hello hello! if you find yourself with the time to answer, i would love to know where you got ahold of the rose-tinted glasses! i have a family member that struggles heavily with light sensitivity and headaches, and while i am encouraging them to see an eye doctor, i thought such glasses could be a wonderful help in the meantime. thank you kindly for your time, and have a lovely day ☆

My rose rinted glasses are prescription, so they came from the eye doctor. You can however get non-RX glasses from somewhere like Axon Optics, which are special rose tinted glasses designed for migraine sufferers and block the same frequency of light.

I have a pair of the wrap-around ‘cover-RX’ glasses, which I can wear over the top of my prescription glasses on days when I need more protection and also block the light getting in around the sides of my glasses. My eye doctor gave me a pair to wear during my exam so I could have some relief when he wasnt running light tests.

They worked so well at decreasing my pain, I immediately bought a pair, and they worked great at giving me some relief while I waited two weeks for my RX glasses to come in.

I was able to get mine for $90 during a sale, so if your friend is interested but is put off by the price point, they do go on sale for cheaper as well.

You could also, I’m sure, pick up some red sunglasses somewhere else and have a similar affect, though I noticed I got better light protection with Axon compared to the generic pair of red/pink sunglasses I picked up from Amazon. I think it was because of how Axon layer different shades of red.
