Unpopular opinion (I think, from what little I've seen of the nhie fandom anyway): I love Paxton Hall-Yoshida! I think he's a great character with a lot more depth than people give him credit for.

i will say, some of my affection for him is still inherited glow from the way he fills the josh chan role so perfectly with his judgment-free acceptance of devi's idiosyncrasies but even still! dude is very relatable in his stoicism and very loveable in the way he admires devi's boldness + the way he wants to be seen for more than his peers think he is
