Claudia from Violet Evergarden is such an underrated character!!! He treated Violet so well and really responded like a dad when the major was being cruel. Not to mention the fact that he was one of the first people to treat Violet like a human. He was so empathatic to her and just wanted her to live a good life despite what she went through.

He's also so handsome!

He wants nothing more than having a family and raising his very own daughter! He’s a passionate man when it comes to family, and some people find a man that wants a family an attractive trait.

He’s handsome with a nice build

Even though he left the military once the war ended, he has connections with them and in certain ways that might be beneficial to their partner (of if they had a child that wanted to join the army)

He has money and would spoil his partner! Whether it’s buying them clothes, dresses, or new jewelry that caught his eye

He has a sense of humor! Unlike Gilbert, he isn’t as reserved when it comes to himself and likes to joke around with his employees and lover

♡Cons♡

He’s a workaholic! This man never stops working, some days you need to force him out of his office so that he can focus on something that ISNT work

He was in the military (if you read the novel you would know about the chapter where the company gets invaded and Lux and Hodgins are held hostage and violet have to save them) so even though he has connections there are most likely going to be people out there that disagree with him winning the war and want to go after him. This is going to put his partner and family in a dangerous position

I watched Violet Evergarden (didn't watch the movie) and got some HCs

Violet is autistic and has PTSD

CH Postal Company found family

Gilbert adopted Violet and after his death she was adopted by Hodgins

Cattleya is the mom friend

Iris had a small crush on Cattleya when she got hired

Violet is the lil sibling everyone loves. They say she is baby and must be protected, even thought she always explains in a very detailed way that she actually killed a lot of people when she was 10

At Violet's first period, she didn't know what to do and thought she was dying (she didn't got a good education with this part), but Benedict helped her (Benedict trans man canon)

Benedict taught Violet how to swear and Cattleya nearly killed him

Erica is autistic as well and has schizoid personality disorder

Erica helped on accomodating Violet's needs and this resulted on them becoming closer

Iris has anxiety

Benedict has ADHD

Hodgins has PTSD

Cattleya is the supportive neurotypical friend that can rip your throat with her own teeth if you say anything about those guys she works with

Benedict, Hodgins, Iris and Violet have punched people on the face for talking shit about their work friends

"They may be idiots, but they are MY idiots!" - Iris, probably, after punching said person

In this situation, Cattleya and Erica would just stare and list everything that is wrong with you and threaten your family and friends if you come closer their work mates

Violet has a crush on Luculia and one day she came over the company and that made Violet really embarassed, making everyone find out about her crush

Since then, they try making them go to dates and do romantic stuff together

Violet loves everyone as her family, and in each one's birthday she writes them letters and say "I love you" (someone definitely cried. You can decide on who)

So I actually managed to go to the VE collaboration exhibition at Hiei Garden Museum over the weekend and got myself the bottle with the special drink. Here are the pictures I promised!

Best thing about it to me was that Benedict’s flowers actually weren’t up for display. They literally only exist in the illustration. Hysterical.

(By the way, for those wondering what the drink is, my best guess is lemonade with grape syrup. Bittersweet and refreshing. Really needed it after the ride to get up there, lol.)
