Check Out (2022)

I fell asleep. Yeah, I literally fell asleep. Episode 1 was so boring like no it wasn't because there weren't many adult scenes. No! But it was really dull. The pace was too slow and there were many unnecessary scenes. But the soundtrack is good. And the second MC is cute. p.s. Daonuea :)

The first 2 episodes of Check Out are already being released and the series is getting mixed reactions. But personally for me the first episode was so boring and it's not like the episode was boring because there weren't much thirst scenes. No!!! It was slow paced, full of unnecessary scenes with only 3 characters.

BL dramas are not about only Love Scenes/Adult Scenes. The story should be interesting, the chemistry should be visible. Episode 1 have to be the best episode not just for BL Drama but every other Drama. If it's interesting, if it ended on a cliff hanger or a good note viewers stay hooked. They come back again for more.

Episode 1 was all about Daonuea. His current work, relationship; overall his life. There were some memories but just for a hint.

Episode 2 was comparatively good. Nine's presence didn't bring much interest though. His character & everything related to him seems so messy. Here are the reasons why:-

He ignored Dao after everything & when they met again he had this audcity to get angry and jealous.

HE decided to meet Daonuea again and mend things but HE didn't think it's important to clear things with his GIRLFRIEND first.

He knew something is going on between Dao & Tee and yet he chose to forced himself on Dao.

He didn't broke up with his girlfriend and tried to reach Dao which automatically means he cheated on her.

Now some were saying if Nine cheated then so did Dao like No! Nine forced himself on Dao. He struggled at first but later he responded to the touch. But it doesn't count in cheating. At the very start he made it very clear that he needs time and very politely asked Tee is it okay to be lover later? TEE is trying to win him back. They weren't in a relationship at a time, just friends. So getting close to Nine counts as a Cheating? I will say NO!!!

Keeping all these things aside I will say they did a pretty good job in Soundtrack. The songs are good. Those are the type of melodies you will like to hear sitting by a window while enjoying the rain outside.

I honestly don't want to drop this series so I'm gonna give it a chance because I really want to see where things will go.

I know most people see their pets as their children but my cat is my roommate. The fact that she's an adult is so much funnier to me.
