5 lý do tác phẩm văn học và điện ảnh Việt èo uột

Đội ngũ nhà văn, biên kịch không sống được với nghề khiến các tác phẩm "mì ăn liền", cẩu thả ra đời.

1. Ngôn ngữ và chữ viết nước ta có lịch sử qua nhiều thời kì, giai đoạn.

Thời kỳ đầu giai đoạn phong kiến, dân ta phải sử dụng chữ Hán để làm ngôn ngữ viết. Chữ Hán rất khó học, lại không được số đông dân chúng tin dùng. Đa phần dân số chúng ta làm nông, không có sử dụng để giao thương hay ngoại giao gì nhiều nên chữ Hán càng khó đi vào đời sống. Rất ít người biết chữ này, chủ yếu là quý tộc, thượng lưu thời phong kiến.

Để giữ gìn tiếng nói của dân tộc, người Việt đã sáng tạo ra cách đọc chữ Hán theo âm tiếng Việt. Tức là chữ viết không đổi, vẫn là chữ Hán nhưng lại đọc theo cách đọc của người Việt (chữ Hán ghi âm Việt) do lợi dụng được đặc điểm ghi ý không ghi âm của chữ tượng hình. Lúc này, chữ Nho với cách đọc Tiếng Việt giống như một kiểu phương ngữ vậy, cũng giống tiếng Quảng, hay các vùng địa phương khác ở bên Trung Quốc. Đây là đặc điểm khiến dân tộc ta bảo tồn được ngôn ngữ tránh bị đồng hóa.

Sau khi giành được độc lập thì dân ta lại tiến hành một cuộc chấn hưng văn hóa dân tộc tách khỏi hệ thống Hán Hóa bằng việc phát triển chữ Nôm. Chữ Nôm ra đời là bước mở đầu và bước ngoặt to lớn cho dân tộc ta khi chính chúng ta đã có một loại ngôn ngữ chữ viết riêng để dành cho việc sáng tác, biểu đạt ngôn ngữ, lưu giữ các ấn bản, ấn phẩm, thể hiện tiếng nói, đời sống của dân tộc mình.

Từ đây có một loạt nhà thơ, nhà văn viết chữ Nôm ra đời phải kể tới Nguyễn Du, Nguyễn Khuyến, Nguyễn Đình Chiểu, Hồ Xuân Hương... Nhưng chữ Nôm vẫn là một dạng chữ viết rất khó học, khó bình dân được. Điều này làm cho các tác phẩm, và tác gia chữ Nôm không nhiều.

Tại sao Truyện Kiều lại được phong là quốc hồn? Vì nó là một trong những tác phẩm tiên phong trong phong trào sáng tác thơ văn bằng chữ Nôm. Tuy được viết lại trên tác phẩm không mấy nổi bật là Kim Vân Kiều Truyện của Trung Quốc nhưng nó đã bước đầu thể hiện được độ phong phú, độ khai phóng, khai sáng, và các phát minh ngôn ngữ của dân tộc ta.

Truyện Kiều được viết bằng thể thơ lục bát nên dễ thuộc, dễ nhớ, dễ truyền khẩu. Trong quá trình truyền khẩu đã có nhiều dị bản do quá trình phóng tác của các tác giả dân gian. Truyện Kiều đi được vào đời sống ngày xưa và có những cách so sánh, câu nói ví von, thành ngữ... được đi ra ứng dụng vào đời sống thường ngày từ Truyện Kiều.

Nhưng thời nay thì ít ai dùng các câu Kiều để nói tới cuộc sống thường ngày nữa. Vậy là các tác phẩm vẫn có tuổi thọ nhất định. Lục Vân Tiên là một sáng tác của Nguyễn Đình Chiểu bằng chữ Nôm, cũng là thể thơ nên dễ truyền khẩu. Nhưng lại không có tính nổi bật như Truyện Kiều vì đơn giản nó đi sau nên đã mất đi tính phóng tác và phát triển, hệ thống hóa ngôn ngữ.

Độ phong phú của Tiếng Việt thời kì này chủ yếu được thể hiện qua Truyện Kiều. Từ khi hệ thống Quốc Ngữ ra đời vì tính đa dụng, dễ học, dễ nhớ, quy tắc dễ dàng... đã phổ biến được toàn dân.

2. Quy mô thị trường và độ "chịu chơi" của hệ thống kinh tế

Các bạn sẽ nhớ tới 2 quốc gia có nền công nghiệp điện ảnh cổ trang vô cùng nổi tiếng là Hàn Quốc và Trung Quốc. Nhưng ở họ lại có sự chênh lệch rất lớn về mức độ đầu tư và số lượng nhân vật, người tham gia nền công nghiệp này.

Trung Quốc có mô hình phim cổ trang rất lớn, có số lượng diễn viên quần chúng đông đảo. Trong khi đó Hàn Quốc có số lượng nhân vật quần chúng rất ít, quy mô khá nhỏ. Tại sao vậy? Đó chính là quy mô thị trường. Vì có thị trường lớn, số dân đông nên khả năng thu hồi vốn tốt đó là lí do Trung Quốc mạnh dạn đầu tư rất lớn.

Ngược lại, Hàn Quốc tuy có mức độ phủ sóng ở thị trường nước ngoài cao nhưng vẫn không thể địch lại được quy mô thị trường của Trung Quốc nên họ chỉ sử dụng số lượng diễn viên quần chúng ở mức thấp, nhỏ vì độ thu hồi vốn sau đó không cao.

Những năm gần đây cả Trung Quốc và Hàn Quốc cùng nhau tăng đầu tư cho nền công nghiệp điện ảnh vì họ đã có nhiều doanh nghiệp lớn, đầu tư cả trong và ngoài nước nên chi rất nhiều tiền cho PR, cho việc 'tấn công văn hóa đi trước, hàng hóa theo sau'.

Nước ta có thị trường dân số khá trẻ nhưng quy mô không lớn, cũng không lâu (do thời gian dân số vàng thấp), nên nhiều nhà sản xuất chỉ làm theo kiểu "mì ăn liền" thuần giải trí mua vui theo kiểu "xàm xí" đầu tư ít nhưng hi vọng thu lợi kiểu 'húp máng'.

Độ lớn của nền kinh tế cũng không cao, không có được thị trường nước ngoài đủ lớn để thực hiện chiến dịch 'tấn công văn hóa' nên cũng không có nhiều đầu tư.

3. Chủ đề nhàm chán lặp đi lặp lại một màu, không có tính ứng dụng cho đời sống, công việc

Tại sao những tác phẩm như Tam Quốc Diễn Nghĩa, Binh Pháp Tôn Tử, Kinh Talmud (Do Thái)... lại có sức sống và trở thành chủ đề muôn thở? Vì tính ứng dụng cao. Những tác phẩm này không chỉ có tính ứng dụng cho thời chiến mà còn có tính ứng dụng trong thời bình, cho công việc làm ăn kinh doanh. Những tác phẩm này mô tả nhiều chủ đề sinh động, nhiều hướng nhìn khác nhau, đi từ mối quan hệ mâu thuẫn giữa các tập đoàn chính trị khác nhau đương thời...

Một sự thật buồn mà ai cũng có thể nhận ra là Truyện Kiều của chúng ta đã không còn được giới trẻ ngày nay sử dụng trong đời sống hằng ngày nữa, các cách ví von, châm biếm, câu nói Kiều không còn được dùng trong công việc nữa.

Do đó để có các tác phẩm hay, xuất chúng thì chúng ta phải từ bỏ chủ đề cũ, tìm tòi công việc, cuộc sống của người dân đương thời để tạo ra các tác phẩm có nhiều góc nhìn phong phú, có tính ứng dụng cao thay vì tập trung chủ đề đã nhàm chán bao lâu nay và miêu tả tình cảm thuần túy.

Tôi thấy đa phần các tác phẩm điện ảnh của Việt Nam theo kiểu "cô dâu tám tuổi" (Ấn Độ), nó là một cuốn drama về tình cảm không có nhiều cốt truyện, tình huống truyện, mạch truyện... mà chỉ đa phần là thể hiện cảm xúc, mô tả cái nghèo, cái khổ, cái bi thương nào đó dù nó rất phi lí.

Chỉ khác một điều là Ấn Độ họ làm slow motion từng nhân vật một, còn Việt Nam làm với tốc độ bình thường nhưng liên tục, từ cấp độ này tới câp độ khác với một nhân vật chính mà thôi.

4. Khán giả hiện tại có nhiều lựa chọn

Đa phần xã hội ta rất cởi mở, nên đã tiếp nhận nhiều dòng phim điện ảnh, tác phẩm từ nước ngoài với chất lượng cực cao, cực tốt đương thời. Do đó các khán giả ở ta có nhiều lựa chọn, đó là lí do họ chọn những tác phẩm nước ngoài có chất lượng hơn là các tác phẩm èo uột của người Việt.

Tại sao xưa kia khi xem phim trắng đen, phim Tây Du Kí (1986), Lương Sơn Bá Chúc Anh Đài... lại thấy hay và cảm xúc mạnh liệt. Vì lúc đó chúng ta không có nhiều lựa chọn, do đó không có tính so sánh.

Cũng giống như ngày xưa lúc đói khổ thì ăn cơm không vẫn thấy ngon, vì lúc này chỉ cần ăn no. Nhưng thời này họ không ăn no mà là ăn ngon, nên họ sẽ chê cơm không, họ chọn sơn hào, hải vị...

Các tác phẩm thời xưa từ âm nhạc, tới điện ảnh cho khán giả thời nay xem họ sẽ chê và xem không nổi vì chất lượng xấu. Cụ thể các bạn tìm một bản nhạc thu âm thời trước và thời này nghe xem sao? Rất khác biệt đấy.

Nhưng những bộ phim như vậy vốn không có nhiều người xem, không có thị trường lớn. Người ta đi xem chắc cũng chỉ tò mò vì "hiệu ứng đoạt giải".

5. Đội ngũ nhà văn, biên kịch không đủ sống với nghề

Do mức độ chịu chi, quy mô thị trường kém... nên cũng ảnh hướng tới nghề nhà văn, biên kịch, kịch bản... Vì không đủ thu nhập nên họ phải làm nhiều nghề để sống, không chuyên tâm, không dốc sức vào để phát triển nghề. Khi một nghề mà không đủ sống thì đương nhiên sẽ không thể phát triển được.

Bruno Wu’s Seven Stars Cloud invested $2 million into the fledgling exchange and “dark pool” operator, according to the publication. Wu is not the first; Chinese company Chongqing Casin Enterprise Group faced opposition from the SEC back in August when it tried to buy the Chicago Stock Exchange, according to a report in the Financial Times.

Wu is one of China’s most affluent entertainment entrepreneurs; he has been called Mr. Chinawood for his raft of investments in the industry. His company gave a private investment presentation to bankers at Cowen & Co. earlier this month as it makes moves to enter the lucrative crypto trading market. The company is calling the settlement an “initial exchange offering,” a play on initial coin offerings. Seven Stars President and Chief Revenue Officer Robert Benya will join the board of the Delaware Board of Trade as part of the deal.

Wu has dabbled in the past, buying a majority share of a YouTube-like company called YOU On Demand last year, which was previously owned by World Wrestling Entertainment icon and professional wrestler Shane McMahon.

Company Vision

Wu announced a brief update and highlighted the company vision in a press release on December 22:

Seven Stars Cloud is a next-generation Artificial Intelligence and Blockchain-Powered Financial Technology Company that offers supply chain and digital finance solutions aiming to disrupt and consolidate supply chain finance, risk management and asset-backed digital securitization. Focusing on Blockchain for a moment I want to be very clear and concise on how Blockchain is powering Seven Stars Cloud business models.

The statement went on to say:

However, Seven Stars Cloud is in no way a Bitcoin-related company and it must be highlighted that the opportunities and possibilities of Blockchain extend far beyond the world of cryptocurrencies … we are applying Blockchain and Artificial Intelligence to create a hybrid solution for supply chain finance, risk management and asset-backed digital securitization. And these are only the first massive opportunities and markets we are targeting, with more plug and play opportunities to be announced in 2018.
