As Crowley and Aziraphale wait for their egg to hatch, they have started getting closer to the residents of Tadfield, especially The Them. Adam still needs help with his residual powers and The Fells have become babysitters to the young teens.

Such an occasion has The Them in London and after a busy day Crowley begins to tell them of a tale from when he was a pirate. It just so happened that he was a part of the crew of The Revenge.

Through his story we find out what happened after the crew were abandoned and what becomes of the pirates of legend.
