ISAGI has been waiting for u! Just like the wonderful best friend he is, isagi will be by your side the entire party. Making sure no one spikes your drink, ensuring no creeps are staring at you weird, and most importantly of all, keeping your lips for him and only him. When the time comes he turns you to face him gently, nervously fidgeting with his fingers as he looks you in the eye.

“ i guess there’s no one else around here but us, huh?” isagi murmers, giving a nervous giggle as you simply smile back

four. 

“ well; i supposed i wouldn’t be against my best friend stealing my first kiss” you beam, grinning as you lean in closer

three. 

isagi can smell you everywhere, the scent of your perfume filling his senses and intoxicating him. it makes him sweat, nervous to make the next move, you’re just so.. you! so perfect and so sweet, the thought of even touching you making his guts twist and turn. 

two.

you lean in closer and he thinks, “this really wasn’t how it was supposed to go..” he was supposed to be the one in charge, the handsome prince charming who would sweep you off your feet and capture you in his arms before claiming your lips as his. So.. why were you the one taking the lead instead?

one. 

isagi barely has anytime to think before you wrap your arms around his neck, giving him a quick peck on his lips before pulling away, a teasing smirk gracing your face. 

Instead of feeling euphoric and over the moon like he imagined himself to be, isagi’s flustered state quickly transitions to disappointment and then confusion. were first kisses usually this.. anti climatic? 

but as he stares at your slightly rosy cheeks and small fidgety movements, isagi can’t help but bring out his ego. 

it didnt matter if this one was quick, there would be more in the future. much, much longer ones, and he would ensure to savour them all. after all, a new year meant change, right?

BACHIRA chases you around. he needs to be your first kiss, he has to be! he watches you from afar(not in a creepy way ofc), following your every move and occasionally making small talk - after all, he needed to make sure you liked him enough too! he strikes while the iron is hot, leading you to a place where he’s certain you’ll be alone, just in time for the new year to begin. 

five. 

now that you were here, bachira doesn’t know what to do. he had never included a reason for dragging you to a secluded corner in his little plan, and now that you were with him,, well it was just a bit awkward, he would say.

four.

surprisingly enough, you don’t seem to be too opposed to his antics, tagging along almost as if you were grateful to be in this position, never even questioning his motive. if bachira didn’t know any better, he was sure that was what he would’ve assumed, from that gleam in your eyes to the pinkness of your cheeks.

three. 

three seconds left on the clock. at this point, there was no turning back, might as well follow through with his plan! he gives you a close-eyed smile, knowing that if he couldn’t see you, it would at least make some of his nerves go away. 

two. 

he opens his eyes after a while, giving himself a moment to take in all your beauty - the way your dress perfectly outlines your body, the body that would fit oh-so perfectly in his hands. the way your hair had been done perfectly, looking so smooth and silky that he would give up all the money in his possession to run his hands through them. and your makeup, so well done by those delicate hands of your’s, and he can’t help but wonder if your lipstick would leave a stain after the kiss. he would look good with some lipstick, wouldn’t he?

one. 

the clock hit 12 and before he could even think about making a move, you leaned in, looking him straight in the eyes as you gave him a quick peck on the lips. With that, you were quick to dash, leaving a slightly confused and very red Bachira behind, 

Oh well, a little more chasing without hurt, he supposes.

RIN would be tricked into it. It had been pretty obvious that the boy had been crushing on you, HARD. With the way he stared at you in the hallways, to the look in his eyes when you were mentioned, there was no other way to describe it. So when isagi and bachira realised New Years was coming, they crafted a plan to get the two of you together.

Five.

Both you and rin were still slightly flustered from suddenly being trapped in a room together. Who would’ve expected that a casual talk with bachira would lead to a dark isolated room, before being ditched to fend for yourself when Rin itoshi showed up? It was almost the new year, and you would be lying if you said you weren’t wishing for rin to be your new year’s kiss. But the fear that he may have had someone else on his mind, that your feelings weren’t reciprocated held you back from looking for him, and stealing that kiss right off his lips. But maybe like this, you would have a chance!

Four.

“Rin, um if you don’t mind, could you possibly be my new year’s kiss? The door here is locked and i.. well I really wanted to have a new year’s kiss yk? Start the year right and all” you blurted out, a nervous grin appearing on your face. It wasn’t the best excuse, but with only 4 minutes on the clock, you simply had to make do with what you had.

Three.

To your surprise, he nodded, almost without hesitation. Could it be that.. he wanted this as badly as you did? You didn’t want to get your hopes up but just the notion of it set your heart ablaze, a sudden burst of confidence warming you from your head to your feet.

Two. 

To say he was elated would be an understatement, to rin, this is practically a dream come true! At this moment and this moment only, as rin looks your form up and down, he just might be willing to throw away his pride and thank his two um, friends for giving him this opportunity.

One. 

Rin’s still too out of his head to realise the clock’s hit twelve when you go up on your tippy toes, cupping his face in your palm and you press a kiss to his lips. ”she’s gentle and warm,” rin thinks as he reaches out for you when you pull away, desperate for more. Now that he’s had a taste of you, rin itoshi simply can’t get enough. And you’ll let him pull you back for as many kisses as he pleases.

SAE would be next to you simply by luck! Now it’s no surprise that Sae itoshi the prodigy and japan’s national treasure would be surrounded by girls on new year’s date, an unspoken battle between them to steal his kiss on the start of every year. Unluckily for them, Sae has seen this coming from miles away, and before anyone can notice, he quickly slips away from the crowd of girls starting to surround him.

Five, 

There are only 5 minutes left on the clock when Sae thinks he’s finally safe, seeking shelter at the poolside, currently vacant of any people. Well, at least that’s what he thinks. All feelings of false security from before had come crashing down when he saw a tuff of hair across the pool from the corner of his eye. Sae cursed under his breath and was about to dip when suddenly, he heard a silent “Sae?”. 

Four.

Sae thinks he’s dreaming, after all, it wasn’t uncommon for him to hear your saccharine voice ringing through his head even at the most random of times. However, just to check, he whips his head around and there you are. The dazed look on your face quickly transitions to a smile and he feels one start to form on his face as well, after all, if there was one person he wouldn’t mind kissing, it would be you.

Three.

Sae starts to make his way to you, all the while checking that there was no one else around to disturb the two of you. It would be fine if someone stole his kiss but he didn’t think he could handle it if he saw some other rando connect his lips with yours. Just the thought alone made him pick up the pace, taking larger steps and reaching you in record time.

Two.

Sae hardly has time to catch his breath before you hold his hand in yours and he has to use every inch of his self control to resist blushing a bright crimson red. the feel of your smooth porcelain like skin against his calloused hand and the bright smile of your face makes him light up, a soft smile adorning his features.

One.

Seeing that the clock had struck twelve, Sae quickly gathers his composure as he begins to ask, “Can I ki-“ before he can finish his sentence, the auburn haired man is cut off by a small peck on his lips but before you can let go, he wraps his hand around the back of your head and pulls you closer, while your hand wraps around his neck.

Well, this year certainly started off with a blast.

ISAGI YOICHI thinks you're ethereal, out of this world even. He's trapped in this cycle that draws him in, he wants to know more about you, learn everything about you and he starts to get distracted, much to his teammates dismay. Now you haunt his thoughts, with every glance he falls deeper into the unknown abyss, and deeper that he can only be mesmerised with the thought of you, mind spiralling, until he knocks out. He thinks that he doesn't mind, he doesn't mind if it's you; he doesn't care if you steal and steer his mind away from football for a bit. He wouldn't care if you ruin him, as long as it's you. He doubts that you'd do such a thing, anyways.

NAGI SEISHIRO's first thought was that you're lovely; unfortunately, Reo thinks you're terrible due to how you control him. Nagi is utterly enthralled by you and it's overwhelming, but annoying to his teammates, they know, they see how his eyes flicker through the crowds in search for you, they see how bad it's gotten. It's dangerous, red strings hooked around your fingers, they know. His terrible disposition rips people apart on the field and it's because of you, you give him energy and excitement. They know how he's lost in thought, how he scrolls through your posts and messages once they've won, staring almost as if you've hung the stars up in the sky, as if you're the reason for their victory and he still thinks that you're lovely.

BACHIRA MEGURU wonders if he's the reason for your happiness, your undeserving smile that he was able to get a glimpse of, and he dreams of it. He dreams of you, you've been nothing but kind to him since you've met and he thinks that it's wrong for him to be hooked onto the idea of you, red strings wrapped around his limbs. He wonders if your character is as beautiful as he thinks it is, if it's honest and truthful, unhidden like a colourful flower, unlike the ugly monsters he sees.

SHIDOU RYUSEI doesn't believe it, he thinks you're taunting him and wants to see you; only because he wants to tear you apart—an excuse really. He doesn't know how to deal with this feeling that's carving at his soul, his feelings tick like a bomb waiting to explode and make him feel bashful around you, the intensity of his feelings would rival no other. He would explode on them before they got the chance to confess.

REO MIKAGE knows how his parents disapprove of you just because you weren't of high standing, he knows people talk about how you're not good for him or how stupid he is, but he'd choose to love you anyway, in any and every lifetime. You pull him together, he almost feels like he doesn't deserve you. Your love was too sweet and he found himself commited.

KUNIGAMI RENSUKE finds himself immersed with the way you carry yourself, he can't help but shift his eyes over to you and stare at your frame that's poised with confidence, wishing he could move at your pace, walk beside you and watch as you flourish.

KUNIGAMI wants to be a hero. And it definitely isn’t very hero-like when he stumbles over his words, voice trailing off as he begins to speak. “Well you see, I um.. i actuallly really uh, really well, like, you?..”  (I HOPE THIS ISNT OOC I FEEL LIKE IT IS)

BAROU, even with all his talk about everyone else just being a mere supporting character, gives you a lead role in the play of his life, where you can be the queen, sitting on his throne where he gives you all the love and support you need.

NAGI thinks everything is a bore, well, everything but you. For some reason, the mere thought of you excites him ; more than games, more than soccer, more than anything. And maybe just this time, as he sees you walking down the hallway, he might be willing to actually work hard for something.

REO who has had everything handed to him on a silver platter, having everything he “liked” but never anything he “loved”. So when he meets you, he treats you like a goddess, placing you on a pedestal - one that he will always ensure rises above the rest. And he has so so so much love to give, his heart will literally be in ur hands :(

YUKKI is horrified to lose his eyesight permanently. Not because of soccer(tho it does play a major part in it) but because of you. The thought of never seeing you again - you who lights up his day with just a smile, you who looks like the sun as a human, and you who gives him life- it terrifies him. And on days when his eyesight gets a bit blurrier, expect him to pull you closer, inspecting every inch of your face, trying his best to engrave every minor detail into his memory.

GAGAMARU tries. he tries to change for you - tried to be more “human-like”, tried eating with his hands, and tried to improve his handwriting. but what he doesnt know is that you try too. try to make him realise, to make him see that he’s perfect just the way he is, every single so called “flaw” making him even more endearing, enticing you further.

Sae itoshi’s favourite part of the day was when he could finally go home.

Not because he could finally take a nice warm shower or because he could finally get his well-deserved sleep - no, none of that. 

More than anything, it’s because he knew that was where you would be waiting for him.

 You, who would without a doubt be waiting for him on your shared bed, a warm smile flitting across your face when he makes his appearance. You, who would welcome him with open arms, the words “welcome home” sounding like honey to him when they came out of your mouth. And finally you, who made his life just a little bit easier when you were around, his eyes lighting up the moment he spots you. He tries his best not to show it of course, but the way the corners of his lips perk up never fails to escape your gaze, a small giggle falling from your lips.

And with that, sae is quick to be by your side. He holds himself back just the right amount to ensure he doesn’t hurt you with the way he flops onto you. With a deep sigh, he finally lets go off all the tension he’s been holding in, all the stress and pressure dissipating with your touch. 

Well, certainly not all of them that’s for sure. 

He slowly but surely wraps his arms around your body, pulling you close as he snuggles closer to you, while you brace yourself for the worst. 

“Hi love,” he mutters, looking up to face you from where he lies on your chest. “Today wasn’t that bad. Well, it could’ve been better if that idiot-“

Ah, there he goes again. 

His daily venting session.

Maybe it was just a sae itoshi thing, but somehow, without fail, this man always managed to have something new to rant about every. Single. Day.

If it wasn’t guy A it would be guy B. If it wasn’t guy B, it would be guy C, and hell, sometimes it would be all of them. Really, no one was safe from the venomous words of sae itoshi. 

Oh well, everyone but you of course.

But even if you were saved from his harsh words, it didn’t necessarily mean that you particularly enjoyed hearing him rant about others. And as such, you slowly bring your hand up to his face, and with a gentle caress, you relish in the way he almost instantly shuts his mouth, all previous complaints dying down in his throat, his raging flame of anger being reduced to a small simmering flame. 

In a final attempt to put out the fire inside him, you brings your lips to his forehead, the flame instantly reduced to embers. 

However, it isn’t long before another flame surfaces, sae’s cheeks being dusted a bright red as he buries his face in the crook of your neck. It isn’t long before he pushes himself up on his arms however, caging you beneath him as he begins. First, a kiss to the forehead. Second, a small peck of his lips to your right cheek, and then the left. Third, his lips travel to your eyelids, forcing them to close with the gentle touch. And finally, he presses his lips to yours. You can feel yourself slowly melt into him, hands wrapping around his neck in an attempt to pull him closer, to feel more of him. 

After a while, he pulls away to breathe, all thoughts of his irritating teammates being washed away, replaced with only you, you and you.

he normally doesn’t participate in fights but, u’ve seen how violent he can get with your own 2 eyes. something about his father and brother, diluc and the fatui.. and what even is the fatui? u’re not sure u want to know. but either way, u’ve decided to stay on his good side for now.

the 2 of them have made it a point to visit you randomly during sch hours and it’s alw so chaotic lawd 😭

DEFO BFFS WITH DILUC. they are the stressed study buddies. whenever u see them, they’re always having some kind of highly intellectual conversations, that you struggle to keep up.

bennet was hell bent on joining some “adventure team” but well, that clearly did not exist and since razor’s only plan was to follow bennet around, their friend fischl(with a vv vivid imagination, you must say) just decided to write down poetry for the 2 of them, since that’s the club that she would be joining.

fischl is amazing at poetry, although the words she chooses can be.. complicated at times.

as for bennet and razor, they’re a little confused, but they’re got the spirit!

u always try ur best to help them with ur senior kazuha, and u’ve honestly developed a bit of a soft spot for them

“OH OH I GOT IT!“ bennet interrupts

so like,, yea. that’s it. he’s ur super cute, kind and sweet senior in poetry and his haikus ARE HEAVENLY. 

he’s always helping u out with ur poems and every single piece of work he guides you on turns out as a masterpiece. 

heck, it’s so good, it could even be counted as free literature tuition! you wouldn’t be surprised if the reason for that A was solely due to him. 

he’s chairperson of the club, and all the teachers love him

another member of your beloved poetry club! or should i say.. ghost member? he’s never really present during club hours anyways. however, according to kazuha, his audition was one of the best by far?? he’s in your class and is always seen slacking, but his grades are so?? good?? during cca one time u were going to the toilet and caught him singing a song with his lyre, a pretty unique one at rhat and, let’s js say, you got the hype.

i have another headcanon that he would be in choir, but again, ghost member. bro disappears during every single practice but in the middle of every official performance/showcase, he has a slight tendency to well.. drop down from the ceiling hanging from a rope and start singing the chorus at the top of his lungs. 

in fact, this is such a common occurrence that the choir teachers have literally starting planning when he’s going to drop down, and incorporating it in their performance plan !

however, venti (this little shit), unfortunately, found out about this and now drops in at the most randomest of times, sometimes even more than once, and sometimes, with the wrong lyrics too,,

the quiet emo kid at the back of the class! he’s that one emo yk, window seat, earpiece(wired ones.) he’s surprisingly smart, tho u doubt he even pays attention during class. 

venti is always seen around him, but you’re kinda starting to doubt if they’re even friends, since it’s usually a one-sided thing, with venti talking while xiao js looks out of the window looking well, emo.

he’s always clinging onto zhongli too, and when u asked him abt it once, he said that he admires zhongli a lot and wishes to be like him!

YOUNG! RAG BRO HEADCANON(not kaeluc)

(Warnings : wine, drinking( wine testing), the drink ‘death after noon’)

In which diluc has hated alcohol since even before his father’s death, he simply just detested the taste of it.

So young bartender! Diluc who is exploring different and new mixes of drinks, refusing to taste even a single drop and using his brother Kaeya as his Guinea pig instead!

At first, Kaeya wasn’t a huge fan of the alcoholic taste, but if it was frm big brother diluc? It was heaven-sent.

Builds a high alcohol tolerance so that he can drink multiple concoctions at once, and is constantly giving diluc feedback!!

“Hmm i really like this one brother! It has a really elegant taste and all, definitely one of your best,” Kaeya begins, taking yet another sip of diluc’s latest creation.

Sparkling white wine and dandelion wine had been mixed together, creating an especially potent drink. But Kaeya couldn’t get drunk - he wouldn’t! Especially not when his beloved brother needed his sober feedback.

“Is that so? Well then maybe a small sip wouldn’t hurt..” Diluc muttered to himself, wrapping his fingers around the wine glass in his brother’s hand. He exuded elegance and class as he lifted the glass to his lips, taking a quick sip of his so-called “best creation”.

But there was nothing very elegant about the way Diluc’s face instantly contorted into a look of absolute disgust - his eyebrows furrowed as a grimace made its way to his lips.

“I really don’t understand how people drink things like.. that. Really, why drink alcohol when grape juice is right here. Same taste, same quality, but without all that.. bitter nonsense,” Diluc huffed, downing himself in grape juice to wash out the taste from his mouth.

“Now now, that possibly can’t be the behaviour of one of the best bartenders I know?” Kaeya hummed, a teasing tone underlining his words. “But, whatever you say brother! If you insist grape juice is better, I suppose we’ll just have to agree to disagree.”

He gently took the wine glass back from Diluc, running his finger over the rim of the glass as he pondered silently. For such a profound drink, it most certainly deserved a title worthy of its honour. Glancing out the window, he observed the setting of the sun as it’s rays began to disappear, painting the sky a sweet pink. Ah, how he adored the afternoon sky. And with that thought, his eyes shot up, eager to share his idea with his brother.

“Brother, what do you think about naming this drink ‘Love at Noon’? It certainly does give that aura if you ask me!” Kaeya proposed, nudging diluc’s shoulder gently, to which the red-haired man only groaned.

“I really don’t see where the love in this comes to play. Just a sip of that and you’ll be dropping dead. ‘Death at Noon’ sounds much more appropriate for the drink,” The older of the two grumbled, going for a refill of his favourite fruit juice, mumbling something along the lines of how ‘he could still taste it on his tongue.’

“Ah, but Death at Noon sounds so depressing, brother! What about death after noon, hm? Then we can save Love at Noon for another one of your other drinks!” Kaeya mused, letting out a satisfied hum as he drank the last bit of his wine. 

“Well, I supposed it isn’t a bad name. It’ll do,” Diluc gave his nod of approvement, and with that, ‘Death after Noon’ was created.
