Alright, headcannon time! This time it's about which school the Covenheads attended (Hexside, Glandus, St. Epiderm).
First up, obviously, Darius and Raine attended Hexside, with Raine transferring from St. Epiderm to there.
Now with that out of the way, I present the Covenheads I headcanon to have attended Glandus:

These ones scream of Glandus energy. I mean come on Glandus goes by the "rule of the strong" and these tracks do have powerful magic (as well as potions being versatile) so it tracks IMO.
I also headcanon that Eberwolf attended Glandus however, after he met Darius, he transferred to Hexside (like Raine did for Eda), although it was a bit later.
The covenheads I headcanon to have attended St. Epiderm are:

Like in real life, doctors are a very respected and valued profession, so I figure St. Epiderm, being a more prestigious school that values the track she would attend it.
As for Osran, since the oracle coven is in charge of telecommunications/broadcasting, I think he attended St. Epiderm as it's a valued and important profession in the Boiling Isles.
Then for Adrian, I'm just going to say that he reeks of St. Epiderm energy. Like St. Epiderm is noted to be a more expensive school (with the whole tuition fee thing mentioned in TTBK).
And honestly, he has the energy of a wealthy upbringing (so yeah that checks out).
But if we're talking about track reasons, I also like to HC that St. Epiderm values fine arts which includes the illusion and bard track. (Hence why Raine went to St. Epiderm at first).
Sidenote: I find it entertaining that most people in the fandom can almost collectively agree that Adrian went to St. Epiderm (great minds think alike)
In terms of my reasoning behind each Covenhead attending the schools, I have a headcanon that while Glandus is very competition-based (both literally and figuratively) St. Epiderm is more focused on the more professional tracks, and fine arts (which includes illusions and bard tracks).
This is not to say that Glandus and St. Epiderm do not have the other tracks. I just like to headcanon that they have a bit of a favoritism/ more focus on the professional and competitive tracks respectively.
Then, I also HC that Hexside is a more well-rounded school, with no particular bias towards a track.
So basically, if you want to go into a specific track/coven, you also have to consider which school to attend as it may influence your degree of success.
