This week, our team successfully created a prototype for HustlePay and hypothesized its potential for being realistic, applicable, and effective. To validate our hypotheses, we employed hypothesis testing by developing a real website prototype, even though we lacked some presentation slides. Despite this, the team unanimously decided to push forward and continue refining the prototype as it is essential for our final pitching. During the final pitching, we presented our updated presentation, incorporating changes and improvements based on the valuable suggestions we received during the midterm pitching phase. To provide a clear and comprehensive understanding of what HustlePay is all about, the team made the strategic decision to present and utilize the prototype during the pitch. By doing so, we aimed to offer a tangible demonstration of the platform's functionalities and benefits. The panel's feedback during the final pitching was taken very positively. They emphasized the importance of providing a unified and thorough explanation or presentation to fully convey the essence of HustlePay. Additionally, the panel highlighted the significance of validating our concept with relevant stakeholders, such as the Management Information System (MIS), Office of Student Affairs (OSA), and other relevant individuals or groups. Reflecting on the feedback, we acknowledge the need for greater clarity in our vision and objectives. There were instances of confusion and misalignment, which we understand must be addressed. Moving forward, our team is committed to working diligently and meticulously on the implementation of HustlePay. We recognize that being clear about our intentions and ensuring all aspects of the project are well-aligned are critical factors for success. With these insights in mind, we will refine our approach to HustlePay, ensuring that it addresses the needs and expectations of all stakeholders involved. By incorporating the panel's suggestions and conducting thorough validations with relevant parties, we aim to build a robust and effective platform that truly delivers value to its users. In conclusion, the journey of developing HustlePay has been an enlightening experience. The feedback and guidance received during the final pitching have served as valuable compass points for our future efforts. We are more determined than ever to work cohesively as a team, bringing clarity and alignment to every step of the implementation process, and ultimately realizing the full potential of HustlePay.

Introduction :
A well-crafted business proposal can be the key to securing new clients, attracting investors, or obtaining funding for your venture. 1. Executive Summary Begin your business proposal with a concise executive summary that outlines the key points of your proposal. This section should provide a clear and compelling overview of your business idea, highlighting its unique selling points and the potential benefits for the reader.
2. Problem Statement Identify and articulate the problem or need that your business proposal aims to address. Clearly explain why this problem is significant and how your proposed solution will provide value or alleviate the pain points of your target audience. Use data, statistics, or real-life examples to strengthen your argument and create a sense of urgency.
3. Proposed Solution Present your proposed solution in a detailed and logical manner. Describe the features, benefits, and competitive advantages of your product or service. Clearly outline how your solution directly addresses the problem stated earlier and why it is superior to existing alternatives in the market.
4. Market Analysis Conduct thorough research on your target market, including its size, demographics, trends, and competitive landscape. Demonstrate a deep understanding of your industry and the opportunities it presents. Use this section to highlight your market positioning and illustrate how your business proposal aligns with market demands.
5. Implementation Plan Provide a step-by-step plan for implementing your proposed solution. Break it down into manageable phases, outlining timelines, resources required, and key milestones. This section should showcase your project management capabilities and convince the reader that you have a clear roadmap for success.
6. Financial Projections Include realistic and well-supported financial projections to demonstrate the potential profitability and sustainability of your business proposal. Present key financial metrics such as revenue, expenses, and projected return on investment. Use graphs and charts to enhance clarity and visual appeal.
7. Conclusion Wrap up your business proposal by summarizing the key points, emphasizing the benefits of your solution, and reiterating why your proposal is the best choice. Encourage the reader to take action and express your willingness to discuss the proposal further.
Conclusion Crafting a compelling business proposal can be challenging, especially for beginners. However, by following these essential guidelines, you can create a persuasive document that effectively communicates your business idea, its potential, and its value proposition. Remember, practice makes perfect, so refine and iterate your proposals to enhance your chances of success.

Doing things that don't scale
There are a lot of activities this month, especially since we have a business pitching coming up. We developed a Business Model Canvas (BMC) for our siomai. Even it is tiring at the same time enjoyable because we work together to cook our product. So when we talk about doing things that don't scale, go ahead and solve problems manually for as long as you can if you can locate someone who needs them, and then progressively automate the bottlenecks. I learned that if you're going to have a business you should start with a small business first until it grow and develop. Learn their needs and interact with them, because customer's are the one who can help to grow your business until it becomes big. It's not easy to do business, especially since you must learn a lot before you start building it on your own. Your business might fail, so don't rush, it is not easy to do business, there are many processes it's not that you will develop immediately and your business will become famous, there are also failures before you can achieve what you dream of. Wishing luck in our business pitching <33

Being in the mouth of the dragon. Dragon's Den is here, everyone, grab a seat!
Being in the mouth of the dragon. Dragon’s Den is here, everyone, grab a seat!
March 17. 05:00 in the morning. Getting ready to go out (yeah I live far from university, like a good 2 hours and a freaking half!). My palms are sweaty and I am not Eminem. I am revising my speech in the tube. Today is the day. Four judges. Four students. The time of the truth- were we ready enough to “sell” our products to the dragons or will they breath fire to our faces instead? Okay, I will…
