Hey!! So this might be a bit of a weird question, but I’m interested in reading dc, specifically batfam, fics, but I have not read the comics and I don’t really wanna. So is there any ig,,, problematic/weird content I should stay away from?? Like anything that would be incest, pedophillia etc, like how the mcu unfortunately has st*rker and th*rki or just weird shit like tony/Loki?? Tysm!!!

It’s fandom, so yeah. There’s always going to be that corner of AO3.

In particular, there’s heaps of shipping between the Robins. Although tbf to the fans, none of the Robins are related and most of them didn’t grow up together  (Dick moved out, Jason was dead, Tim was going on a feral, grief-stricken jaunt through Europe, etc). But considering that large portions of the fandom (and a lot of canon) consider the bat-kids to be family, the shipping does feel weird. So hone in on your exclusion tags.

I don’t know enough about the fandom to tell you much more than that. I’d say using your usual exclusion criteria is always a safe bet though.
