I am not a monarchist, it is something old and the world does not need kings, princes etc... She could not be eternal.

Why do I have this? In short a British style joke.

Nor do I want or understand the monarchy in Spain. This is a small detail ☝️ But what better than a nice song to say goodbye to Aunt Lilibeth.

there’s many valuable things one could learn while watching The Crown, but i think the many nicknames for “Elizabeth” is not the one i should be so focused on.

“One more round!” Nat yelled, downing her drink.
Tony was throwing a party at the compound for..something that you couldn’t quite remember at the moment. Truth be told, you didn’t really care. The party just meant a moment to finally unwind and forget about work stress. You and Nat were doing rounds of shots, though you weren’t totally sure how many drinks you’d had so far this evening.
As you stood up to follow the Russian to the bar, you felt your head swim. You chose to ignore it; sure you were feeling tipsy but you were in no way done having fun tonight.
Joining Nat at the bar, you threw back the drink she presented in front of you. “Alright Y/N!” She cheered. “Maybe you’re not as much of a lightweight as I thought.”
“L-lightweight? Me? Never.” Keeping your speech fluent was becoming a bit of a difficult task.
Suddenly the assassin leaned in close, a mischievous glint in her eye. Unlike you, she didn’t seem to be affected by the liquor at all. “So, you and Harkness huh? You’ve got to tell me everything,” she smirked.
“Agatha? She’s amazing,” you couldn’t help the grin that formed on your face thinking of your girlfriend. “She’s so caring, and hot, and powerful, and hot, and smart, and hot,” you giggled.
“Don’t forget the fact that she’s hot,” Nat snorted.
“Did you know we met when I was in Westview?” You nodded at the surprised look on the assassin’s face. “Yup. And I thought she was so hot and I guess she thought the same about me because she took me home and we had super hot amazing-”
“Y/N!” You were interrupted by your girlfriend wrapping an arm around your waist. “There you are!” Agatha looked down at you with an amused look on her face.
“Aggs!” You exclaimed, giving her a kiss on the cheek. “I’ve missed you.”
“I’ve been about 10 feet away darling. Is it possible you maybe had a bit too much to drink?”
You smirked at Nat while pointing your thumb at Agatha. “See, I told you she’s caring.”
The Russian chuckled before turning to Agatha. “Y/N’s been trying to keep up with me, so yes, I think she has had a little too much to drink.”
“Alright doll,” the witch said, helping you to your feet. You felt yourself stumble a little but Agatha held on tight. “Let’s get you home, hm?”
You let out an exaggerated sigh. “Fine,” you said, waving bye to Nat.
Agatha’s magic enveloped both of you, making you feel warm. Suddenly, the two of you were in your apartment’s bedroom. You turned and wrapped your arms around Agatha’s neck. “Are you thinking what I’m thinking,” you giggled.
“I’m thinking,” Agatha said, gently pushing you onto the bed. “That my girlfriend tried to drink like a Russian and is now facing the consequences.”
Before you could protest, Agatha magicked away your clothes and tucked you under the covers. You didn’t want to admit it, but your eyes were starting to get droopy.
Sitting next to you, Agatha procured an aspirin and a glass of water. “Drink up sweetheart,” she said, offering you the glass.
“But I like being buzzed,” you frowned. “It makes me feel warm.”
“I know you do,” Agatha laughed. “But this is for tomorrow’s Y/N, who’s going to have one hell of a hangover. And besides, I can make you feel warm too.”
Disgruntled, you took the water and aspirin. “Good girl,” Agatha smiled, pressing a kiss into your hair. Setting the glass aside she slipped under the covers next to you.
You snuggled into her side, nuzzling your face into crook of her neck. “I love you,” you whispered sleepily.
“I love you too angel,” she whispered back, holding you tight until you fell asleep in her arms.
