finally, a day off from work. you were so glad that for once you had absolutely nothing to do. your house was tidy, you ate your favorite breakfast, and now you were relaxing on the couch with your favorite record spinning.

there was only one thing missing from your seemingly perfect day— jake. he’d gone to the studio early this morning so that he could record a little, and he promised you a lovely dinner out this evening. you let him pick your outfit this morning, he’d had it draped over the footboard of your bed.

he picked a strappy black dress, a denim jacket that you’d found while thrifting, and some knee-high black boots. your jacket was adorned with enamel pins, some of them your own and a few stolen from jake. you figured he’d pick it, so you were excited to wear it.

you didn’t realize that you’d fallen asleep on the couch until you heard jake shuffle through the front door. you sat up slowly and outstretched your arms, signaling you wanted a hug, and he came to your side and let you wrap your body around him. “how was your nap, baby?” he spoke, his voice low and silky. you told him it was nice to get some rest and he gently stroked your hair.

“i’m gonna go start getting ready!” you told him, a toothy grin spread across your face. he held your gaze for a moment and you watched a smirk play across his lips. “why are you looking at me like that?” you questioned. your voice came out a bit more on the nervous side than you would’ve liked.

“do you remember that toy we got you the other week?” he said, and you practically felt your stomach drop. you knew exactly which toy, a vibrator that could be controlled via an app on your phone. you said nothing, but shook your head yes. “i programmed it this morning, it’s all set up,” he tells you, turning his phone on and displaying the app for you. “we’re gonna use it tonight, is that okay?”

you were once again untrusting of your voice so you nodded again, but he was displeased. “that’s not how this works. i need verbal confirmation. is this okay?”

“yes, jake.” you tell him. “it’s okay, i want to.”

he follows you to the bedroom and helps you grab your clothes, walking them into your connected bathroom. you start working on your makeup and hair first, nervous about getting dressed and the implication of what the evening was going to bring.

jake left the toy on the counter for you, and after you were done getting dressed you maneuvered your clothes so that you could slip it inside of your already soaked core. sometimes it irritated you how just simply talking to jake could get you riled up. the vibrator was a bit uncomfortable at first, but you knew through the duration of the evening you knew that would change.

you met him in the den and your mouth watered as you drunk the sight of him in. he dressed in a pair of faded black jeans, ones you wished he wore more often, and he cuffed the ankles. he wore his signature boots and jewelry that he’d paired with a silk white shirt and a black blazer. you could tell he’d intended to be similar to you and the thought made your head feel fuzzy. no matter where you were he’d always wanted the entire room to know you were his.

he drove you to one of your favorite restaurants, not too fancy but still incredibly nice. once you were seated you watched that sly grin play over his face again, and with a few swipes of his thumb over his phone screen you began to feel the slow yet steady vibrations start.

you bit your lip and jolted forward and when jake laughed at you, you gave him a death stare. he blew you a sarcastic kiss from across the table, but before you could speak the waiter approached your table.

jake had made some sort of reservation, so he already planned some of the details of your dinner with the hostesses. you watched the waiter pour your wine, a sweet red that jake had picked for you. you tried to focus intently on the burgundy liquid filling the cup rather than focus on the pleasurable buzzing over-taking your lower region.

you saw him look down, you knew his phone was in his lap, and you felt the vibration increase as he slid his thumb across the dial on the app. you gripped the arm of the chair until your knuckles turned white, and you could feel the waiter’s gaze upon you.

he said nothing, but leaned over the table to place your wine between you so that you could continue to top off your own glasses when they got low. he bowed to you both before walking away, and when he did you cursed jake from across the table.

he leaned over, careful not to place his elbows on the pristine white tablecloth as it was improper etiquette, and he whispered to you, “you’re doing so good for me, pretty girl. i’m so proud of you.”

when the waiter returned he had his tablet in his hand and was ready to take your order. you knew your voice would come out absolutely fucked, so you let jake pick your food for you. you were thankful he knew your regular order.

you tried to carry out a conversation with jake while you waited for your food, but you were failing. the sensations you were feeling were almost too good, and when jake suddenly turned the vibrator off you almost mewled so loud that the entire restaurant could hear.

preference of communication : i honestly prefer to start off on tumblr ims and then migrate to discord if we get to chatting/plotting! tbh i've been so bad with communicating this year and finally getting better at it (and better at being active in general! so come hit me up!)

most active muse : chey! she's been my main babe since 2013 and she's not going anywhere. i used to always feel bad that my main focus was on her, but not anymore tbh. she's unapologetically my fav.

experience / how many years : oh man, i've been writing since the dawn of time. i used to write privately with friends back in the day through e-mail, polyvore, MYSPACE! literally anywhere and everywhere. i didn't find tumblr rp until 2013.

best experience : i have to say wholeheartedly some of my best memories come from the 2013-2014 years and that's largely thanks to @mutatedangels! the summer was full of nights where i'd stay up writing and plotting until the sun rose the next day. it was so fun being giddy over ships and having a blast writing whatever we wanted.

rp pet peeves : refusing to write with certain faces or being too rigid with rules in general. i also never really like when someone chases a face and has no interest in what the actual character is like. i totally get preferences, but sometimes it just feels a little crazy to be so strict with certain rules that really don't matter at the end of the day. it's tumblr rp, we're all here for fun!

fluff, angst, or smut : i'm a sucker for fluff & angst. i love anything that brings on strong emotions! i'm not against smut, and in fact really love the idea of it when i have a great ship - i just SUCK at it. and i get bored writing it pretty quickly. but again, not against it!

plots or memes : oh plots for sure. most of the time i don't really need a big plot, i just like a connection to build off of. almost all my muses have a set bio, stats, etc so sometimes i can't make them work for a specific meme bc it doesn't make sense for them. there's only a few characters of mine that i'm willing to change for the sake of a meme or plot.

long or short replies : i'm a sucker for long replies. i don't always need them to be SUPER long, though i tend to get carried away. i pretty much can NEVER write under a paragraph- so one liners are a no-go for me.

time to write : mostly at night, but sometimes i get some inspo when i have desk time at work and i'll crank out a few replies (or do something like this 😈)

are you like your muses : i have a lot of the same interests as some of my muses! i made a lot of my muses BECAUSE of those interests of mine. sometimes my life experiences inspire me for a character. for instance, i used to be in the film industry and hated it. but i knew someone like chey would LOVE it. so, little things like that! but there's no muse of mine that is quite like me.
