I haven't been on tumblr in a long while and I checked and you haven't posted more of teeny vamp Steve?!?!?! I need more! Please sir 🥺👉👈 more?? Maybe about the first time Steve feeds from Bucky? Does he maybe take too much blood because he's a super soldier?

I love the love for pre-serum tiny Steve and beefy post WS Bucky. I'm thrilled that you went through the efforts to find out if I wrote more about them too!! Thank you!

Also, yes, I will always provide more when asked lol.

**Also, obviously trigger warning for blood**

First off:

Bucky is a super soldier and his blood is like S tier blood. It has all of what small Steve needs and more.

The only way Steve can think to describe the difference between his blood and normal humans blood is like when you have a slice of light, fluffy cake that's easy to eat and forget about versus trying to tackle a decadent, rich, and creamy large slice of cheesecake that leaves you full and maybe a little sugared out afterwards, y’know? It's good in small portions, of course, but if Steve tries to take the same amount of blood from Bucky that he would from a regular person... its not the best idea.

However, slowly but surely Steve works his way up to being able to take that normal amount of blood from Bucky rather than just little sips because he's a stubborn shit.

Although- the first time Steve feeds from Bucky he doesn't know that, neither of them do and sooo-

Bucky ends up being perfectly fine, no ill effects because the serum has easily just made more blood for him just about as fast as Steve drank from him. He's not dizzy, not pale, not feeling weak at all.

You'd never know he just let a vampire have his way with him unless he told you so or unless you were able to spot the little dots on the side of his neck amongst a speckling of hickeys.

In fact he's so perfectly fine that Steve ends up being the one who's put of of commission from feeding and Bucky ends up needing to take care of Steve.

They were both on the couch for the act of feeding itself, Bucky sitting up right with Steve in his lap, lapping at and drinking from his neck, but now, after- Steve is lying with his head in Bucky’s lap.

Bucky's hands are both petting his hair and rubbing his little potbelly, one doing each job and doing it well enough that Steve jokes that he might stay there forever.

Bucky lets him stay like that and he keeps humming and occasionally talking when Steve's not passed out in a food coma.

"You're stupid," he says adoringly, "I told you shouldn't wait until you're starving to feed. You shoulda just asked. I would've said yes."

"Hmph," Steve huffs, annoyed that Bucky's entirely right, pushing his face into his hip.

"Knew you'd drink too much," he pats his tummy gently as if he needs the reminder that it's there. Vaguely he thinks it should be weird or off-putting, knowing that his blood is what's filling Steve's normally concave belly out into an impressive dome but it's not. It's... it's strangely nice. It's nice to know that Steve has been taken care of and that it's wholly because of him. His blood making his boyfriend comfortable- well, more comfortable than he was.

He'd much rather Steve have a slight stomach ache and be sleepy and a little loopy than Steve have cramps from being so hungry.

"Mm-" the smaller man cradles the bowed out sides of his tummy, mouth adorably sitting in an unhappy frown, half heartedly moaning with his aching stomach, "I didn't mean to-" and-

Is Bucky seeing right? Is Steve blushing? Can vampires blush? What? How? Also- aww.

"You," he's definitely blushing, he catches his wrist with his mouth, lightly dragging his fangs along his skin like that'll save him from having his staining blush acknowledged. He sighs- "you just taste really good," he murmurs into his skin.

"Oh."

Bucky is then the one blushing.
