You should know, whenever something happens involving pot, it’s always my mom’s fault.

Mom introduced me to it at 37 or so to help relieve my pain and help me sleep.

Mom got me into edibles.

Mom convinced me we should make cannibutter.

And then there’s this situation.

Mom introduced me to a bong and I way underestimated how much I was taking in.

So. Now I am on the sofa, too stoned to move on GMO Cookies. Which I really like because I can just exist and there’s no pain. But for sleep I’m currently into Blow Pop. It was Pink Rozay but it stopped being available.

I regret nothing and I look forward to more cannabis chronicles.

Roommate lost their phone. By lost I mean hurled it across the backyard in anger into the neighbor’s tree and then just never retrieved it like a two weeks ago.

Roommate is also having a fight with Mom and so has made themselves scarce to the point of not seeing them for days.

Hence there was no way to warn roommate that the brownies on the stove are pot brownies. Made for me to eat when the wildfire particulates are bad. Gluten free, with homemade cannibutter. Used that as the oil in the mix.

Came home from the bank to a square missing.

Informed roommate that they’d just had an edible.

Roommate is displeased. “Oh, great.”

The brownies smell of pot and you can taste it as sort of a cannabis-y aftertaste, like someone put a hint of mint in. It’s not subtle. We used a third of a cup of cannibutter.

Also like roommate knows we make edibles and really should have asked.

Guess they’ll be sleeping all day.
