Alcina is a motherly vampire bat - Drabble: Y/N meets Grandmother Miranda

Nothing better than Grandma Miranda :D Let's get into it!

Ever since the attack, you have been even more clingy with Alcina than usual. You will only allow yourself to part with her if she gives you to one of your sisters or Ruby.

That’s more than fine with Alcina, though. Preferable, actually. She has been extra possessive of you and needs to hold her baby as much as she can.

Your mama took excellent care of your injuries and you are healing slowly but surely.

Sadly, the fur on your little back where you had been burned has yet to grow back and the skin there has scarred. A constant reminder for you and your family of what happened.

You are self-conscious of it, but Cass tells you it looks really cool and that you are a badass… Alcina scolded her second oldest for cussing in front of you. But, it meant a lot to know that Cass was trying to make you feel better about it.

Speaking of Cass, she has also been teaching you how to defend yourself a little. Obviously, you are too small and fragile to do too much damage, but it makes you feel strong and provides you with some level of protection.

Alcina is proud of you both and gives you lots of kisses after you show her what you have learned.

All seems to be going back to normal.

But one day, as Alcina is feeding you… You suddenly hear a distant flapping of wings. You're very hungry, but your suckling is soon forgotten and your little ears perk up at the noise.

It… Doesn’t sound familiar. It’s not Ruby, Bela, Cass, or Dani. Who could it be?

You look nervously at your mama but she assures you everything is fine.

You are not convinced. You squirm and want to be let down so you can go investigate. This is the first time you have willingly wanted to leave Alcina’s arms since the attack.

Alcina is surprised by this, but kisses your face and gently sets you down. “Go take a look, draga,” She encourages.

You almost reach the mouth of the cave before… A bat with a full coat of white enters.

Who… Is this?

You are on high alert. An intruder is in the cave! You have to protect your mama! Cass has taught you some basic intimidation techniques, so you quickly pull out all the stops. You raise your little wings up, holding them out to make yourself seem as big as possible. You flap them as furiously as you can, hoping to scare off this other bat.

Weirdly though, you can hear Alcina giggling from behind you. What is she doing?! She's not paying attention! You turn and chitter at her but she only smiles lovingly at you, happily watching your adorable display.

You tilt your head in confusion. Your mama is not taking this seriously. It's all up to you now...

You growl and show your tiny teeth, giving a clear warning to this bat to back off. "No!" You shout a few times. "My cave!" You say, hopping up and down in agitation as you watch the stranger take slow steps closer toward you and your mama.

Alcina thinks it's really cute (It’s actually the most precious thing she has ever seen).

You are terrified, but after a few moments of the stranger standing in front of you and your mama without causing any harm... You are realizing that maybe this new bat isn’t so bad. She has a kind smile and gorgeous silver eyes. 

Miranda opens her wings to you, gently so she doesn’t startle you. All she wants to do is snuggle you. “Well, it seems my newest grandchild is quite the warrior, Alcina,” She giggles and leans down to be closer to your height.

“Absolutely, mother. They’re very brave. Aren’t you, Y/N?” Alcina asks you.

You turn back and look at Alcina, shocked. “Your mama?” You ask and point at the snow-white bat.

Alcina grins and nods her head. “That’s right, baby. This is my mother,” She reveals.

Your eyes go wide. Your mama has… Her own mama. Oh… That makes sense.

Miranda soon tuts playfully, bringing you out of your thoughts. “Now, are you going to finally give your grandma a hug, Y/N?” She asks.

Your face lights up at this. You happily run over to her and she scoops you up, holding you close and burying her face in your soft baby fur. “What a cutie!” She gushes, nuzzling her nose against yours. “It seems you have a mini clone, Alcina. They look just like you,” She says, marveling at your shared color and markings. 

Alcina chuckles. “I think you’re right, mother,” She agrees, melting at the idea of you and her being so similar. It’s adorable.

Miranda looks down at you and rubs your face with her wing. “I’m so glad to finally meet you, baby.”

“Me too,” You say softly back, making her coo at how sweet you are.

You quickly decide that you like your grandma a lot.

Alcina comes over to hug her mother and places a kiss on your head. “How are you, mother?” She asks and leads her further into the cave to chat.

”I’ve been okay, draga mea. Just missing you and my grandchildren,” She says, pouting dramatically and making you and Alcina laugh.

Your grandma’s coat is so silky smooth. It feels a lot like Bela’s or Ruby's. You love cuddling into her. You can’t wait to get to know her even more.

You already have the best family ever… And now you have a wonderful grandma too? You are so lucky.

Batcina AU - Part IV

Author's Note: Apparently being done with an AU means "until I get an idea I can't get out of my head," lmao. I've always believed Alcina is touch-starved, and I think that would work wonderfully in this AU.

The first time it happened you had been reading on the library.

There was a light sound of fluttering that wasn't enough to distract you from your task.

Despite living in the castle for just a few months, it had been surprisingly fast how quickly you got used to the noisiness when your previous home was normally silent.

It was only until you felt a soft weight on your lap that you teared your gaze away from the book you were reading.

In her bat form, Alcina was swirling around on your lap before finally laying on it.

You wondered if someday you'd stop being awed that this tiny creature was actually a 9'6" woman.

A woman that never concealed what she wanted nor held back her words. You liked that about her. Used to fake people, it was refreshing that she was so honest and direct about everything even when most people would consider her rude.

You reached down to touch her, which had become a natural reaction when you two were at the cabin, but this time you stopped yourself before making contact.

In the past it had been easy to do it when you believed you were interacting with an animal, but after finding out the truth, you considered some limits applied.

Not that you ever had the chance to test it until now.

Since you started living in the castle, Alcina hadn't turned into a bat. She requested your presence often, so you knew she enjoyed to spend time with you, but so far you had never mentioned the circumstances of your meeting. It's as if she prefers to ignore that part of herself.

Not that could ever complain about that since you were pretty smitten with her looks.

But after that hug, there hadn't been any physical contact between you two. Not because you didn't want to but because you were unsure where Alcina stood with this.

You have noticed, after a few weeks under her roof, the way Alcina reached towards you with her hands only to end up changing direction.

But you came to the conclusion that you were simply projecting your desires onto her, often missing the longing looks she trew at your way.

With that idea, you never dared to be the one starting it, not even now that she was in her bat form because you had quickly discovered that Alcina was a woman who preferred to initiate things to manifest her authority.

Never imagining that this was Alcina's way to initate what she had been craving for so long.

It became an habit after that day.

During the day neither of you mentioned it, but most of the nights, in her bat form, Alcina looked for you, commonly finding you in the library.

You were no longer distracted away from your task when she arrived; in fact, you were expecting it to happen and what distracted you was when it didn't.

But when it did, it never failed to make you smile and make your heart somersault with joy, though you still didn't reach out to touch her.

It was getting more and more frustrating for Alcina.

She had been so close to ask it from you the closer you two got, but the idea of looking pathetically desperate, enough to request for someone's touch, stopped her from doing it.

She could demand anything from a person ─ but not something like this. Not when it mattered and it could be so personal.

It wasn't like she wasn't familiar with human contact, but there was a big difference when it was sexual or violent with the touch of someone who cared.

That was something that had been absent from her life for so long that she couldn't even remember the last time it happened. Until you came along, showering her with touches filled with reassurance and care.

She became greedy for it, but could understand your reservations once she revealed the truth. She knew she intimidated people and despite what had transpired between the two of you, you weren't the exception though she had also noticed the yearning in your eyes.

Reason why she imagined it would be easier to get what she wanted in her bat form. In that way, neither would feel self-conscious.

But she hadn't achieved what she expected.

If it wasn't for your smiles, the way she could hear your heartbeat speeding up or the tender way you looked at her when she arrived, she would have take it personal and throw a fit.

So she did something out of character: she decided to be patient. Though it doesn't work for a long time.

The first time Alcina got tired of waiting, she laid down on your shoulder instead of your lap, in the crook of your neck to be able to nuzzle against it, pleased by the way your body shivers at the contact.

Today, the second time happened.

She was resting on your lap, with your hand next to her on your thigh, your fingers fidgeting with your clothes when she approached to bite one of your fingers, hard enough to draw a little bit of blood.

"Owww!" You withdraw your hand to inspect the damage to then took it to your mouth to suck at the wound. "Why was that for?" you wondered with a frown, looking at her.

In her bat form it was impossible to appreciate it, but you can feel the sensation that she's glaring at you, which puzzled you because you hadn't done anything to offend her.

Even though Alcina couldn't speak, she was very good to communicate with you in this form. She had deduced it was easy simply because you cared and paid attention to her to find out her needs.

So when she headed to your other arm to climb her way to your shoulder, reaching with her wing towards your mouth, you immediately took your finger out, lowering your hand to her when she lightly scratched your pinkie, gesturing down.

She licked your wound as a gesture of apology, this time bitting softly, almost playfully before nuzzling against your fingers with her head.

"You-you want some petting?" You were bewildered though it wasn't really surprising that Alcina wanted attention in every possible way.

As response, Alcina's nuzzling intensified.

You brought your free hand closer to her. "Jump on it." You chuckled when she looks at your hand and screeches. "Come on, I won't ever dare to fail my Lady."

With that promise, Alcina indulged you, and once she was on your hand, you placed it at the height of your heart, making Alcina rest against your chest so both of you can comfortingly enjoy the moment.

"Is this good?" You whispered blissfully, using your fingertip to stroke Alcina's head and body and your nail to softly scratch behind her ears.

A purring that keeps growing as you went on, was the only answer you need.

It was risky, and you had probably lost your mind but you had taken a decision and there was no way back.

Despite the blisfulness of the nights, during the days you couldn't help the bittersweetness that embraced you. Sweetness because of the time you spent with your Lady but bitterness because you never addressed the closeness the nights brought to you two.

You no longer wanted that wall between you two, and just like Alcina had (in her very peculiar way) reached out to seek for what she wanted, now it was your turn to do it.

You knocked on Alcina's office, waiting for her permission to enter.

Alcina looked over her glasses, taking them off when she saw it was you. "Is everything alright, draga?" You weren't a servant, but you helped the staff here and there, and since they knew you were special to the Lady, sometimes they used you to deliver messages to their Mistress.

You nodded, melting like you always did when she used the term of endearment but it didn't help to disappear your apprehension. "Yes, my Lady. I'm sorry for interrupting you during working hours but there's something-" you gulped nervously. "There's something I'll like to find out and I really can't wait anymore to do it."

Alcina tilted her head with curiosity. You weren't looking at her and she was aware of your nervousness. It was somewhat worrisome but you had reassured her that everything was fine, and you had never give her reasons to doubt you.

"Come over, then. Talk to me." She stretched an arm, gesturing for you to come closer to her.

You didn't waste a second. You looked at her hand ─ in one second, craving to take it in yours; and in the next one, reminding yourself that was the reason you were here.

Alcina gasped when you held her by the wrist, stopping her retreat, looking at you with surprise ─ your eyebrows were furrowed with concern but there was a fierce determination in your eyes as you finally make eye contact with her.

Your hand shakes as you let her wrist go but you didn't break contact, sliding your hand up towards her palm until you can slip your fingers between hers.

You see Alcina's eyes breaking away from yours to look at your joined hands in awe, almost giving the impression that she had never witnessed something like that. Her lips parted and moved but nothing came out of it.

"My lady..." you whispered, not wanting to break the spell. "May I?"

Alcina had no idea what you were asking for but she nodded nevertheless, knowing she can trust you.

You lifted your free hand while the other slide down again to her wrist, using both to take the hem of her glove and slowly taking it off.

Alcina stiffened, waiting for your disgust once you see her fingers but to her astonishment, you smile, not losing a second to resume with your touchful exploration, that now without a barrier, made her shiver.

Your fingertips traced every part from her wrist to her fingertips. Both of you following your movements with your eyes.

"I-I hope I haven't offend you with my boldness, my Lady," you explained once you can come out of your enthrallment of stroking her skin. "And most importantly, that I've read you correctly."

Alcina teared her eyes away from your hand with the last comment. It took her a moment to react, and the feeling of bewilderment was not something she was fond of, but she knows that you would never use it against her. "Read me correctly?" She lifted an eyebrow.

You licked your lips. "I've noticed the way you reach out for me when we spend time together only to change your mind in the last second. At first I believed I was projecting my yearning onto you, but then you sought me out in your bat form, and the way you demanded physical affection."

Alcina frowned. Her instinctive reaction was to shut down, to not show any type of weakness and she was about to get loose from your hold, with all the intention to order you to leave, until she looked into your eyes.

They were wet but it didn't look like you were about to cry. It was simply a deep vulnerability that the courage couldn't conceal.

In a blink, you were sitting on her lap, wrapping an arm around your waist and she leaned her head down closer to yours.

"You read me correctly," she finally admitted. She lifted her uncovered hand towards your face, trembling slighty as she brought it to your face but without touching you. "I just didn't know if you would accept it. As you can imagine, it's not like I have hundreds of thousands of people making a line for it."

Even when the intention was to amuse you, the idea that for years, Alcina had faced nothing but rejection, disgust and fear made you sad. Though it filled you with decisiveness to turn things around. You would show her how adored and accepted her she was.

You placed your hand on hers, encouraging her with a soft push so it finally made contact with your cheek. You sigh happily, closing your eyes for a moment. "My Lady... your touch is more than welcomed. It's something I've craved for a very long time." You blushed at the confession.

Alcina smirked. "Is that so?" You nodded eagerly, which helped to her confidence and she started to stroke your skin.

You slid your hand down to hold onto her wrist, not wanting to let her go but giving her freedom to do as she pleased. When she touched your lips, you kissed her fingers with a smile. "You are gorgeous. All of you. Anyone should consider themselves lucky to be in this place." With your other hand you traced her face with tenderness, mirroring the movements she made.

"Draga..." she trailed off, taken aback.

It was clear that you had left her speechless and it wasn't a comfortable position for her, so you kept talking. "I'm just glad people are stupid and I can be the one in this place and not someone else."

She laughed, finally resting her forehead against yours, bringing your body closer to hers, her hand tracing your jaw down your neck. "I'm glad too."

Alcina is a motherly vampire bat (Batcina AU) part 1

Alcina as a cute (But huge) vampire bat with fuzzy fur... So warm T^T This is an age-regression/lactation fic with platonic love between Alcina and Y/N. If that's not your jam, no worries. But otherwise? Read on! Alcina is so motherly in this one and I can't get this idea out of my head. I also did some research on vampire bats and they're really cute, in my opinion (I love bats). I imagine that Alcina can also turn into her human form, she just chose to be a bat to keep the girls safe. Let's get into it!

You were tired. It had been a long trek up the mountain and it was freezing cold. The tattered clothes that clung to your frail body did little to help keep you warm. But you had to do this. If you conquered the beast that lived in this cave, you would receive a big reward from the village's council. Then, you would be able to regularly buy food and other essentials. It was hard growing up with no family in an unforgiving environment like the village. You just wanted to have some security for once. This was your chance.

As you get closer to the cave, you feel... Warmth emanating from it. You would be lying if you said it wasn't sort of comforting.

You finally peek your head inside the cavern. What you do not expect to see, however, is the most gorgeous creature you had ever laid your eyes on.

A beautiful (But intimidating) bat-like figure was sitting elegantly near the back of the cave. Soft and luxurious-looking black fur emphasized the being's feminine curves. You get lost in your thoughts as you watch the bat for a moment, but suddenly, golden eyes flash in your direction and alert you that the creature had seen you.

You quickly back away before you hear a husky chuckle. "Well, who is this adorable little human?" The bat asks. Her voice... It is so smooth. Like a siren's song, you are drawn to the lovely sound of it. "Come to keep me company, little mouse?" She teases.

Your face burns at the bat's words. You weren't expecting a creature, that had terrorized the village for decades, to be so charming. You anxiously grip your battered sword tightly and hold it in a defensive position. It's your only weapon, and yet, as you look at the predatory being in front of you... It feels pretty useless.

The bat laughs at your rigid stance and small show of bravado. It's very cute. What you don't realize, is that the bat has no intentions of hurting you. She... Feels rather protective of you, actually. She had seen you making your way up her mountain a few hours ago. You are such a helpless little human. If she was so inclined, you could have easily been her next meal. However, it makes her maternal instincts flare up to see how tiny, but determined you are.

Her own baby bats had already grown up. They had recently made their way out into the world to start their own families, and while they do visit often… The bat continues to feel this desperate need to nurture. You are, unknowingly, going to be the recipient of her love and attention. She has already decided. "Now, it's not very polite to stare, little one. Come inside and get out of the cold." She tuts.

You blanch at the admonishing tone the bat's voice holds. For some reason, you're beginning to feel... Safe around her. You also have an irrational desire to gain her favor so you quickly do as she asks. The immediate warmth that surrounds you is blissful. Your body lets out a strong shiver as you acclimate to the temperature of the cave.

"Mm, that's better, little mouse." The bat says as you come closer. "Isn't it much cozier in here with me?" She asks.

You are too shy to look her in the eyes, so you keep your head down and nod silently.

"Bat got your tongue, little one?" The creature giggles at your adorable shyness. "Will you tell me your name?" She asks.

You clear your throat as you put your sword down and fidget with your hands. "Y-Y/N." You say quietly.

The bat coos at the sound of your voice. So soft and unsure. "Well, hello, Y/N." She grins. She feels satisfied at seeing you trust her enough to have put down your weapon. She flies over to you, slowly so as not to scare you.

As the bat moves closer, you realize that the heat in the cave is radiating directly from her. It's so welcoming in your exhausted state.

The bat is now right in front of you and she opens her wings, encircling you in them, before holding you up against her fuzzy front.

You have never felt safer. She's so soft and her heartbeat is a steady and fitting soundtrack to the gentle ambience of her cave. You can't help but sniffle as tears run down your cheeks. It feels so good to snuggle with her. You'd never had a mother to hold you when you were scared, but you imagine it can't be much different than this feeling right here. Screw the village council... You just want her...

The bat hums sadly at your tears. She leans down and nuzzles her face into your hair, breathing in your scent. You're her baby now, and she will protect you no matter what. The bat whispers reassurances in your ear and you calm down at her voice. "That's my good baby." She praises. She carefully reaches down to grab your collar in her mouth before she flaps her wings and carries you to the back of the cave. She settles down with you wrapped tightly in her wings and breathes out a completely contented sigh. She needed this. And you needed her.

You had a mama finally.

A few weeks go by and your mama has been taking excellent care of you. She only leaves you to hunt. She'll nestle you in soft blankets she's found during her previous travels before kissing you and flying off. She returns frequently to check on you, only hunting for a few minutes at a time to make sure you are safe.

One of the most shocking developments you have learned is that she can nurse you! In fact, it's your only source of food now (Unless your mama can find some fruits or vegetables for you, too). Not long after she claimed you as her baby, her body got the message and began to produce lots of milk for you. It's warm, sweet and it helps you fall asleep.

Your mama feels euphoric as you feed from her. She purrs gently as she holds you and calmly watches you eat. It means a lot to her because she thought she would never get a chance to do this again.

One thing that you're still getting used to is the way she cleans you. She gives you tongue baths... Constantly.

For your mama, it's a way for her to bond with you and to make sure that you smell like her. She loves it.

You don't really understand why she insists on it. The warm and wet trails her tongue leaves on your skin feel kind of weird and ticklish. You don't hate it, but if you're feeling cranky or overly exhausted, you just want to cuddle in her fluffy fur. No bath.

However, no matter what you prefer, your mama’s instincts take over and she can't help herself. She needs to bathe you for her own sake just as much as yours.

You've started to fuss occasionally if she wakes you up to do it, though. In fact, this morning you threw a bit of a tantrum when she began grooming you as you slept.

You feel the familiar softness of her tongue beginning to lap at your hair and face. Your eyes blearily open to find her happily licking you. Seeing your mama first thing in the morning makes you so excited, but…You aren't in the mood for a bath right now and squirm in discomfort as you begin to whimper grumpily.

Your mama hums sadly at your frustrated sounds. She chitters softly as she grooms you to try to calm you down, but you are not having it.

Your eyes well up with tears and you begin to bawl. You just want to go back to sleep and snuggle.

Your mama is shocked. "What's wrong, baby?" She asks and rubs her face against your hair.

"No bath now!" You wail.

Her eyes go wide in confusion. Her babies always loved when she groomed them... "You don't want mama to clean you?" She asks.

You shake your head, burying your face in her chest.

Your mama has never been in a situation like this, but then again, she's never had a human baby before. You have different needs than a little bat and clearly waking you up to groom you is not what you want. She will definitely bathe you later, but for right now, she holds you close and hums a little melody to get you to fall asleep once more.

You calm at the softness of her voice and begin to doze off.

Your mama smiles as she holds you. She's still learning your preferences, but she loves getting to know these different sides of you. It's exciting to have a new baby to take care of. She is so grateful to have you now. You make her feel loved.

But, it will be interesting to see how her other babies will react to you when they come for a visit...

Alcina is a giant (But motherly) Vampire bat - Drabble: Y/N sees the girls in their human forms

So, this will be a drabble that picks up from here! I couldn’t figure out a way to fit Ruby into this drabble because the timeline for this au is all over the place, but I hope you like it. I’ve been getting a lot of requests for more bat mommy Alcina 😅 Let’s get into it!

Since you’ve transformed into a baby bat, it’s honestly been a dream come true for Alcina. She loves taking care of you.

The two of you spend most of the day cuddling, but she also plays with you and makes sure your mind is occupied. She tells you stories and sings to you as she feeds you. Today is no different.

You are currently wrapped in her wings as she rocks you gently. “Alright, draga. Time for mama to feed you,” She says with a smile and licks your face.

You chitter up at her and she softly rubs your face with a wing, cooing at how cute you are.

She carefully guides your little mouth closer and helps you latch on.

You suckle for a while before you notice that the weather outside is turning harsh. A thick blizzard is raging and it is very cold.

As warm as your mama’s hold is, you can’t help but shiver. Your little teeth chatter from the freezing temperatures.

Alcina looks down at you in concern. “Are you cold, baby?” She asks.

You nod your head and bury your face in her soft fur.

Alcina hasn’t seen a winter in the village get this bad in a long time. While normally this wouldn’t be a problem, with you the size of a tiny newborn and just as delicate, she is acutely aware of the danger this storm poses to you. She decides that she needs to bring you back to the castle to get you out of the elements. Once she gets there, she will signal for the girls to come as well. It would make her feel better for her entire family to be together at such a turbulent time.

“Alright, draga. Mama’s going to take you to the castle. It’s too snowy out here,” She tells you and begins to grab your blanket.

Your eyes grow wide. You haven’t been to the castle since you got hurt by that bear. You whimper anxiously. You don’t want to leave the cave. It’s your home.

Alcina chuckles sadly at your reaction and begins wrapping you in the blanket. “It’s okay, my love. Mama will take good care of you. I’ll even have your sisters come over. Would you like that?” She asks.

Your eyes brighten at this. You happily nod.

Alcina smiles at you before picking you up and flying off.

The gusts of freezing wind chill you to the bone, but thankfully, it doesn’t take long until Alcina has made it to castle Dimitrescu.

Alcina brings you inside and sets you down for a moment before she changes forms.

You mouth hangs open in awe as you look at her human form. Is it possible she’s gotten even more beautiful since the last time you saw her?

“Hello, draga,” Alcina smiles at your adorably shocked face. “Can mama hold you?” She asks and crouches down to be closer to your height.

You chitter and bounce excitedly at her question. “Up, mama!” You say.

Alcina chuckles and scoops you up.

You still fit perfectly in her arms, even in this form.

Alcina brings you to the main living room and sits you on a nearby couch before starting a fire in the fireplace. She knows the girls will be able to see the smoke billowing out of the chimney from their respective roosts and come to investigate. They should be here soon.

Alcina comes back and sits next to you. She grins and pats her lap, prompting you to climb on.

You happily snuggle into her, enjoying the heat from her and the fire.

“Are you still hungry, baby? You didn’t get to finish earlier,” She asks and rubs the soft fur of your face.

You eagerly nod your head, feeling your tummy growl.

Alcina lowers the neckline of her dress and frees her breast before offering it to you.

You latch on and begin to drink.

Alcina sighs in relief as she feeds her baby. This is her favorite way to bond with you. She rubs your back and hums to you as you eat.

The two of you enjoy some quality time together in the calm ambience of the castle while you nurse.

But, it doesn’t take long until you pick up the sound of flapping wings. It must be your sisters!

Alcina pulls her dress back up and looks at you. “Do you hear the girls, draga?” She asks with a smile.

You chitter enthusiastically at her question and squirm around, wanting to see them.

However as you peek over Alcina’s shoulder to get a better look… The sight that greets you has you hiding bashfully in your wings.

There are… Three beautiful women in front of you. Who are they?

“Y/N! Mother!” The redhead gushes, coming over to you both. She leans down and kisses your head in greeting.

It’s… Dani. This is Dani! You are overjoyed to see her like this. You chitter up at her and wave a tiny wing. “Hi, Dani!” You squeal.

You look over at the two other women in the room. So… The blonde and the brunette… Must be Bela and Cass!

“Hello, little one,” Bela says in her calm and gentle voice. She runs her fingers through your fur and gives you a breathtaking smile.

You lean into the softness of her hand. “Hi, Bela,” You say with your big, precious eyes.

“Hi, stranger,” Cass says with a grin and scratches behind your little ear.

Your eyes roll back at her touch and you involuntarily kick your little leg in pleasure. That’s definitely a point in favor of your family’s human forms. Perfectly manicured nails, just right to satisfy an itch.

Cass looks at your blissed-out face and chuckles. “Only in it for the scratches, huh?” She jokes.

You giggle. “No, Cassie!” You say.

This makes all of your sisters laugh.

Alcina beams as she watches her babies interact. “I’m so glad that you’re here, dragas,” Alcina says and opens her arms to the girls.

They rush closer and hug Alcina, grateful for the chance to see you and her.

Dani looks at you and holds out her hands to take you. “Can I hold you, Y/N?” She asks.

You nod and Alcina places you in her arms.

Dani cuddles you and buries her face in your fur. “It’s kind of like having a puppy!” She says and kisses your nose. “Y/N’s so small and fluffy! Want to play fetch, little one?” She asks.

You furrow your brows and let out a growl at this. "No doggy,” You say and glare at her in annoyance.

Dani would never admit it, but seeing you get so pissed kind of freaks her out. She quickly dumps you into Bela’s arms and all but flings herself onto Alcina’s lap.

Alcina giggles and holds Dani close. It seems that some of her ability to intimidate is rubbing off on you.

She smirks and is so proud of all that you’ve learned from her.

This is a super cute idea T^T This part takes place from here! Let’s get into it!

Ever since Ruby found out that she will be having her own little one, she has spent pretty much every waking moment with you. She can’t help herself. You’re just so cute and her maternal instincts are kind of uncontrollable at this point. She holds you pretty much all the time now.

You don’t mind, though. You were terrified that Ruby would forget about you when she told you that she would be a mommy. But that… Certainly isn’t the case.

Ruby also cleans you. A lot. Like, even more than Alcina does. Actually, it’s more like a never-ending tongue bath. Ruby shows up first thing in the morning, begs Alcina to let her hold you, and continuously grooms you throughout the day.

While you certainly like being groomed more now that you are a bat… It’s fair to say that Ruby’s going… A little overboard.

Alcina bursts into a fit of giggles when she looks over and sees your tiny, grumpy face poking out of her granddaughter’s wings as she cleans you.

You’re slightly annoyed, but you’re so sweet that you don’t say anything. You don’t want to hurt your best friend’s feelings.

But today, Alcina is going to try to get you out of bath time. Hopefully without tipping Ruby off to the fact that you’re weary of her grooming.

“Draga, could I feed Y/N? It’s time for their lunch,” Alcina asks one afternoon.

Ruby looks over at her grandmother in confusion. “But… Didn’t you just feed them lunch like an hour ago?” She questions.

You and Alcina’s eyes go wide at this. Awkward. Your mama will have to think of something quick…

“Um… Well, Y/N didn’t eat very much and I’m sure they’d like a snack,” She says quietly. “Isn’t that right, draga?” Alcina asks you.

You squirm eagerly and nod your head at this. “Yeah, mama!” You agree.

Ruby holds you tighter. “But… But, can’t I have just a few more minutes of snuggle time?!” She asks, burying her face in your soft fur.

You huff in frustration. You’re about to lose it.

Alcina sees that you’re on the verge of a tantrum. She quickly makes her way over to you and her granddaughter. “I’m… Sure you’re also pretty hungry too, draga. You’ve got your own baby to feed…” She reminds Ruby and strokes a gentle wing along her belly.

Ruby thinks for a moment and eventually nods at this. She hadn’t considered that. Now it’s all she can think about. “Okay. You’re right, grandma,” She concedes. She kisses you on the head and hands you over to Alcina. “Don’t worry, Y/N. I’ll be back soon and then we can cuddle some more,” She promises.

You quickly scramble into Alcina’s wings and turn to smile weakly at Ruby. You then bury your little face in your mama’s chest, hoping to hide a bit.

Alcina chuckles and gently pats your back, rocking you gently to soothe you. “Have a good hunt, my love,” Alcina says, kissing Ruby’s cheek.

Ruby reluctantly leaves to try and find something to eat.

Alcina looks down at you and rubs her wing along your head. “She’s gone, draga,” She giggles.

Your little head quickly pops up and Alcina can see you breathe a sigh of relief.

“My poor baby,” Alcina hums sympathetically. “Do you want to get down and play?” She suggests.

Your eyes brighten at this. “Yeah!”

Alcina kisses you and sets you down gently.

You stretch out your wings, glad to be able to move around. You toddle around the cave, happily sniffing all of the interesting smells and finding cool rocks to pick up and collect.

Alcina coos at how cute you are. She soon joins you as you explore and points out new things for you to investigate.

You love when your mama plays with you.

After about half an hour, Ruby returns. She grins when she sees Alcina holding you up and carefully maneuvering you around in the air as if you’re flying. Your joyful squeals warm Ruby’s heart. She can’t wait to play with her own baby like that. She watches for a moment, wanting you to have fun, before she announces that she’s back.

Alcina turns to her granddaughter and cradles you softly to her chest, smiling at Ruby. “Hello, draga,” She greets.

Ruby quickly comes over. “Hello again!” She chirps before looking at you. “Guess who’s back, Y/N?!” She asks enthusiastically, holding her wings out to you expectantly.

You giggle nervously and wave at her.

But before Ruby can pick you up, Alcina suddenly pipes up. “I have a wonderful idea, draga.”

Ruby looks at Alcina in surprise. "Oh?” She asks.

“Why don’t you take Y/N out for a fly around the mountain? I’m sure you both would like some fresh air,” She offers.

You clap your little wings in excitement.

However, Ruby’s eyes immediately go wide. “Oh, absolutely not, grandma!” She says in concern.

You and Alcina look at her in confusion. That… Wasn’t the response you two were expecting.

“What if Y/N got hurt?! They’re so little!” She says and begins pacing back and forth, thinking of all the horrible things that could happen to you. “I mean, that’s just out of the question!” She spouts.

Alcina chuckles. “Draga, you’ll keep them safe,” She assures.

Ruby’s instincts are screaming at her to not let a little baby leave the safety of the cave. “But… But-!” She tries to say.

“Go ahead, draga,” Alcina says, handing you over to Ruby. “It doesn’t have to be a long outing,” She encourages.

Ruby sighs and looks down at you. “Are you sure you want to go, little one?” She asks, rubbing her wing along your face.

You beam and begin to bounce enthusiastically. “Yeah, Ruby! Fly!” You cheer.

Ruby giggles at your cute face. She can’t say no to you. “Alright, squirt,” She finally agrees.

You cling to Ruby’s front and she waves to Alcina before taking off.

Alcina waves back and takes in the quiet of the cave, sighing deeply. She’s silent for a moment before she brings a wing to her chin in thought. “Was I that bad before I had the girls?”

Alcina is a giant (But motherly) Vampire bat - Drabble: Y/N gets kidnapped by villagers part 2

Alright, a lot of hurt, but also a lot of comfort in this one. The villagers torture Y/N, but I bet you can guess what happens to them. Read the first part here! Let’s get into it!

The man who stuffed you into the burlap sack yells out to nearby villagers as he and his mob of psychos bring you to the center of the village. “Come see a monster put to death!” He entices… Like you’re some kind of roadside attraction.

People come over, interested to see what’s going on.

“This little fucker may be small now, but if we allow it to grow up, it will kill us all!” He insists. “Why don’t we put an end to that?!” He pulls you out of the bag and shows you to anyone who will look.

You can’t even see you’re crying so hard.

“I invite you all to take out your anger on this hell-spawn. Let’s teach these fucking bats a lesson!” He crows. He takes an old rope and ties it tightly around your neck. He fastens it to the maiden of war statue, ensuring you can’t get away. “Have at it!” He encourages and points to you.

Villagers waste no time enacting vengeance on your tiny body.

“Hateful little beast!” A man suddenly comes up and shouts at you, brutally slashing your face with some kind of homemade barbed weapon.

You wail as it makes contact with your fragile skin, cutting you badly.

Another man chuckles evilly as he picks up a torch and holds it close to you. “Let’s have a little bat barbecue, hmm?” He chortles.

You try to scramble away, but he harshly grabs you by the neck and sticks the lit end of his torch onto your back, making you shriek in pain. He does it over and over again. It’s brutal and depraved.

Villagers just look on and laugh at your torment.

“Mama! Mama!” You call out, terrified.

“No one’s going to save you now, demon!” The man who brought you here sneers.

However… That’s exactly what’s about to happen.

As the villagers take turns beating you mercilessly, five very imposing figures come into view. It’s your family.

“Get your filthy hands off my baby!” Alcina roars as she swoops in and begins tearing into villager after villager. Yeah… They fucked up big time.

It doesn’t take long for every attacker and onlooker to be dealt with. Alcina and the girls make quick work of them.

After only a few minutes, your family revels in the aftermath of their furious onslaught. The once defiant villagers, who had dared to capture you, now lay scattered, dead and defeated, a testament to the wrath of a protective mother. The eerie silence is broken only by the distant echoes of Cass and Dani’s wild laughter. They hate the circumstances, but can’t resist enjoying the carnage.

Alcina makes her way over to you and unties you. She gingerly picks you up and cradles you to her chest. She’s so thankful to have her little baby back. She missed you terribly.

You sob as you realize you’re finally safe.

“Oh, draga,” She whispers, heartbroken at your ordeal. “Shh, shh, Y/N. Mama’s got you,” She says. Tears trail down her cheeks as she looks at how badly you’re hurt. She tucks your little head up under her chin and shushes you as you cry, bouncing you softly to try and soothe you. Her first instinct is to take you back to the castle so that she can transform and use her hands to tend to your injuries. But, she knows that with you in your current form she will be able to clean your wounds and care for you better if she remains as a bat too.

“Mama’s going to take you back to the cave, baby,” She tells you.

You weakly nod your head and breathe out a sigh of relief. Your mama is here and everything is alright now. Her fur is so warm against yours. It feels so good to have her hold you once more.

Alcina picks up a cloak that one of those disgusting villagers was wearing and gently wraps you in it, creating a sort of cradle. She knows you’re too tired and injured to cling to her right now, so she’ll use this to carry you back home in. She turns her head to her daughters and granddaughter. They all seem to be having lots of… “Fun” playing with the remnants of the mob they just took down. “Girls?” She calls to them.

They all turn their heads and hurry over to her.

“I’m going to take Y/N back to the cave. They’ll be alright, they just need some time to heal, rest and eat,” She assures them.

Ruby leans down and carefully licks your face, avoiding all of your cuts. “I’m so glad we’ve got you back with us, Y/N. Feel better, little one,” She tells you with a sad smile.

Your little eyes are drooping in exhaustion, but you chitter thankfully at your best friend and enjoy the kisses you get from Bela, Dani, and Cass too.

“I’ll see you all soon, my loves,” Alcina tells them all. She uses her mouth to pick up the makeshift handle of the cradle she made and flies off.

The journey is quick and Alcina is even more gentle than usual as she flies, trying not to jostle you too much.

She brings you back to the cozy nook you two usually snuggle in and unwraps your delicate body. She winces as she looks at the wounds inflicted on her precious baby. She swears she feels physical pain as she sees all of your injuries. She takes a deep breath and steels herself to begin cleaning you. She knows it will be painful for you.

Her soft tongue begins to lap at the cuts on your face.

You tense up, but those aren’t the most excruciating injuries you’ve sustained. This is nothing, really.

However, when Alcina gently moves you onto your front so that she can clean your back, you begin to struggle against her hold. Oh no. She’s going to lick all of those sore wounds on it? That’s where you feel the most pain. You whimper in dread.

Alcina’s heart breaks at the little sounds you are making. She cries too as she begins to clean your back. “I’m so sorry, draga,” She apologizes. She can’t stand to see you so miserable, but she also can’t let your burns get infected. It’s a necessary evil.

You bawl as Alcina’s tongue continuously rubs against your broken skin. It feels like white-hot metal tearing into your flesh. As soft as your mama’s tongue is, right now it feels like coarse sandpaper.

Alcina purrs lowly, trying to offer whatever comfort she can to her poor little one.

It actually helps a lot to feel and hear the rumble of Alcina’s chest. It lets you know that you are safe. Your flailing lessens as you listen to her. Your mama is with you. It’s going to be okay.

Alcina finally stops her ministrations on your torn up back and moves onto the less agonizing wounds.

After all of the pain from today, you just about pass out from weariness as your mama finishes up.

Alcina desperately wants to nurse you. She started producing copious amounts of milk as soon as she learned that you were captured. Her body knew that you needed her and… Alcina’s maternal instincts are still going haywire, quite frankly. But, as you fall asleep on her, she decides to let you have a nap first. You are so sleepy. She tenderly wraps you tighter in her wings and hums a tune as she rocks you.

She finally allows herself to relax a bit now that she has you back in her arms.

She is still furious at the idiots who harmed you so badly… But it does make her smile to think of the gleeful joy on her family’s faces as they trashed the town and tore your captors limb from limb.

They got what was coming to them.

Here’s where Y/N meets Bela’s baby! Let’s get into it!

Alcina hums gently as you finish nursing. She is beside herself with joy. Bela is ready to have her baby. She’s planned to stay with her oldest daughter and help her through the delivery while Cass and Dani watch over you. She’s stock-piled fruits and vegetables for you to eat while she’s gone so you don’t get hungry. Alcina has no clue how long things will take, but she’s prepared for any scenario and you will not go hungry while she’s away. There’s just one small problem… The girls don’t know you’re… A bat. Alcina hopes they won’t lose it.

“Y/N, guess who’s coming for a visit, my darling,” Alcina says happily as she grooms you.

Your little ears perk up in excitement. “Sisters?” You ask, wriggling in anticipation.

Alcina giggles. “Very good baby!” She praises and nuzzles your face.

You’ve been waiting for what feels like forever to meet Bela’s baby… Could they be ready to be born? “Bela? Baby?” You ask your mama.

Alcina grins. “You are too smart for your own good, Y/N.”

You squirm and begin chittering in excitement. "Baby!” You say. You try to get out of Alcina’s arms so you can play and burn off some energy in the cave.

Alcina lets you down, but you hear something in the distance. Flapping wings? You never would have been able to pick up on it before your transformation, but… That’s exactly what it sounds like.

Alcina chuckles. “Well, it sounds like your sisters are already here, draga,” She tells you.

Finally, you see Dani first.

“Hello, mother!” She greets. “Hi, Y/N-” She says before her eyes go wide. There’s a baby bat in here… But, where are you? Did her mother replace you or something?!

Before Dani can freak out, Cass enters the cave as well. “Hi everyone!” She calls… And immediately she begins to ask the question Dani didn’t get to. “What the hell?! Who’s that!” She says and points an accusatory wing at you. “Where’s Y/N?!” She asks.

You get a bit spooked by Cass’s tone and run over to Alcina who picks you up.

Alcina tuts unhappily. “Language, daughter,” She warns. She hugs you closer. “This… Is Y/N.” She says carefully and licks you. “There have been… A lot of changes around here.” She explains.

Cass stutters for a bit, unable to form a full sentence.

Dani, however, moves closer. “Y/N?” She asks and tentatively holds a wing out to rub your head.

“Dani!” You squeal and giggle.

“Y-Y/N!” She says, so grateful that you’re still here.

You rapidly hold your little wings out to her and Alcina gently places you in Dani’s arms.

“How… How did this-” Dani tries to ask before Cass comes barreling over to you both. She gives you a quick sniff and buries her face in your fur. She’s beyond shocked. It really is you.

The two begin fussing over you and chittering, cooing at the tiny little chitters you return. You’re so adorable.

Alcina watches with pride as her daughters display their love for you.

Once Dani and Cass have had a chance to calm a bit, they turn to her with obvious questions on their faces. She can’t help but giggle. “Before you ask, I have no idea how this happened,” She begins. “Y/N had gotten very sick and I was beside myself,” She says, reliving the horror of watching your health spiral.

Cass looks at you and nuzzles her face against yours. “You got sick, little one?” She asks sadly.

You nod your head.

“But, one morning I woke up and… They looked like this,” Alcina says, still flabbergasted over the turn of events.

Dani laughs. “They must have really wanted to be a bat!”

Alcina and you giggle. “I guess you’re right, draga,” Alcina says with a smirk.

You four enjoy each other’s company for a moment before Alcina kisses you all and leaves.

Dani and Cass take good care of you while Alcina is gone. They help you learn how to make even more bat vocalizations. You’re becoming very good.

Dani wants to try and groom you, but… Surprisingly, Cass wants to do it herself. She feels… Clingy. She’s a ball of nerves about Bela and this is soothing to her.

Eventually, Alcina comes back a day or so later. You are bursting with glee when you see her. “Hi, draga.” She says and scoops you up, pressing kisses all over your face.

“Baby?” You ask.

Alcina grins as she looks at you, Dani, and Cass. “It’s a girl.” She reveals.

Everybody cheers loudly. Everything went okay. The family is bigger now!

Once everyone has had time to process the news, Cass and Dani hurriedly fly off to visit Bela and their new niece.

“Baby!” You whine and point in the direction the girls flew off in.

Alcina giggles. “Don’t worry, draga. Bela will bring the baby over soon. We just have to be patient.” She tells you.

You are a bit annoyed that you can’t meet her yet, but as Alcina shifts you so you can nurse… Your hunger is now all you can focus on.

It ends up being a little over a week before Bela brings the little one over. You have voiced your displeasure seemingly every hour on the hour. But, at last… The day is here.

Dani and Cass both came over a little bit earlier and you are currently in Dani’s arms.

You perk up as you hear the sound of wings. “Bela?!” You ask, hoping she’ll be here soon.

Dani kisses your face. “Good job, Y/N!” She says. “I think you’re right.”

You begin bouncing wildly.

Finally, you see Bela enter. You skillfully slip through Dani’s wings to get to her.

“Hey!” Dani whines at your sudden abandonment.

Bela’s eyes widen comically as she sees you. “I… What the-?!” She begins to ask.

“That’s Y/N,” Alcina, Cass, and Dani say at the same time.

Bela’s face burns. “Oh… Wait, how-?”

“We don’t know why,” Everyone says in unison again.

Bela huffs. “Geez, sorry I asked. When were you all going to tell me?” She asks, feeling a little left out.

“We just found out the day you had the baby!” Dani chirps.

“You came over the day I had the baby! You didn’t think to mention this?” She asks and raises an eyebrow.

“Well… You were kind of grumpy and we didn’t want to freak you out.” Cass smirks.

Bela calms at this and clears her throat in embarrassment. It was probably for the best that she had one less thing to worry about. “Oh… I just thought you all were keeping this a secret or something,” She says.

“Baby!” You say and point at Bela’s enclosed wings. She’s holding something! It must be the baby!

Bela chuckles and leans down, kissing your head. “Do you want to say hello, Y/N?” She asks, eager to show her little one off.

“Yeah!” You say, barely able to contain yourself.

“Alright,” Bela says with a smile and begins to unfurl her wings.

Suddenly, a tiny little head pops out and looks at you.

You gasp.

“Hi!” The little blonde bat says as she looks at you.

You squeal joyfully. “Hi!” You’re surprised at how alert she is (And that she can already talk). You reason that baby bats mature faster than human babies, so it kind of makes sense.

Bela gently sets her baby down and you begin sniffing each other curiously. You two are about the same size. Perfect to play together.

“I’m Ruby!” The little one says.

“Y/N!” You say, pointing at yourself.

You two begin chasing after each other, both enjoying having a playmate. Watching how Ruby moves is actually helping you learn how to coordinate yourself better in this form.

Everyone gushes at how cute the two of you are, but Cass is bawling into Alcina’s shoulder at the adorable display. “S-so cute!” She sobs.

Bela and Dani are taken aback by their more reserved sister being so moved.

Alcina chuckles. “It seems someone is not as tough as she lets on.” She teases.

Cass is too emotional to even defend herself. Maybe… She would like a little one of her own soon…

After a bit of playing with Ruby, you are both kind of winded.

Bela holds out her wings to you both, while Alcina consoles Cass and Dani laughs.

You happily snuggle up against Ruby as Bela holds you two.

The rumbling of Bela’s chest as she purrs is lulling you to sleep. You can tell Ruby is getting sleepy as well. Before you fall into slumber, you gently poke Ruby with your wing.

Ruby rouses and looks at you.

“Friend?” You ask and gesture between you two.

Ruby giggles. “Yeah! Best friend.” She agrees.

You sigh contentedly and Bela kisses you and Ruby before you both doze off. Today was great.

It felt nice to cuddle with her on her soft bed… But you were missing how fuzzy her fur was and the way her wings wrapped you up completely.

Eventually, Alcina deems it safe enough to get you back to the cave. She gently picks you up and the two of you make your way back home.

You giggle excitedly when you realize where you’re headed.

Alcina softly chitters and nuzzles her face in your hair after she sets you down. She wraps you up in your blanket and you give a contented sigh as you breathe in its familiar scent.

Alcina picks you up and tucks you into her warm wings as she purrs. She gently begins licking your face and hair but decides not to go too in-depth with her bathing. You’re still very fragile from your injuries and she’s trying to be careful.

It’s calming to listen to the rumble from Alcina’s chest. It had been a while since you had been able to hear it. The sound instantly puts you right to sleep.

Alcina looks at you adoringly. She rubs your back with her wing and just admires you for a moment. But… She has not eaten in days. When you were hurt, she couldn’t even think about food, but… Now, she’s starving.

Normally, Alcina wouldn’t care so much about her own needs, but she can’t produce milk for you if she doesn’t have sustenance. It’s a necessary evil, unfortunately.

Alcina clicks her tongue and rolls her eyes at her body’s horrible timing. However, she figures that by the time she hunts and comes back, you will still be asleep. Alcina pulls your blanket tighter around you. She settles you, all snug and warm, in a small alcove in the cave. She kisses your head before trying to go find some food.

You are having a very deep nap and are completely unaware of anything going on. But, you suddenly feel something cold and wet prodding against your cheek. You bat your hands at the offender as you sleep, but you are met with snuffly sounds and a lick to your face. Now, while you are very used to Alcina’s grooming and licking… This tongue feels different. Your eyes pop open and you are now face to face with… A deer? How did a deer get in here? You look around and also notice three baby fawns that are curiously looking around the cave. Your eyes light up. New friends!

You reach out to pet the mama deer and she allows it. Her fur is smooth and shiny. A little different than Alcina, but still soft.

The deer stands still while you rub her, but soon moves to lie down and curls up against you. She licks you a few more times before she lets out a bleating call to her babies.

The baby deer tilt their heads in confusion before they make their way over.

You laugh and eagerly pet the three of them too.

The baby deer have taken a liking to you and flank your sides as they lie down as well.

The mama deer begins to lick you once more, seemingly trying to clean you like your mama does. She had smelled your presence in the cave and her maternal instincts went crazy once she realized you were left alone. She and the fawns had wandered in to offer some love and attention.

The mama deer’s tongue feels very different than Alcina’s. It’s a lot rougher, but the pressure of her licks is gentle.

You run your fingers through the fawns’ soft fur and feel content. Suddenly though, you hear the tell-tale sound of your mama’s flapping wings. You bounce happily and the deer look at you, confused.

Finally, Alcina makes it back to the cave. She wanders over to the spot where she left you, and finds… A whole family of deer.

The mama deer did not hear Alcina approach and continues grooming you.

While Alcina does feel possessive of her baby, she can’t help but chuckle at the cute scene before her. It seems you are quite the charmer. All of the deer look at ease around you. Alcina gently moves closer and the deer turn to look at her.

The mama deer can sense that you are Alcina’s. She gently stands up and gives you one more lick before she bows her head slightly, acknowledging Alcina, and leads her little babies out of the cave. Her work is done.

Alcina feels like her heart is going to explode from the cuteness. She giggles at what she just saw. That was totally adorable. You beam up at her as she comes over to wrap you in her wings. “Did you make some friends, draga?” She asks and kisses you on the side of your face.

You laugh and nod your head.

“You are just too cute to resist, my love.” Alcina says and holds you close. She smiles at you. “Go ahead and eat, draga. Mama has to feed you.” She says.

You eagerly latch on and begin to suckle.

Today was a pretty great day in your opinion.

Yeah! Let’s get into it!

Alcina hates to leave you by yourself in the cave. She is so protective and can’t bear to be gone long.

You, however, have always been brave. You’ve been cooped up in the cave for a while now and want to explore.

One morning, Alcina wraps you up in your blankets and kisses your head. “Mama will be right back, my love.” She tells you, nuzzling your face with hers. “I love you, Y/N.” She says with an adoring smile.

You grin back and nod, blowing her kisses.

Alcina giggles at how cute you are and leaves for a little bit.

As soon as she’s gone, you rip the blankets off of you and quickly walk over to the mouth of the cave. The vast expanse of snowy landscape is beautiful for sure, but you are more interested in having an adventure.

You happily walk outside and immediately spot a pretty bird. You want to get a better look at it so you attempt to follow it as it scavenges. You don’t realize how far you’ve gone until you’ve lost the bird. You turn around only to realize that nothing looks familiar. Where are you?

Panic shoots through you. Your mama is going to be mad when she learns what you did. But also… You really want her. How are you going to get back to the cave?

You sit down and whimper as you hold yourself. This is scary. This was the worst decision you’ve ever made.

Suddenly, you hear growling coming from behind you. Your heart shoots up to your throat. What the hell is that?

A bear quickly makes an appearance. You freeze. Holy shit this thing’s huge. Did you wander into its spot by mistake?

You hold up your hands, trying to placate the bear.

The bear just snarls and lunges at you.

You yell out in terror. The bear’s claws rip into your skin as it bites you on the shoulder.

Tears stream down your face from the pain. This is it. You are a goner.

However, you hear another frightening roar. You manage to open your eyes and see… Your mama! She found you somehow.

Alcina grabs the bear with her teeth and quickly pulls it off of you. She lets out the most terrifying shriek and the bear instantly high-tails it.

You whimper in agony as your blood pools around your little body.

Alcina scoops you up and holds you to her. “It will be okay, baby. Mama’s here. I love you so much.” She tells you. Alcina quickly flies you… Not back to the cave, but to the beautiful castle flanking the edge of the village. There were myths that a vampiric family used to live here, but they were run off by an angry mob… No one knows if that’s true, however. This supposedly happened centuries ago. Out of caution, the villagers have always just steered clear of it.

Alcina brings you to an elegant bedroom and gently lays you down on the bed. She gets a fire going in the fireplace and warmth envelops you. “It’s going to be okay, my love.” She tells you. Then… She does something you had no idea she was capable of.

Alcina… Transforms. Where there was once your mama, there is now a beautiful woman. Wow. You must have hit your head hard or something.

“It’s mama, my darling. I just need to use my hands.” She tells you with a sad smile.

You look at her, just enjoying this new form and nod your tiny head.

Alcina grabs supplies and immediately sets about her task of bandaging you up. Once she is satisfied with her work, she gently lifts you into her arms and cradles you. She buries her face in your hair and purrs. She’s so relieved that you will be okay. That could have been really bad.

Alcina carries you over to the fireplace and sits in an armchair. She holds you and begins to rock you softly. She hums a beautiful tune and easily lowers the neckline of the dress she’s wearing. She frees one of her breasts and brings her nipple to your mouth.

You look at her and she smiles at you.

“You must be starving, my darling. Can mama feed you?” She asks.

You nod your head and latch on. You feel so much better now that your mama has you all fixed up. You never want to be without her. You’ve definitely learned your lesson.

Alcina holds you close to her. She loves you so much. She’ll protect you always.

Alcina is a motherly vampire bat (Batcina AU) part 2

Here's part two up and squared away. Let's get into it!

You and your mama are inseparable. You've come to depend on her completely, and you love her so much. She's all you've ever wanted.

One evening, as she gets you ready for bed and begins to feed you, she tells you that tomorrow will be a very special day.

"Mama has a surprise for you, my darling." She says softly after you have been eating for a few minutes.

Your eyes widen at this. "A present?!" You ask excitedly.

Alcina giggles at how cute you are and nuzzles her face on your head. "No, draga... You will be meeting your other siblings." She reveals.

Your mouth hangs open. Your mama has other babies? Are they bats like her? Are they going to like you?!

Alcina can see the panic in your eyes as you process the news. She gently purrs and wraps you tighter in her wings to comfort you. "I know, draga. This is a lot to take in." She says. "They will love you, my darling. There's no need to worry." She tells you.

Your mama's voice is so confident and sure. She wouldn't mislead you... There must really not be anything to worry about. You nod and breathe out a bit in relief.

"But, there is one thing you should know, draga. Nothing bad." Alcina prefaces.

You look up at her in confusion.

"It's just... Hmm. It's difficult to explain to a human, but... Your oldest sister, Bela, is going to have her own baby very soon." Alcina says, unable to keep the joy off of her face as she thinks about becoming a grandmother. "She... Might be a little touchy-feely with you. It's just the way mama bats react to being around another baby." She says and gently licks your face, making you laugh. "You won't mind if she wants to cuddle with you, will you?" Alcina asks.

You grin. If one of your siblings wants to snuggle with you... You'd be honored. "No!" You happily answer.

Alcina giggles, but remembers something. You are very particular when it comes to grooming, so she feels she needs to caution you. "Now, she might want to clean you as well. Is that okay too?" She asks.

You quirk an eyebrow. "Sleeping?" You ask. You hate to be woken up by grooming.

Alcina chuckles at your question. "No, baby. You'll be awake." She answers.

You nod at this. "Okay." You shrug.

Alcina can't help but laugh at your easy answer. You are such a good baby. "I'm proud of you, draga." She praises. "Well then, if you finish your dinner, mama will sing you a song." Alcina tempts.

Your eyes sparkle. You love when she sings for you. You eagerly latch on again and Alcina smiles contentedly as she begins to sing you a lullaby.

Your eyes quickly close at her beautiful voice.

You awaken from your sleep the next morning as Alcina kisses your face. "Good morning, my love." Alcina gently says.

You yawn and stretch before you grin up at her.

"Your sisters will be here shortly." She says with a jubilant smile. She's so excited to introduce you to the girls. Her whole family together. It makes her heart soar with love. "Can mama feed you?" She asks.

Your tummy growls in hunger and you nod eagerly.

Alcina happily feeds you and tells you more about your sisters as you eat.

Bela is the oldest and she loves to learn. Cassandra is in the middle and she is an excellent hunter. And finally, Daniela is the youngest of the three. She loves to laugh. They all sound amazing. You are so ready to meet them.

Once you finish your breakfast, Alcina normally grooms you, but... She has a suspicion that Bela will immediately want to do the honors so she decides to wait.

Alcina rocks you as she thinks about all of the amazing things happening in her life. She has her beautiful daughters, a grandchild on the way... And a brand new little baby to take care of. She is so grateful.

Eventually, Alcina's ears perk up. She hears three sets of wings flapping as her daughters get closer. "Here they come, draga." Alcina says, beaming.

You begin to wriggle in excitement.

Alcina carefully wraps you in your blankets and places a kiss on your head before standing to her full height beside you.

Finally, three new bats enter the cave. Your eyes widen. They're almost as big as Alcina, meaning they are still much larger than you.

Alcina squeals delightedly and goes to hug them.

All three of the girls happily embrace her.

The little chittering noises they all make seem so happy. You smile at the reunion.

After Alcina has had time to greet each daughter, their eyes are instantly on you. Your tiny heartbeat is very noticeable to them.

The red colored bat- Daniela -Flaps her wings enthusiastically as she looks at you. "Well, who is-" She tries to say before the blonde bat- Bela -immediately interrupts.

"A baby!" Bela says, elated. She quickly makes her way over to you and picks you up in her wings, holding you close. You are a bit shocked at this reaction, but she is so soft... Actually, a little softer than Alcina (If that's even possible). You melt into her hold. She buries her face in your hair, breathing in your scent, before easily grabbing your collar in her mouth and flying you to the back of the cave.

The brown bat- Cassandra -Begins to protest. "Hey, let us see, Bela! Don't hog the little human!" She tells her.

Bela just wraps you tighter in her wings and turns to her sister with a dark look on her face. She growls in warning. Her instincts are going crazy knowing that there's a baby in the cave and she's not letting you go.

Cass quickly takes the hint and backs off with a scared expression. She's never seen Bela so possessive.

Alcina chuckles at her middle daughter. She'll explain everything to her and Dani soon, but away from you and Bela. She suggests that the three of them go hunting while Bela watches you.

The two nod eagerly.

Alcina calls out that she loves you and Bela before they all fly off for a while.

Now that you and Bela are alone, Alcina's earlier prediction is proven correct. The oldest daughter quickly begins to clean you.

You can tell that she doesn't have quite as much experience as Alcina with tongue baths, but she's trying her best to be thorough.

Once Bela is satisfied with her work, she pulls back to look at you. Her primal need to mark you has been sated and she can focus on other things now. "Hello, little one." She says gently.

You smile shyly and wave at her. "I'm Y/N." You introduce yourself.

Bela coos at how sweet you are. "I'm Bela." She tells you. "How did you get all the way up here?" She asks.

Your face goes red at this. You couldn't tell her that you originally came up here to try and... "Defeat" your mama. It's so stupid as you look back on it. What exactly did you think you were going to be able to do, anyway? In any case, you're too little to verbalize what you are thinking, so you settle for one word. "Mama." You say quietly.

Bela smiles knowingly. "I had a feeling you were my mother's new baby." She says. "Welcome to the family, little one."

This makes you blush. Bela is so kind. You know you'll grow to love her soon enough. You examine your new sister and notice that Bela's tummy is much larger and warmer than your mama's. You curiously run your hands along her belly. There's a baby bat in there? That's so amazing.

"Oh, that's my baby, little one." Bela says tenderly as she looks at your awestruck face. "I'm sure you two will get along very nicely." She grins.

You're thrilled at this. You bounce and point at her tummy. "When?" You ask, eager to meet the baby.

Bela smiles and laughs. "Just a few more weeks." She answers.

Your eyes go wide in surprise and you pout. That long? That's gonna be, like, forever!

Bela giggles at the crestfallen look on your face. "They'll be here before you know it, Y/N." She promises.

You look into her eyes and whimper. "Now." You say, unable to curb your disappointment as tears well up in your eyes. You don't understand why you can't meet the baby.

Bela chuckles sadly at your dismay. "Oh, It's going to be alright, little one. Once the baby is born, I'll bring them for a visit, okay?" She tells you with a smile. Your precious plea is so cute. She nuzzles her face against yours and wraps her wings around you as she purrs.

Bela sounds different than your mama, but you quickly decide that you love the higher pitch of her purrs as well.

You soon nod and snuggle in her fur again, taking comfort in her soft presence.

Bela is already smitten with you. She completely understands why her mother decided to adopt you. The two of you cuddle for a little longer before you both hear Alcina approaching.

"Hello, my loves." Alcina greets.

As much as Bela wants to keep you with her, she knows that Alcina is your mama, so she kisses your little head and lets you go.

You happily embrace Alcina when she comes closer and she gently rubs your cheek with her wing. "Hi, baby." She says. "I see you two have gotten to know each other." She says lovingly as she looks at you and Bela.

"We have, mother." Bela tells her, smiling. "Um... Sorry for being so... You know." Bela says bashfully.

Alcina smirks. "I understand, my love. Y/N is just too cute." She says and nuzzles her face against your hair.

You and Bela laugh at this before you hear Dani and Cass enter the cave again.

Oh, right... Two more sisters to meet. You hope they are as nice to you as Bela...

"Is mommy Bela still being scary?" Dani says playfully as Cass laughs.

Bela sticks her tongue out at her sisters.

"Girls, leave your sister alone. You won't understand until you have little ones of your own." Alcina softly commands.

Cass pouts at this, but Dani is too excited to get a better look at you to care much about Alcina's admonishment. She comes over and holds her wings out to you. "Can I have a hug, Y/N?" Dani asks.

You nod your head emphatically and make your way over to her.

The youngest squeals as she hugs you and presses kisses on your head. "So cute! I might have to keep you for myself." She says.

"Nice try, draga. You'll have to get your own, though." Alcina grins, making everyone giggle.

Once Dani lets you go, you look over to Cass timidly. She seems a little more intimidating... However, as soon as you two lock eyes, Cass wordlessly opens her wings to you with a smile.

You quickly hurry towards her and she picks you up. She sniffs you before chuckling. "Geez, Bela. Did you drool all over them? They smell more like you than... You do!" She teases.

Bela's face becomes hot at this. "There is nothing wrong with doing things thoroughly." She tries to defend herself.

Alcina hums sadly at Bela's embarrassment. "It will get easier, my darling. You're more than welcome to keep practicing on Y/N until the baby's here." She jokes playfully, and wraps her wing around her oldest.

"Really?!" Bela asks, not realizing her mother was kidding.

Cass is too busy nuzzling you to notice what just happened, but Dani laughs. "Wow, you must need all the help you can get, Bela!" She says, cracking up.

Bela's dignity is just about non-existent at this point. Her sisters can fluster her more than anybody.

Alcina shoots Dani a warning glare and the youngest immediately decides that you are much more interesting to focus on at the moment. She and Cass start asking you questions as Alcina turns back to Bela.

Alcina kisses Bela's cheek. "You can try to bathe Y/N again if you want to." She says. "But, you should know that they can only take so much at a time. Y/N doesn't quite understand why we groom our babies so much."

Bela groans as she realizes how desperate she must look. "Thank you, mother. Do you think they will mind too much?" She asks sheepishly.

Alcina grins. "Trust me, draga. Y/N will tell you when they want you to stop." She says with a fond smile. She remembers when she learned that grooming is definitely not a favorite of yours. You made sure to voice your displeasure.

Bela smiles gratefully. "Thank you, mother. I'm just extremely nervous." She says and looks down as she softly rubs her belly with her wing.

Alcina smirks. "You act as if I wasn't completely terrified when you three were born."

This gets Bela to laugh.

Alcina turns to her other daughters. "Now, Cassandra and Daniela. Why don't you both finish hunting? Bela and I need some time to chat." Alcina says.

"Can we take Y/N?!" Cass asks excitedly.

"No. They're too little. And we need them here anyway. Have a good hunt, my loves." Alcina dismisses them.

Cass and Dani look at each other in confusion before hurriedly flying off.

"Come here, Y/N." Alcina calls to you.

You make your way back over and your mama picks you up.

Alcina spends a healthy chunk of time demonstrating and showing Bela the best ways to clean you before letting her daughter try to bathe you again herself.

You decide to suck up the discomfort of excessive grooming for Bela's sake. You know that she wants to be the best mama she can be.

Alcina is so proud while she watches her daughter getting the hang of cleaning you... She's also proud of you for being tolerant with the multiple tongue baths they've given you.

Not only is Alcina a great mama to you, she's so good at it that she can teach other mamas too!

Alcina is a giant (But motherly) Vampire bat - Drabble: Y/N gets kidnapped by villagers

Really excited to return to this AU! This one’s kind of angsty, but don’t worry it will ultimately be okay. It takes place a little before Ruby is fully grown. Let’s get into it!

You’re having a blast. You and Ruby are out for a little adventure today and the weather is gorgeous. You happily cling to Ruby as she flies you around. You’re just so grateful she always lets you tag along.

Ruby decides to explore an area you two have never been to before. It’s got pretty stones lying all over the ground and when Ruby lets you down, you eagerly go and investigate them. You love being able to feel the different textures of the rocks with your little wings.

But… For some reason, Ruby feels the need to look around and see if anything, or anyone, is nearby to cause trouble. She just has a weird feeling… It’s probably nothing, but she wants to make sure. “I’ll only be gone for a second, squirt. I just want to scout out this clearing and make sure it’s safe. Don’t go anywhere, okay?” Ruby tells you.

There are so many pretty rocks. You are mesmerized. You nod distractedly at Ruby’s instructions.

Ruby smiles at how cute you are and kisses your head before flying off.

You happily giggle and try to decide which rocks you want to take back to the cave to show your mama.

But suddenly, uninvited guests begin to flood into the area you are currently in.

“There’s one of those fucking monsters!” A harsh voice spits.

Your excellent hearing picks up on multiple people surrounding you from all sides… Just in time for you to realize you’re trapped.

The malevolent figures cast eerie-looking shadows all around you. This is scary. You look up and realize that Ruby is nowhere to be found. Where is she?! You begin to cry and whimper fearfully.

The mob is angry and some members make jabbing motions at you with their crude weapons, trying to taunt you.

You flinch at their actions.

However, an unsure man in the crowd voices his concern. “Umm… This one looks like a baby. I don’t even think it can fly yet. Maybe we should just leave it alone,” He tries to reason.

“You idiot! This disgusting creature will just grow into one of those blood-sucking leeches! Maybe if we torture and kill it we’ll teach all of those damn bats not to fuck with us!” The same man from before shouts. He comes closer, towering over you and making you shiver as you sob in terror. “Aw, what’s wrong? Miss your mommy, hell-spawn?!” He questions sarcastically and roughly grabs you by the scruff of your neck.

You flap your little wings and struggle against his hold. You try to bite him, but your tiny teeth don’t do much damage. You’re completely defenseless.

Not much of a fair fight…

“Get me a bag or something to stuff this little fucker in!” The horrible man shouts.

Someone from the group tosses a burlap sack over.

Your tormentor grabs it and begins shoving you in. It’s so dark. You can’t see anything and it’s hard to breathe in this confined space. You wail in terror. All you want is your mama, but Ruby can’t be too far away. You chitter desperately, hoping she will hear you, however… Your best friend is facing troubles of her own.

It seems the mob had broken off into two different groups. The other horde has begun to relentlessly attack Ruby. She is making quick work of a couple of the assholes blocking her, but she’s getting slashed at and cut brutally. There are simply too many of them.

As Ruby continues to fight and tries to clear a path, she hears a sound the just about crushes her. It’s you. Tears well up in her eyes as she hears your little chitters and how frightened you are. Her poor little Y/N. She grits her teeth and roars ferociously. What is she going to do? She continues to fight, but concentrates on her hearing, hoping to get an idea of what is happening. It seems the villagers who have taken you are idiotically shouting out all of their plans.

They want to bring you to the middle of the village and make an example of you. To put you in a cage and inflict pain in any way possible. They want to hurt you and make you suffer. All just to send a clear warning message to your family.

Ruby’s vision turns red as rage consumes her. She wants nothing more than to come to your aid, but she’s not quite fully-grown yet herself. She knows she needs help.

As much as it kills her to leave you behind, she decides to hightail it back to Alcina’s cave. Her grandma will know what to do.

Ruby can barely see as tears pour down her cheeks. She’s beating herself up. Why did she leave you alone in the first place?! It was her job to protect you. She promised Alcina she would take good care of you and now… This.

Meanwhile, Alcina is taking a much-needed nap, but she quickly awakens at the sound of feverish wings flapping her way…

Something’s wrong.

Ruby all but crash lands into the cave before she rushes over to Alcina.

“Draga, what is-”

“Grandma! They have Y/N!” She bawls. “They have Y/N and they’re going to hurt them! We need to do something, please! Anything!” She pleads.

Alcina’s eyes widen. She takes in Ruby’s battered form and feels her blood run cold. Who could have done this? “Draga, draga. Are you okay?” She asks looking over her granddaughter’s injuries.

"I’m fine, grandma! But we have to get Y/N! They attacked us both!” She growls, feeling nothing but hate for your captors.

“Okay, draga. Try to breathe. Tell me who has Y/N,” She says, trying to stay calm. Her heart breaks as she hears of what happened to you both. Her instincts are going crazy knowing that you are out there all alone. She needs her baby. You are so precious to her.

“Villagers took Y/N! Some mob that ambushed us! They’re crazy! They want to torture Y/N! Oh, grandma, Y/N sounded so scared!” Ruby breaks down as she remembers your pitiful calls for help.

“I will bring Y/N home, draga, don’t worry,” Alcina says and hugs her granddaughter. “Go get your mother and your aunts. Tell them to come find me,” She directs. “I think these villagers need to learn the dangers of messing with my babies,” She seethes, a cool darkness overtaking her features. She quickly flies off to find you.

Ruby feels relieved to know that Alcina is now on the case. Her grandma is a badass.

Ruby wipes her eyes and tries to center herself before she heads out to find Bela, Cass, and Dani. Her nerves settle a bit as she realizes that with all five of them, those villagers don’t stand a chance. They will get you back.

Oh, yeah… This mob has definitely pissed off the wrong family.

Alright, once again returning to this au. I’m currently obsessed with ideas for it. This piece picks up from here! Let’s get into it!

Ruby has been true to her word and you two constantly go out on adventures together. You see so many things that you never would have experienced if it wasn’t for your best friend. But… Ruby soon becomes an adult and your relationship has shifted somewhat to reflect this. Not in a bad way, just… Different.

Whereas Ruby used to be your companion, your equal… She has now taken on more of an… Older sister role when it comes to you, much like your relationships with Bela, Cass, and Dani. She will watch you while Alcina goes off to hunt, rock you to sleep in her wings, and she even grooms you occasionally too. She is such a natural caregiver and she loves taking on the responsibility of babysitting you when Alcina is away.

You are still a baby, but you have come to terms with the fact that you won’t ever get any bigger. It can be difficult having to constantly rely on others to take care of you, however, it makes it a lot easier to deal with when you have distractions. Especially when Ruby comes over to spend time with you. She still plays with you and the two of you love nothing more than making each other laugh.

But… A few days ago, Ruby didn’t come to see you at her usual time. She always comes at least once a week to visit with you and… You were inconsolable. You fussed all day and Alcina had a difficult time getting you to nurse.

However, while Ruby didn’t come over, Bela did later that afternoon. It helped to see your big sister.

“Hello, little one,” She says as she holds you in her wings and chitters softly at you. Your sad eyes make her heart break.

“Where Ruby?” You ask, completely devastated.

Bela coos at you and licks your face. “It’s okay, Y/N. Ruby told me to tell you that she’s so sorry she didn’t come for a visit,” She says.

Your ears perk up at this. “Ruby?” You ask, confused why she would send Bela to give you this message instead of just showing up.

Bela grins and kisses your head. “Yes, lovey. She’ll come to see you in a few days, I promise,” She tells you.

You look over at your mama to confirm this and Alcina giggles and nods her head. “She will, draga. She loves you so much,” She says.

You feel a bit better knowing that Ruby didn’t just blow you off. But, why didn’t she come today? Did something happen? There is definitely a weird energy in the air. Alcina and Bela occasionally look at each other and share excited chitters, gushing over something that they won’t tell you about just yet. They assure you that Ruby will fill you in on what’s going on during her next visit. You try to be patient, but still eagerly await her arrival.

A few days later, Ruby does indeed come for a visit. “Hi, grandma! Hi, Y/N!” She greets excitedly as she enters the cave.

“Draga!” Alcina calls, elated. She’s just finished feeding you.

You pop your little head out of Alcina’s wings as soon as you hear Ruby’s voice, milk still dribbling down your chin.

“Ruby!” You say, thrilled. You try to scramble out of Alcina’s hold and jump down, but your mama chuckles and carefully sets you on the ground herself so you won’t get hurt.

“I think someone is very excited, draga,” Alcina jokes to her granddaughter.

Ruby beams. “I am so happy to see you, squirt,” She says with a grin and reaches down to pick you up.

You chitter softly up at her and she happily returns your vocalizations as she nuzzles her face in your fur.

You two cuddle for a moment before Alcina comes over to you both. She hugs her granddaughter and kisses you on the head, carefully wiping off your adorable little milk mustache.

You snuggle into Ruby’s front, feeling safe and warm.

After you three exchange general pleasantries, Alcina soon clears her throat playfully at Ruby and gestures to you. “Do you have anything that you’d like to share with Y/N, draga?”

Ruby’s face goes pale. Oh, yeah. She’s both ecstatic and dreading this. She’s got some… Big news to tell you, but she is nervous about how you will react. She looks down at you and rubs your face with her wing. “Y/N, there’s… Something I want to tell you,” She says, trying not to lose her nerve.

You look up at her and tilt your head. “Yeah?” You ask.

Ruby gives you a smile before she continues. “Um, well… I didn’t come over the other day because I was sick, little one,” She explains.

You whimper anxiously at her, hoping it was nothing serious.

Ruby smiles at your concern. “I’m fine, squirt, don’t worry,” She says and nuzzles your face before she continues. “But, I was sick because… I’m… Going to have a baby,” She says with a blush. “I’m going to be a mommy, little one.”

Your eyes grow wide. You don’t say anything or really… React for a long time. You just look up at her.

Ruby glances worriedly at Alcina, but your mama seems just as confused by your lack of a response as she is. Ruby clears her throat and begins to speak again. “I know it’s a lot to-”

“NO!” You suddenly screech.

Alcina and Ruby flinch at the amplitude of your voice. You’ve never sounded this angry before. How can such a tiny body make such a loud noise?

You flap your wings in agitation and demand for Ruby to put you down, which she does, in shock.

“NO! NO!” You continue to say. How could Ruby do this to you? You toddle as far back into the cave as you can and wrap your wings around yourself, sobbing. You can’t believe that Ruby’s life has progressed to the point where she’s doing whatever she wants and now only tells you things after they’ve already happened… Meanwhile, you’re just… Here. The same. Trapped in time. Why is your brain suddenly deciding that now is the time to plague you with these very big and grown-up emotions? It’s scary and overwhelming. Your best friend, who you’ve known since she was born, is… Going to spend all of her time with her new baby. She’s not going to hang out with you anymore because she’ll be too busy. She’ll… Always love the baby more than you, no matter what you do.

While Ruby, your mother, and your sisters all have the option of going anywhere they please… Your life is pretty much confined to the inside of this cave. Your family is all you have. They are your outlet and glimpse into the outside world. You rely on them all to be there for you, and now, you feel like you will be taking a backseat to the baby. You kick and flail your little legs and cry your eyes out as Ruby and Alcina watch, heartbroken, from a distance.

Ruby immediately tears up. Her body is already flooded with pregnancy hormones so it doesn’t take much for the waterworks to start these days. She is also… Fighting the incredible urge to go scoop you up and groom you before rocking you to sleep (The very same possessive instinct Bela displayed with you when she was pregnant with Ruby). She looks to Alcina who is watching you sadly as you cry. “Grandma? Would it be okay if I…?” She trails off and points at you, hoping to be able to offer some comfort.

Alcina smiles softly and nods. “Go ahead, draga,”

Ruby slowly makes her way over and runs her wing along your little back, trying to soothe you.

You shrink away from her touch, but you’d be lying if you said it didn’t feel good.

You have always been a constant in Ruby’s life. Someone she could confide in. You understand her, probably better than anyone, and have given her so much love over the years. It hurts that you think that her having a baby will change things between you two. Ruby coos sadly and continues to rub your back.

Ruby’s ministrations are helping. You slowly scoot a bit closer, signaling you want to be held.

Ruby smiles and offers her wings to you.

You nod and let her pick you up.

Ruby hums contentedly and breathes in your scent before she begins to groom you.

You enjoy the feeling of Ruby’s soft tongue and listen to her purring. It’s making you feel a lot better. After a while, you look up at her with your big, adorable eyes.

Ruby smiles as she looks down at you. “What is it, little one?” She asks.

“Baby,” You say sheepishly. Maybe you were too hard on them… You’ve decided you want to know more.

Ruby giggles delightedly at this. You showing interest in the baby is a good sign. She softly puts you down in front of her and sits up a bit so you can see her belly.

Ruby’s tummy isn’t big like Bela’s was before she gave birth. You tilt your head, now unsure if there really is a baby in there.

Ruby laughs at your puzzled little face. “The baby is still very small, but they’ll get bigger, squirt, don’t worry.” She grins. “Do you want to feel?” She asks, rubbing her tummy with her wing.

You quickly nod.

Ruby carefully takes and guides your little wings across her stomach. You can feel a little bit of a bump, but Ruby is right. The baby still needs to grow. You pull back and point at her belly. You can’t help yourself. You’re now eager to meet the little one. “Baby!” You say.

Ruby can see that look of playful excitement in your eyes that she adores. You are coming around. It makes her feel so relieved and a few tears slip down her cheeks. “Yes, isn’t it so amazing, Y/N?” She asks, chuckling at how cute you are.

You nod and begin to bounce a bit. “Friend?” You ask Ruby and point at her belly again. You hope the baby will like you.

Ruby laughs and leans down to lick your face. “Y/N, you are the best friend anyone could ask for. The baby will love you. I promise.”

You beam at this… But, you still have one very big concern. You look up at Ruby. “Best friend still?” You ask as you point at her.

Ruby’s eyes well up with more tears at your question. “Of course, Y/N. I will always be your best friend,” She says and picks you up again. “You are so precious to me. Nothing will change between us. Ever. I love you so much,” She tells you and nuzzles your face with hers.

Alcina joins you two and wraps her wings around you both. “I am so proud of you, dragas,” She whispers, trying to hide her tears (And failing miserably).

The three of you then cuddle and talk about potential baby names and other things that come up. It feels like any other visit you have had with Ruby and you are so glad.

Everything is the same as it was before. Ruby still loves you and she will always be your best friend. Nothing has to change… Except for the addition of a new baby to the family. You are so excited.

I love this au. Let’s get into it!

A month or two after you and Ruby meet for the first time (And become each other’s constant companion), Bela and Alcina decide to teach you both the fundamentals of flying.

You two chitter in excitement at the news. It makes it even more fun to know that you will be learning with your best friend.

Initially, Alcina was hesitant for you to start. You are still very fragile. You haven’t shown any gains in your weight or size, but Bela emphasizes that you and Ruby will be completely safe to practice, even if you aren’t quite ready. Bela wouldn’t normally be suggesting the idea so heavily, but she can’t keep pushing this off for Ruby. Her daughter is begging her constantly to teach her and she’s afraid Ruby is just going to get fed up and try to fly by herself, unsupervised. She also knows that it wouldn’t be fair to teach Ruby without teaching you as well.

Finally, Alcina relents and the day arrives for you and Ruby to learn. You are so happy.

Bela demonstrates the basic techniques by flying in front of the cave as you two watch with Alcina from the ledge. You both do your best to remember what she’s said, but are soon so incredibly eager to try that you can’t focus anymore.

Bela advises that you both start out with small little leaps along the pathway to the cave. Your wings will begin to unfurl with the wind and you’ll pretty much be flying already by that point.

Ruby does a few test runs while you watch, and suddenly she is airborne. She laughs breathlessly, totally in disbelief.

You cheer her on as she gets the hang of it and works on her take-offs and landings.

But now… It’s your turn. You proudly do as Bela taught you, but… Your wings are shaky and feel weak. They aren’t catching gusts of wind like Ruby’s are. You only end up jumping and toppling over on yourself. You try over and over again, but while Ruby soars effortlessly… You aren’t.

You begin crying and helplessly flap your tiny wings. How come Ruby can do it, but you can’t? Is there… Something wrong with you? If she can fly and go wherever she wants… Maybe she’ll find a new best friend who can keep up with her. You feel like your life is falling down all around you. Are you a failure?

Alcina’s heart breaks as she watches you struggle. You are still so small. She realizes that it’s entirely possible you won’t get any bigger, considering your unexpected transformation.

You have regressed quite a bit in many ways since you changed forms. Ruby exclusively eats the game that Bela brings back for her now, and it won’t be long until she begins hunting for herself. But you can’t even eat solid foods anymore. Shortly after Ruby was born, your little system began to only be able to process Alcina’s milk. You are, for all intents and purposes, a newborn baby bat. Totally reliant on your mama and so very delicate.

While this isn’t what Alcina had originally thought your life might look like, it doesn’t mean that anything is wrong with you. It’s just a part of who you are… To be honest, it kind of… Tickles Alcina to think about you staying her little baby forever. Even though she only wants the best for you and doesn’t want you to feel like you’re being left behind, Alcina… Really loves the idea. You are a dream come true for her. “Come here to mama, draga,” She says and holds out her wings to you.

You sniffle and make your way over to her.

Alcina softly picks you up. “There we go,” She says as she situates you in her arms and kisses your head. “You are perfect, draga. You don’t need to be able to fly,” She reassures. “Can mama tell you a secret?” She asks.

You look up at her and nod your head.

“Mama loves being able to carry you and cuddle you in her wings so easily,” She says and nuzzles her face against yours.

You relax a bit at her words. You love how she can wrap you up and keep you close to her as well.

“I love feeding you and grooming you. I want us to do everything together. You’re my little baby, draga,” She says. “I selfishly want you to be this tiny forever,” She grins and licks you.

You giggle at this.

Ruby is so engrossed in her flying, that she hasn’t noticed that you were unable to join her. Bela chitters to her and she quickly flies back to her mother.

“Did you see me, mama?!” She asks excitedly.

Bela grins proudly. “I did, my love. You did so good,” She says and hugs Ruby.

Ruby looks around, grinning. “Where’s Y/N?” She questions, expecting to see you following close behind.

Bela clears her throat as she thinks of a way to best explain your situation. Her heart aches as she looks over at you with worry and guilt. She shouldn’t have pushed for you to do this. She just wanted you and Ruby to be able to learn together. “Y/N is having some trouble flying, little one. They’re with grandma. They look like they could use a hug,” Bela suggests and points in your direction.

Ruby tilts her head sadly as she looks at you. She hasn’t said anything, terrified of hurting your feelings or sticking her nose where it doesn’t belong, but you really are so small. She’s gotten so much larger than you that she can practically wrap her wings around you completely just like Alcina, Bela, Cass, and Dani can (You two love to cuddle). It also takes you a bit longer to do certain things that she finds to be pretty easy. It hurts Ruby that her best friend seems to be feeling a little left out, but suddenly, an idea hits her. “I know what to do, mama!” Ruby says and flies over to you and Alcina.

Alcina smiles as she sees Ruby coming over. “Look who it is, draga,” Alcina says and gently sets you down in front of her.

Your eyes brighten when you see Ruby.

“Y/N! I know how to help!” She says and nearly tackles you in a hug, making you laugh wildly.

“When I get a little bigger, I’ll just carry you with me if we want to go somewhere!” She tells you.

Your eyes grow wide. That’s actually a really good idea. “Really?!” You ask, elated that Ruby won’t just leave you behind.

“Of course! We’ll go on lots of adventures together!” Ruby promises.

Alcina clears her throat and raises a playful eyebrow at her granddaughter.

Ruby blanches. “Uhh… Safe adventures, of course.” She clarifies.

Alcina nods, satisfied. “That sounds like a wonderful plan, draga,” Alcina says and kisses Ruby. “You’re such a good friend,” She praises.

Ruby’s face burns at the compliment. “Well, I wouldn’t want to go anywhere without Y/N by my side, grandma,” She explains.

You giggle excitedly as Bela flies over and joins you all. “What did I miss?” She asks and scoops you and Ruby up in her arms, licking you both happily.

Ruby beams. “Me and Y/N are gonna hang out even more now!” She says and holds out her wing to high-five you, which you eagerly reciprocate.

“Oh? I think you two already spend every second of the day together.” Bela grins.

“No! Different hang out, Bela!” You answer.

”Hmm? What do you mean, little one?” Bela asks as she looks at you.

Alcina elaborates. “Apparently, Ruby and Y/N have plans to cause lots of trouble,” She teases.

Ruby blushes. “Hey, I didn’t say that, grandma!” She defends herself and hides her face on your shoulder.

“Just kidding, my darling,” Alcina winks. It’s funny that she has always been able to easily fluster Bela… And now Ruby as well. Like mother, like daughter.

Bela quirks her eyebrows in confusion at the exchange, but Alcina smiles and shakes her head. “Later, draga,” She tells her oldest.

The four of you bask in each other’s company, enjoying the sunny day and happily chatting. You don’t need anything more than your family. They’ll always be there for you.

Note: This was purposefully written with the subtext heavily implying that reader is learning to adapt to a disability or health condition/chronic illness. I almost never see this being explored in fanfiction, but it’s an important topic to touch on. A lot of us relate to it and I kinda wrote it to make myself feel better XD Who better to comfort me than Mommy Milkers herself? Also, get yourself a ride or die like Ruby 🥹

Alcina is a giant (But motherly) vampire bat drabble: Y/N has a transformation

So, I love this au and have gotten a few requests for this specifically and more works about bat mama Alcina in general! Let’s get into it!

Alcina had noticed subtle changes in the way you behaved. Slowly but surely, you didn’t seem to mind her grooming you so much. You also began to mimic the little chitters she made. She found it adorable… But also very… Believable. If she didn’t know any better, she would have sworn you sounded like an actual baby bat. How were you able to do that so well?

Soon after picking up on these new habits, you began to complain of toothaches and the weirdest pain in your arms. Alcina was worried sick. Were you okay? Was it an illness? She rocked you as you slept fitfully and when you woke up and wailed in misery. Alcina’s heart broke to see you in so much pain. She couldn’t do anything to help her baby.

It all came to a head one morning when she woke up, after finally dozing off from pure exhaustion… And you weren’t in her arms. Where the hell were you?! Alcina began to panic, but as she looked around the cave she saw… A… Baby bat? They were clearly very interested in their wings, flapping them curiously as though they had no idea where they came from. Alcina let out a soft chitter and the baby immediately turned to her. Alcina would know those eyes anywhere. It was you.

“Mama!” You squeal happily and make your way over to her.

Alcina’s eyes go wide. You… Are a bat?! How did that even… Alcina can’t even think straight. She holds out her wings to you and scoops you up. “Hi, baby.” She says in shock. “What… What happened?” She asks and nuzzles her face in your fur.

You merely look up at her and shrug your little shoulders, seemingly unbothered by this new development. You’re just glad you feel better.

Alcina giggles at your nonchalant attitude. She examines you closer. You’re the same size the girls were when they were born. Your baby-like fur is so soft and fine. It’s a beautiful black color, very similar to hers. Your tiny wings are undeveloped. Way too weak to fly yet, but so precious.

Alcina takes her wing and gently opens your mouth. A full set of sharp baby teeth greet her. Could this be why you were in so much pain? Your body was going through some kind of…Metamorphosis? How is this even possible? Before she can even try to put the pieces together, though, your tummy growls loudly.

You look at her and start chewing on one of your wings hungrily.

Alcina coos at how cute you are. “Are you hungry, baby?” She asks.

You nod your head. You haven’t really nursed much since you became sick. Your belly is so empty.

Alcina quickly shifts you close to her chest so you can latch on.

You nurse hungrily, so eager that copious streams of milk dribble down your chin. You’re still getting used to this new form and everything is going to take a while to feel comfortable, even eating.

Alcina chuckles as she rubs your head. “Easy, baby. Don’t eat too fast.” She says softly.

The rhythm of your suckling eventually evens out and Alcina sits back as she watches you nurse. Could… Her milk have caused this? You pretty much subsist on just that and… Maybe it contains something that caused your transformation.

In any case, Alcina is just so glad that you are okay. In human form or bat form, she will love you all the same. She gently begins purring and is delighted to hear you echo it. Your little purrs are so cute and she gushes over you even more. What will the girls think when they come over for a visit?
