I couldn't sleep so now the Men Shen MS1-O is ready to cause problems. I'm getting a bit better at the squad markings- a friend of mine who actually knows how to read Chinese suggested I look up a stroke guide for the characters I was using instead of just trying to copy off of Wikipedia. I probably should've figured that out a bit sooner :/

Minis 2 and 3 painted! After my second spackle attempt I'm going to follow the advice given me in the previous post and pick up some hobby sand for the base on the Griffin.

Anyways, we have a House Hiritsu Vindicator on the left and a Griffin in Laurel's Legion livery on the right. I'm crazy happy with the heat stressing on the Vindy's PPC barrel and the canopy on the Griffin went really well for only my second attempt at glass.

((The amount of Canopus rep does not in any way reflect how good Nyalter looks in a casino bunnysuit- Joking aside, that's actually a bug. It's meant to cap out at 100 but if you get flashpoint rep when you're nearly at 100, it overflows. I could make a lot of jokes in bad taste, but instead I will say that if Nyalter were in the Battletech universe, there's 0 chance of her being a Mechwarrior and every chance of her working in a Canopian casino-))

So I went ahead and colored my girl her name is Atilla, that's what the writing means. (At least according to what Google Translate says). Probably gonna do a lot more with her cause I like her a lot. I also love how she came out.

I even did her up in an alternate color scheme from my favorite Battletech Successor state. The Capellan Confederation. The lettering is Traditional Chinese and is just her name (Again according to Google Translate pls forgive TwT). The Federation logo is a bit wonky, but it's whateva. Off topic one of my best friends Sides with House Marik, and my Father is house Davion.

The last (for now) of my 1st Liao Dragoons Vindicators. These mechs really hit so many sweet spots for me, I wish there were more 3025 variants. I like them as cheap hole punchers for other mechs to SRM crit fish

Ah, the Cataphract, what happens when you throw a big pile of scraps and production spares at a bunch of engineers with no resources and too many problems and tell them to make it work. In fairness to the Capellans, they did somehow manage to make a pretty decent design by stuffing a Marauder, Shadow Hawk, and Phoenix Hawk in a blender with whatever else was on hand on Tikanov at the time. Shame the Davions stole the production facility when they came a-knocking
