👻 = What is the scariest thing to ever happen to the mun and muse?

Oh lord.. At school, we had a little thing we called a fall festival. Just a little circus type thing that had carnival games with prizes, fair food for sale, and a themed cardboard box maze that the seniors always ran. We decided it was going to be a horror theme, so I had a sanitarium room job. I was in a straight jacket, all painted up and everything. Well, they apparently didn’t check to see if I was out of there (The maze was HUGE) and shut the lights off and left, locking the gymnasium It was housed in. The makeshift cardboard room shut out the gym lights anyway so I couldn’t tell. I was alone in the dark in a straight jacket in a maze that we had built and I wasn’t used to yet for two and a half hours, screaming at the top of my lungs for someone to help me out.  lmao. 

“Yeesh. Scariest thing? I’d have to say it was the time I thought I was going to well.. Let’s just say I pissed off the wrong creditor and didn’t know if I was gonna survive..”  He had pissed a loan shark off that decided he was going to pay him back with blood. A human fighting ring. He came out on top but boy did he have to work for it.

 💩 = What do the mun and muse usually do when they feel bad?

Watch Youtube videos, Play PD2, Oblivion, L4D2, Dead Island, or Animal Crossing, Make chain mail out of jump-rings, or draw. Those are just hobbies that also help me feel better tbh.

🎈 = How do the mun and muse react to surprises? When is the last time either was surprised and what surprised them?

If It’s a good surprise I ‘m usually calm or somewhat calm until I can make an idiot out of myself in the privacy of my own room. I was surprised by a very old friend recently and just lost my cool immediately. Flat out pounced on her and hugged her.

“Depends on what the surprise is.. I got surprise pounced on by Sydney last week casing a joint and I’m sure the civilians learned some new curse words that I was spoutin’.”

Hi, good to hear from you. I've been doing alright, Gabriel's week has kind of been in the shitter so I'm just trying to look out for him.

What does a shared living space look like between you and your s/o? (Whether you live in the same house together or not). What parts of it are yours, what parts of it are your s/os? What about it makes it both of yours?

I can tell you one thing and that's Gabriel is mostly in charge of interior decorating, I just don't have an eye for that sort of thing. We try to keep things organized, more for my sake than his, but there's paper and books and what-have-you shoved wherever it fits.

We have separate offices but we're always venturing between them, whether it's because Gabriel wants me to look at something he's written or he's reminding me that it's been a few hours since I stood up and stretched. I think the only thing we don't share is the coffee pot, heheheh.

2. Do you share a bedroom? What does that look like? What are your bedtime routines, do they differ or do you do things together? Who falls asleep first? Who wakes up first?

We do indeed share a bedroom, and a bed, and I'm beginning to think Gabriel's replacing all of his pyjamas with my own. It's sort of plain, but it's nice, and it's big enough to where we don't feel like we're getting in each other's way if we're doing separate things.

We have two bathrooms in our home outside of the hotel, a master and a regular. Typically I do my nighttime things in the master bathroom and Gabriel takes the hallway one, and he's usually in bed before I am. It's hard to gauge who falls asleep first, depends on the kind of day we've had. I think he tries to fall asleep first because he says I snore. Sorry, darlin'.

And I'm the one who gets up first because I'm in a habit to wake up at a certain time to make coffee. He doesn't get out of bed sometimes until I'm practically done making breakfast, and at that point I have to physically drag him out of it.

8. What is something you love but your s/o dislikes, and how do you navigate this/keep the peace?

Sports is the big one, but when a game is on he just holes up in his office or leaves the house until it's over. To make it up to him I usually go tolerate a musical with him. And hey, maybe it's starting to grow on him because he's actually considering letting me take him golfing.

i have my issues with the 2005 version but hm, i feel like wonka's always a bit awkward? or strange? that's just how he is. i think that's consistent with the book and the 1971 movie.

I haven't seen the '71 film in a long time (and never read the book) but I'll take your word for it, which just proves my point that it's a weird thing to complain about if the character's always been that way. Idk maybe Wilder's awkwardness came off as more charming than Depp's for some people

🎞️ - Describe a cinema date with your f/o! What snacks do you get? What genres do you like?

We both love going to the movie theater, even if the only one with tickets we can afford is shady af. Arthur is very much about a classic popcorn bucket and maybe a small drink, and always insists on paying for my candy, even when we should be pooling all of our money together to get by. Arthur likes pretty much all genres of film, except for horror and like war movies, though he'll always make an exception for me. (Meaning he curls up in a ball in his seat and covers his eyes when we see a scary movie- I tell him he doesn't have to come but he always does!) Obviously I love horror movies! And most action/comedy stuff.

🛏️ - Describe you and your f/o's bedtime routine! What pyjamas do you wear? What does your bedroom/bed look like?

We don't really have a set bedtime routine, between our respective neurodivergence and mental illnesses. We fall asleep when we fall asleep and do any sort of self-care/grooming when we have the energy to do so.

Before we started dating, Arthur only wore his briefs to bed, but in an effort to seem more "refined" he bought a plain, cotton sleep set in a sort of faded maroon colour. Obviously I don't care what he sleeps in, so long as he's comfortable. :0) I typically sleep in some thrifted, oversized shirt and sleep shorts or pants depending on the temperature.

The bedroom is small and messy and for awhile we probably didn't even have a bedframe, just a mattress tossed on the floor. We don't own a duvet, just a lot of random blankets we add or remove depending on the time of year. There are a few stuffed animals that I either owned before we moved in together or were bought/won for me by Arthur. No matter the time of day, it's never very bright in the room despite the one window facing the street, but then again a truly sunny day in Gotham is a once-in-a-blue-moon occurence.

Lordy.
