僵局与诠释（看起来好像很多但大部分只是收收尾）

摸鱼

染发，该染发了！

除了邱园的故事都看完了；其实是身心都很不舒服的一周但我的生产力和执行力都爆棚了...

周末摸的鱼，大概是两年来第一次画背景，虽然还不满意但已经有突破了；给自己和老妈用去年的染发剂姑且染了一下，是几乎看不出有区别的深咖啡色。

去了医院后发现依然是甲状腺在作妖，我也终于知道我那核桃大小的结节藏在哪里了......竟然还这么不明显也是令人震惊（）今年春天找个时间手术掉。

夏辉最近又是抑郁状态，我想可能是这个冬天实在漫长，于是就把身体检查的消息发到群里了——身体不健康真的是压在生活上的一枚沉重砝码，但愿能让夏辉意识到身体健康就已经很值得高兴的事情了。

店长说手术后可能会留个刀口，我忽然又觉得酷了——锁骨上的手术刀痕怕不是帅呆？？？我要不要借机设计个纹身贴？？？店长却平静地说，身体健康才最重要。

僵局与诠释看完后各种投射，内省太过真的很影响自己活在当下。现在看来竟然也不能一鼓作气一种类型的书看太多（特别是精神分析）

昨天补手帐的时候看了下自己竟然这个月有20天以上有动笔画画，书也看了5册——如果做好计划然后把注意力完全放在眼前的事情上，不知不觉就会有不错的成果啊

当然画了什么也不一定要po出去期待点赞，但不得不说那也是一种驱动力；我也清楚自己需要和人有更多互动。

而且随着时间会有肉眼可见的变化成长，就是好事！

另一件让我意识到自己还是大龄中二的事情是自己前段时间买了slytherin的围巾，现在还觉得有点不好意思，但是昨天看到它发货我又期待得不得了

1月份买了好多绝美小东西，包括backtozero的火漆简直是神仙之作，暗暗决定每个月买一个也要买到下半年，我还负担得起......

火漆是一件只能在送给别人的礼物上发挥其本身功能的东西，就很神奇

昨天被叫到办公室说涨工资+年终奖，下班后群里宣布还另有2000块钱春节补贴

......有钱就有一种离想做的事情越来越近的感觉真是太快乐了；；

Spotify在2月之前施工完毕，之前追剧的照片整理也收尾了。

想了想还是没忍心直接卸载xiami——断舍离时几乎不犹豫的我终于也能感觉到自己念旧的一面了，看来我也不是完全没心没肺嘛

豆瓣id改成了之前在xiami用的留念。也是之前在drrr的皮，随便打出一个用的时候就没什么负担，现在看这个名字也有种轻飘飘的感觉。

仔细想想我对很多关系都很轻飘飘的——但多数也是因为不知道如何游刃有余地处理这些关系吧。

Yeah so ... yesterday I had decided to format my PC , everything went well on Linux Mint except that I couldn't find wine-rt, without this I cannot do anything , decided to put Windows 10 instead , for an unknown reason it showed my HDD with my backup as empty , so I lost everything I had , paid for a recovery program , didn't work , so I'm back to zero, fortunately I had a few things backed up , won't affect my few next releases , won't be able to release videos for a while. Mai um 19:30 Uhr eine digitale Talkrunde unter dem Titel "Back to Zero" auf seiner Website. Zum diesem Format sollen auch zwei Experten geladen werden. (Paderborn) „Corona“ ist bis auf weiteres das neue „normal“. Und schon jetzt wird deutlich: Eine Rückkehr in die herbeigesehnte „Normalität“ wird so ohne weiteres nicht möglich sein. Und ist das überhaupt wünschenswert? Wie könnte unsere Gesellschaft nach Corona aussehen? Darüber spricht Katharina Kreuzhage, Intendantin am Theater Paderborn, in der digitalen Talkrunde mit ihren Gästen Prof. Dr. Claudia Kemfert, Leiterin der Abteilung für Energie, Verkehr und Umwelt am Deutschen Institut für Wirtschaftsforschung. Sie ist seit 2009 Professorin für Energieökonomie und Nachhaltigkeit an der Hertie School of Governance und seit 2016 im Sachverständigenrat für Umweltfragen. Der andere Gast ist Prof. Dr. med. Fritz B. Simon – ein deutscher Psychiater, Psychoanalytiker und Familientherapeut. Er gilt als führender Vertreter der systemischen Theorie und seine gegenwärtigen Arbeitsschwerpunkte liegen im Bereich Organisations- und Desorganisationsforschung.
