i'm so tired of being tired

#babe started snoring two years ago. i meed complete silence. my ears give a reaction to plugs. it's ear pain - sore back (couch) - no sleep #plugged 15 minutes after going to bed last night. ears started throbbing at 4am. unplugged. snores. cried. moved to couch at 4:30. #my eyes are so heavy.. #had to get up early because a maintenance guy is coming over 'between 08:30 and 12:30'. i hate big time frames #i hate everything right now tfb #end of rant.

finally snowed for more than a dusting. went to crazy and shovelled sooooo many driveways. arms sore and i'm so cold but worthhhhhh...

#i dooo get paid for one of them so..... #and omggg i'm so embarrassed #so ok. our new next door neighbours haven't talked to us much so idk much about them #and we used to shovel the driveway for the lady who used to live there bc she was older and disabled and our driveways r very close #like. touching eachother #my bf said our roofs were kissing the houses are angled close to eachother. regardless. #so the snows piling up and the cars not there so i figure i'll at least shovel a path to the front door/garage so they can plug their car in #and i'm wearing big headphones to protect my ears from the wind / because the windchill made it -30 out of nowhere. #and i saw that their shovel was broken too!!! so of course i'm gonna shovel their yard.... #so im doin my thang. shovelling. i do it in a weird ish pattern but that's just how i prefer to do it #and i'm always nervous about being up at ppls doors when i shovel so i'm already on edge #AND I TURN TO FINISH UP AND THEIR KID IS GETTING HOME FROM SCHOOL #maybe like. 7-9th year aged. idk #younger than me of course but i'm a little wimp so i squeak like a dumbass #and just go 'sorry!' before running off to shovel the other side of the road 😭😭😭 #i would've done more if that girl hadn't scared me off.... #nice little kick of anxiety for me for today.... but.... i mean #and like. i was up in their front yard. i shovelled out a path to their compost/garbage bins so they could still put those out #i did the steps.... i must have looked like a little freak that family has like never seen me i never leave the house.......

#gotta wake up 4:30 am to do stuffs (take yearbook pictures with my class) #okay im oversharinf its time ive got antihero in my ears im going to pour some soul out #so my favorite car trips are ones my dad drives around taiwan as we visit places from taichung (hometown) to taipei #the car had a usb of music from his brother and all the songs were like some rock or old pop in chinese and i was like im 12 i dont like #this so i scoured through the contents of the usb and found oh! taylor awift i know her from shake it off let me see whats this #it was the entire 1989 album #and i was in the car my entire family tires rolling through urban and rural-esque areas i took off my glasses (i wanted to see with #my eyes fr like idk i wanted the authenticity of viewing the ‘home’ i never got to seefor the last decade) and im practically blind without #them optical lenses so the entire trip in my memory are changing colors #cool air (it was 25°C out) and taylor swift blasting through the car between the lulls that we’re all content to be in silence stead of #mindless chatting #plug in 1989 and its the most calm you’ll get me. specifically style (i see green trees and feel the breeze through the window’s palm-wide #gap) or all you had to do was stay and i see bubbles of lights floating through the front of the car and big blocks of indisternable #buildings and wide empty intersections parralel to the bursting sprawling walking streets #okay imma go to sleep #good night #thinkingaboutmusic

Ok so. GREAT fun. I haven't listened to the new grandson album as much as I was meaning to (life has been in the way & iamx has had a chokehold on me recently), BUT I recognized them enough for those songs to still be fun. And!!!! He played plenty of older shit, and I had a Blast

I was trying to not spend too much of the concert filming (I've been guilty of that before), so I have only 2 videos. One for Dirty and one for Blood//Water (which was the closing song), bc those r both Great. I had SO much fun belting out We Did It tho, practically Yelling it. More fun there than trying to film lmao.

And then there was the song Heather. I didn't know if he'd play it bc it's such a raw song, but he did. Got down onto the floor (so i couldn't see him bc im short lol but that was ok), had us turn our phone flashlights on. & he just sang. A calmer moment. & see the thing is, I've legit cried to that song before. In the car before I knew I'd have to put Cassy down, this album was playing. And that song just... got to me. So hearing it again, experiencing that moment, I'm ngl I cried at the same damn part. Just some little tears, nothing too serious, but still. Got some Emotions from it man... I didn't take any pics during this part bc I was just living in the moment entirely. And I think that's just fine. Sometimes things are better left that way.

Other highlights include Oh No and Stigmata and Stick Up, all of which were Lots of fun to jump around too. EXCEPT I COULDNT JUMP TOO MUCH bc I had water cans in my pockets hfkshfkdhd which was worth it to not have my hands occupied but it did limit me. Yes i did splash myself a few times. I kept it relatively under control so it was fiiiine.

All in all, Lots of fun. I don't go to concerts very much, since I'm not typically the type that likes crowds, but once in a while for artists I care about... yeah ❤

#i havent worn earrings since i was like 14 so theyve closed up but #my lady is going to get a couple tattoos today so i decided to get my ears repierced since im tagging along & im so excited! #cause after my ears heal ive decided that im going to try stretching them!!! ive been too scared to do it before but i sant them so bad! #so while i was at the shop i was looking at stone plugs & i asked him the sizes bc i wanted a visual of how big theyd be in my ears #as it turns out most people can go down to a 2-00 gauge & their ears can still close up after a while if they want! #which is great for me cause i want them but i dont want them to be permanent permanent yknow? #i think the lowest id go is a 6 or maybe a 4 but we'll see! #emma rambles #body modifactions
