. specifically TA’d 2/3 sections junior fall, and then 1/2 or 1/3 sections every semester after that. also held office hours, maintained longitudinal lab experiments, and supervised students performing experiments. total # of hours - 800 hrs (TAing this class was absurd and i did it for four semesters)
extracurriculars
collegiate choir member - i adore singing, and part of the reason i went to the college i did was so i could still partake in music while pursuing a science degree. i was a part of my school’s auditioned choir for all four years at my school, and it involved 1h15m practices 4 days a week, regular concerts, and an annual spring tour. total # of hours - 500 hrs
chorus manager - i was a manager of the chorus as well for three years (sophomore through senior). i was very much in charge of the organization - making sure everyone had uniforms, that those uniforms were on for concerts and that everyone was wearing shoes. shepherding people on trips, solving problems, taking attendance, etc. etc. total # of hours - 250 hrs
i also took voice lessons, though i don’t think i put that down on my app? iirc there’s a limit to how many activities you can add?
other
honor societies
Phi Beta Kappa - general undergrad honor society, inducted junior year
Mu Alpha Theta - mathematics honor society, inducted sophomore year
Beta Beta Beta - biology honor society, inducted sophomore (?) year
awards
Barry Goldman scholarship - honorable mention
Dean’s List - all 8 semesters
various prizes specific to my undergrad
academic merit scholarship, minor voice scholarship
------------
to sum it all up....
i think the pros of my application include a strong academic presence, proof of my interest in research, and the existence of significant interests outside the STEM pathway - namely, music!
i think the major con of my application was a really weak clinical experience section, tbh. i also feel like some schools on the other side of the country from my undergrad like. hadn’t heard of it lmaooo.
everyone’s application will be different!! and that’s good, and okay, and you’ll be fine. you want to think about the things that make you you, and potentially the things that reflect on the kind of doctor that you’d like to be.

Developing Sexuality, Discovering Kinks, a Spinal Injury, and Barely Beginning to Explore the Edges of the LGBTQ+ Community
Howdy, y’all.  I’m just gonna put this out there - If it’s not for you, just keep on a’scrollin’!
Now, I’ve not really explicitly spoken about my sexuality and how it’s evolved over my almost five decades of life.  So, I’m about to start, and believe me, your patience and kindness will be appreciated.  If you choose to be a close-minded, conservative, cis-asshole then I strongly suggest you leave right the fuck now.  Thank you :-)
If you want to get to know me a little bit more and talk of incontinence and sexuality doesn’t scare you, please continue!
Decade 01:  Around four years old, I have my first memories of things related to my as yet totally undeveloped sexuality.  No history of physical abuse - Don’t worry about that.  It was finding my mother’s menstrual pads.  I saw pictures of them in underwear, so I took one and put it into mine.  It felt so right and so amazing!  I don’t really know how to describe it, but it felt like I needed the whole package of them in my underwear all at once!  I got in trouble for using up a package that my mom needed and I didn’t understand why she needed them yet.  But I made my first “diaper” out of pads and tighty-whities when I was only four years old.  Since I’m gonna be using a lot of numbers, I’m gonna cheat and sacrifice the “proper way” of spelling them out if they’re ten or less.
At 5, I knew I wasn’t built right.  I had this thing I peed through that girls didn’t have.  Boys had them.  But I wasn’t supposed to be a boy!  I didn’t like it and hated the feeling of it touching my legs (still do...).  I started asking questions about things.  Now, my parents are the stereotypical Boomers, “trapped” in a loveless marriage by dependent children and their own sense of “honor.”  Dad was a Medical Corpsman who became a Physician’s Assistant (PA) after retiring, while Mom used to be a Wave (nurse) in the Navy, but became a stay-at-home Mom when she started having children. I’ve 2 brothers and 1 sister, the last of them born 10 years before me.  So, when I questioned things, Dad’s response was usually to hand me a medical book and tell me to look it up.  Mom’s response was usually, “go ask your father.”  So, there I was, a 5-year old with a head full of partially-understood terminology (at best!) and a bunch of clinical photography in anatomy and physiology books.  At least I learned the purely physical differences between boys and girls and why I was one and not the other.  This made me mad.  So. Very. Mad.  I cried a lot for a while, finding out that I would never become what I feel I was supposed to be.  But I kept reading....
When I was 6 years old, I wrote a letter to my parents explaining how I felt about my body and how it made me feel inside and how I wished I could change and be the girl I’m supposed to be and would they be ok with helping me do this some day?
It was not received well.  Not well at all.  I’ve spent the last 40 years trying to get over their reaction to it and I still hate them for their reactions with a passion.  I feel like I was truly shattered, and the glue I’ve had to use over the years to put myself back together has never been the right type and pieces of me keep falling apart.
Entering Decade 02 (10 to 20 years old):  Puberty, damn it!  None of my “researches” had even hinted at ways to stop it, and my body started changing in ways that made me very uncomfortable, but there was also this attraction I kept feeling towards some people, and I started getting erections.  Now, I knew what was happening and yes, it did feel good to play with myself, but it also felt wrong in that I should have someone entering me, not me entering them, so when I masturbated that’s what I dreamed of - being entered and feeling them expand inside me, them giving themselves up in me, losing control and exploding into me and feeling their satisfaction as my own at having been so desirable.  Cockwarming them gently back to hardness and having my own way with their body as their hands stroked my breasts and hips.... Eventually I would orgasm in real life, while dreaming my dream.
I have never had a blow-job.  Several girlfriends have attempted, but honestly that’s like the fastest way to shut me down.  It instantly kills my dream between one heart-beat and the next, causing me to feel absolutely horrible about myself and this carcass I’m trapped in.  I should be going down on you, tasting, caressing, nuzzling and lapping up your wetness as I get more and more achy and wet for you.... Sticking my dick in your mouth is absolutely the worst thing that can happen during any attempt at sexy-times for me.  I’d rather have diarrhea on a crowded school-bus.
The problem was, I had been emotionally terrorized by my parents (and now I know how they controlled my access to information...) and the area I grew up in was populated by fairly conservative folks, so I had no exposure to other ways of living and had no idea I could express my sexuality in any way other than by being masculine with it.  Ergo, I was very much in the closet, hiding my thoughts and feelings as best I knew how, and retreated from situations that might expose my inner workings. Hence, I’m an introvert who overshares o.0  Start unstacking the bricks from my walls and Watch Out!  You might get more than you bargained for :-\
Decade 03 (20 to 30 years old):  I was just positive I didn’t want kids.  Also had no clue what to do with myself, so I landed in Alaska for about a decade.  Isolated, small town, conservative folks (a church on every corner, attended at least twice a week).  Repressive.  No sex for 8 of those 10 years.  Met my (now ex-) wife up there.  Internet actually got off the ground and we bought a computer, modem, and had an AOL account!  This was around 2002′ish or so.  Yeah, I watched the twin towers fall on a tv in a bar in Alaska.  But while in Fairbanks, I discovered the old Usenet Newsgroups... and that led me straight back into my diaper-fetish which I’d almost forgotten about... omg, seeing those first photos... I can’t describe the feelings that burned in me.
Decade 04 (30 to 40 years old):  Left Alaska and moved to western Washington State.  Worked as a Medical Assistant for about 5 years, then re-invented myself as a welder when I got a Federal job.  Learning a whole new trade wasn’t easy.  Shittons of practice later I was good at it and loving my career, until a toolbag fell on my head in 2008.  It could have killed me had I been in any other position.  As it was, it hit the top of my head while my spine was almost perfectly straight up’n’down, causing a couple of discs in my neck to blow out.  One completely ruptured and the other bulged so badly it could never heal and restricted my movement (couldn’t look up or pull my chin in).  To this day I still have a smallish “shadow” on my cervical spinal nerve where the disc exploded and a “dent” where the next one down bulged out.  The doctors think that’s why I’m incontinent and really struggle to get hard-ons anymore.
Here’s the rub:  I’ve hated this body of mine forever.  I’m not supposed to get hard-ons in the first place!  I’m supposed to have breasts, hips, hair, a flat front and a curvy bottom, and you should be making passes at me, not vice versa!
So, rather than pursue medical (surgical) options to deal with the urinary and occasional fecal incontinence, I choose to wear diapers and give myself regular enemas.  This way I can kinda (mostly) control the #2 and keep it from happening in public, while I can let my bladder just run on it’s built-in autopilot (which is really random, btw).  Wearing diapers also helps me with tucking!  I can  pull the dick out, pop the balls up inside where they belong, tuck the dick as far back as I can and put my diaper on tight.  Bingo!  A flat front!  And a bit of a poofy bottom!  YES!!
Decade 05 (40 to 47′ish years old):  I’m beginning to feel slightly more confident in my sexuality, though I’m still not comfortable actually trying to seek out anyone special... but yeah - I’m an introvert by nature.  Probably need to get adopted by someone because I’m not sure I’ll ever really be brave enough to really reach out first....  But now I’m able to afford nice diapers, I’m buying women’s jeans/pants/sweaters/onesies, and I’m feeling so much better about myself when I’m able to dress up.  Keeping my chest and legs shaved helps, too.  When I look down and see long, course, curly body-hair... ugh.  Hair in the armpits and groin is what’s normal.  Chest hair?  Get it off!  Looking at myself in the mirror, I still hate many aspects of my physical self, but when I’m freshly shaved, diapered and wearing women’s jeans and a lovely pink sweatshirt or just lounging around in a cute diaper and huge sweater, I’m much more able to ignore the things I don’t like.
Lately, as I’ve begun exploring my sexuality a little more, I’ve discovered the joys of dildos.  Lemmie tell you what, guys.  A traditional male orgasm doesn’t hold a candle to what I’ve felt while playing with a good dildo.  After a good, thorough clean-out in the shower (I have a shower-attachment with multiple nozzles and use the long black rubber one), I’ve used a dildo that’s got a bit of a bend near the tip - it’s shaped like a real penis, normal size (not humongous), with a bit of a crook near the glans.  By holding the balls & suction cup in hand, it can be inserted and moved in-n-out at that perfect angle to stimulate *all* the right spots inside...  I can honestly say I’ve peed, cum, and blew that dildo across the room as my knees hit the floor and I forgot my name during the best, most intense, can’t-walk-for-a-minute whole-body orgasms I’ve ever experienced in my life.  The area between the anus and scrotum feels so very hot and heavy, like it’s going to burst, it’s not truly painful but almost close? - It’s an amazingly satisfying feeling.  I’d love to hear from you girls out there... Are my orgasms anything similar to yours?
Some day, my dream is to meet someone who can understand me, who can feel where I’m coming from, who can love me even when I’m having difficulty loving myself.  Someone who is kind to my broken soul, and who’s idea of a hot date may involve a stop at the adult toy store!
Edited on 01OCT2021:  I’m not looking for a Mommy or a Domme.  I’m an adult with adult responsibilities and concerns.  I’m looking for a partner who’s also fairly self-sufficient.  I own my own home, work full time, and being an introvert I need lots of alone time.  Someone who’s open and accepting of the fact that I’m diapered 24/7/365 and am perfectly capable of changing myself.  And she’ll understand that I don’t just wanna get her out of her jeans for sexy-times, but I also wanna try them on.
Edited again on 02OCT2021:  As I’ve just begun actually  exploring my sexuality, I’m starting to think I seem to fit into the “enby” grouping (even as I don’t like being stuffed into a box, I find myself doing just that, to myself!  Damn categories...).  I don’t know all the lingo yet and it feels like the terminology is a living thing that is always changing.  Even though I’ve always found women to be super attractive, and I also really enjoy wearing women’s clothes and have dreamed of being a woman for decades, every once in a blue moon a guy really turns me on.  I’ve got fantasies about going down on her while he enters me, his hands on my hips pulling me in as he gently thrusts, speeding up slowly as I’m getting wetter, he’s sliding in and out of me faster and faster and I’m lapping up her juices, buried in her scent, the orgasm in all of us building until we simultaneously explode.  Then, once we all have our breath back, each of us gently diapers one another.  The idea of feeling my diaper sticking to my bum as his seed dribbles out of me is really turning me on again right now!  Hearing our crinkles as we move, cuddling in a contented pile, patting bottoms all around.
Am I a “bottom?”  Is there such a thing as an independent “bottom”?  More research is needed!

Bicycle Services At Mobile Auto Truck Repair Austin Bicycle Services near Austin TX: Bicycles are refined pieces of advanced engineering. Like any precision machine, bicycles benefit greatly from regular service and maintenance. Bikes that are regularly used can easily develop less than optimum function in multiple systems without their rider noticing the incremental changes that occur over time during use. Mobile Auto Truck Repair Austin, even bicycles that are not regularly used can develop issues from sitting that affect their overall performance and their owner’s enjoyment of them. While much of the basic maintenance can be done with a few tools, anything more can require special tools and training to ensure the best results. Mobile Auto Truck Repair Austin, why invest in a high quality bicycle unless you are going to provide the care necessary to keep it in prime working condition? Gears to Wheels- Power Input and Output Caring for your bike’s drivetrain involves much more than just making sure that the gears are shifting properly and the tires have enough air. While these are essential to proper operation there are many more moving parts that need to be considered. Ensuring that all of the components are functioning takes special tools and know-how. The difference between a well maintained drivetrain and a poorly cared for, worn one is obvious in function and power output efficiency. The well maintained drivetrain will function smoothly, put power to the ground efficiently and quietly do its job without you thinking about it. To ensure optimum function you need to assess every bearing, gear and pawl between your pedals and the ground. This involves work outside of the scope of the average home mechanic. Regular bicycle service tune ups can be the difference between recording a PB or a DNF. Mobile Auto Truck Repair Austin, a well maintained properly functioning drivetrain ensures that as much of the power you input is felt in the bicycle’s output as possible. Tires and Wheels- Ride Quality, Traction and Handling Everything changes gradually on your bike. Not only from riding, but also from age which causes rubber to dry, lose elasticity and grip, and can cause greases and oils to break down. This can be very hard for many riders to sense causing them to ride components till they are well past their prime. Tires are consumable components which need regular replacement and wheels need basic maintenance to help ensure that they function properly and have a long life. They should be inspected before every ride to make sure that they have sufficient rubber, are inflated to the right pressure, have no cords showing, and no visible cracks. There is nothing you can do to your bike that will as profoundly alter its handling for the better as having the right tires for your riding type, style and conditions. Properly trued wheels with clean and greased bearings and drivers are one of the most important pieces of maintenance you can have done. Mobile Auto Truck Repair Austin,It will help improve performance while saving you money on replacement parts by improving your ride quality, reducing rolling resistance and improving handling. Bodies are complicated. So are bicycles. Each of us is unique and has different physical constraints. Your body and your bicycle should fit each other perfectly, and it makes a lot more sense to adjust the bicycle to the body than the body to the bicycle. Mobile Auto Truck Repair Austin, professional fitting will align your bicycle to your body, which will help you be comfortable and efficient while riding. I use a strategy of learning to address your individual needs, which will make you more comfortable on your bike. Mobile Auto Truck Repair Austin will work with you to understand your goals of riding, physical limitations, injuries, strength, flexibility, and range of motion, to create an ideal position that brings health, not pain, to the body. Through a process of education about position, form, alignment and balance, I will help you begin a new understanding of your relationship with your bike. Bicycle fitting Bicycle fitting is the process of adjusting a bike for a cyclist to optimize their comfort, performance and efficiency. Cyclists often experience overuse injuries such as cyclist's palsy, cyclist back, and Anterior Knee Pain. and this is often due to an incorrectly set up cycle. Bike fitting aims to prevent injuries, increase efficiency, comfort and improve performance for all cyclists. Bike fitting is for anybody who cycles, particularly if an overuse injury has occurred, to maximise their enjoyment and performance. Indication Bike fitting is for anybody who cycles. A good bicycle fit goes a long way to prevent overuse injuries and helps muscles and lungs function at best ability, all improving performance and enjoyment. ● everyday cyclists ● touring cyclists ● tri-athletes ● Clinical Presentation who complain of: buttock; back; lower limb; upper limb and neck pain associated with cycling. Often the cyclist may have tried pressure garments to relieve areas of pressure eg gel pads in gloves, gel seat covers, upright handlebars. Often these are a band aid solution to an incorrectly fitted cycle.
To fit or not to fit? Bicycle Services near Austin TX: There are of course ways to set up your bike position yourself and this is still what most people do. There are plenty of handy online guides out there if you don’t feel you want to splash out on a bike fit. The decision whether to get a fit or not will also depend on how seriously you take your cycling. If you are riding purely for fun and perhaps use your bike infrequently using an online guide will be fine. However, if you are looking to race or ride sports then it’s certainly something to at least consider. One way to look at a bike fit is as an investment. It’ll certainly start you off on the right foot as it were. If you do go for a fit, ensure you do your research first. Bear in mind that as you develop and change as a rider (weight loss, increased flexibility, core strength) your position may change too. It’s a fluid, dynamic ongoing process. Many top pros regularly tinker with their position as they evolve as riders. Ultimately it’s up to you. You certainly don’t need a bike fit as most of us (including myself) have got to where we are using trial and error and a basic knowledge of the ideal set up, as well as taking advice from experienced riders. But, if you have the budget, are serious about your cycling and keen to ‘fast forward’ through the trial and error phase and want to fully optimize your cycling efficiency, then go ahead. Visit your local Mobile Auto Truck Repair Austin to learn about their bike fit services. Happy riding!
The Importance Of A Good Saddle Seat And Why You Have To Change It Bicycle Services near Austin TX: Pain from your bicycle seat doesn't have to come with the territory. Pain in the saddle can be an indication of many things, including an incorrectly sized seat, inadequate padding and poor positioning. Diagnosing your saddle pain and correcting it can help you enjoy your ride without worrying about potentially damaging any sensitive tissue. A correction to your saddle position could also improve your pedaling efficiency, giving you more power on those tough hills. Sizing Up Your Seat Eliminating saddle pain starts with a correctly sized seat that properly distributes your weight. More padding isn't the solution; you want your contact point with the saddle to be directly on your sit bones, which jut out from your pelvis underneath the flesh of your buttocks. To find your sit bones, try sitting on a table or other flat surface. The two points that contact this surface most firmly are your sit bones. Find a saddle with a width that matches these contact points. Most bike shops have an accredited bike fitter on staff that can assist you in finding the exact measurement. Less Is More With too much cushioning, you may be distributing your weight between your legs, where pressure and vibration can damage sensitive tissue. A good bicycle seat uses high-density foam that matches your sit bones and provides good cushioning without improperly cradling your weight. A channel down the center of some bike seats eliminates contact altogether, which can relieve saddle-related pain or numbness. Finding the right balance between cushion and support is key to eliminating your pain, so don't be afraid to ask to try a few saddles at your local bike shop. Sitting Pretty The proper position in your bicycle seat can make a big difference in your comfort. With your bike leaned up against a wall, mount your seat and rotate the pedals so that one crank is pointed straight to the floor. While seated, your knee should be just slightly bent and you shouldn't be straining to reach the pedals. Now that your seat is correct, lean forward, grab the handlebars and adjust your stem height until the position is natural and your neck isn't craning. If you can't get your positioning right, check that your bike frame is the correct size by matching your inseam to the manufacturer's sizing chart. If it isn't correct and you do a lot of cycling, it's worth your time to try and get a properly sized bike. Finding a Short Solution A pair of cycling shorts is a necessity for rides further than a few miles. All professional cyclists use them, and they come in a wide variety of price ranges, styles and materials. Cycling shorts have a chamois pad built in that provides extra cushion when you're in the saddle and can relieve a lot of issues associated with cycling such as soreness, chafing and numbness. If you want to get the most out of your ride, coupling your seat with a pair of cycling shorts is the safest and most comfortable way to ride.
TIPS 5 Bicycle Fit Tips That’ll Improve Your Comfort and Power Bicycle Services near Austin TX: How you position yourself on the bike makes a huge difference in terms of comfort, power, and aerodynamics. While it’s a good idea for all cyclists and triathletes to get a professional bike fit, there are some basic guidelines you can use to troubleshoot problem areas and generally set yourself up in a neutral position. The goal is to achieve a position that allows you to ride your bike without creating any injuries and one that will allow you to ride your bike for years. As an added bonus, the right fit will also make you more efficient and powerful. Try a Saddle Before You Buy Finding the right saddle can be a bit of a process because it’s important to find the curvature, width, and shape that is comfortable for you. Saddles with more curvature (and/or a channel down the center) are often great for athletes who have limited flexibility through the hips and lower back. The curvature allows you to rotate your hips forward more easily without putting too much pressure on sensitive areas. The width and amount of padding in the saddle also have a big impact on comfort and performance. Finding the right saddle may take some time and some trial and error, so work with your local bike shop – many have a loaner program – so you don’t have to make a huge financial investment. A quick ride in the parking lot is often not enough to tell you whether a saddle will work for you in the long run Determining Saddle Setback Move the saddle forward or backward so your knee is over the pedal spindle when the crank is in the 3 o’clock position. Again, this is a good starting point, and then you can adjust your cleats fore and aft as needed. Use your thumb to feel the ball of your foot on the inside of your shoe. With a pen, put a small mark on this point of your shoe so you can set the cleat using this as a landmark. Basics of Setting Saddle Height While you can dial this in perfectly with a professional fit, here are some guidelines for roughly setting up your saddle height. These are especially useful when you have to jump on a loaner bike or even a bike in a hotel fitness center. Start with the saddle in a level position, parallel to the floor. Sitting on the saddle, pedal with your heels on the pedals. Your foot should maintain contact with the pedal without having to rock your hips. Pay Attention to the Shoe-Pedal Connection The pedals are your third point of contact with the bike.  It’s important that the platform is large enough to feel secure (not like you’re standing on ice cubes). And the most critical piece will be adjusting the cleats properly, to make sure you have a stable and tight shoe to pedal connection that will ensure optimal power transfer and allow you to ride injury-free. As a general starting point for many riders, you can set the middle indicator on the cleat slightly back, about 5mm, from the ball of your foot. The angling of cleats and the lateral distance they are set from the crank (Q-factor) is dependent on each rider’s individual body structure, however, you want to make sure you don’t feel any twisting or tension in the ankles, knees, and hips while pedaling. You can start with the cleats set straight ahead and make minor adjustments from there. Note that each foot could require different angling. Handlebar Width and Reach Makes a Difference Bicycle Services near Austin TX: With the handlebar, look at the drop and the width of the bars. If you have relatively small hands or a shorter torso, look for a shallow drop bar. The width of the bar should match the width of your shoulders, which will keep your arms in a neutral position when your hands are on the brake hoods. You also want to ensure the handlebar reach is neither too long or short, as it can cause neck, shoulder, back pain, and compromise bike handling. You should be able to reach the hoods with a comfortable bend in the elbows without feeling like you need to scoot your body forward or backward on the saddle.
