This is an old article, but I just feel the urge to remind people of how amazing Ashley Nicole Black actually is and that she was not only producer for Ted Lasso's second season, but wrote one of the best episodes of the whole show (Do the Right-est Thing) which gave us Nora, as well as Sam's lovely character growth as an activist; not to mention the re-integration of Jamie back into the team (which I remember thinking wasn't actually possible after episode 2). She's incredibly funny, insightful, and just stone-cold brilliant at what she does.
(Also, check out Black Lady Sketch Show, it will make you cry laughing.)
Look, I'm a white guy who grew up on Monty Python, Kids in the Hall, and SNL, and imo A Black Lady Sketch Show has a higher hit to miss ratio of good sketches than any of them.

Her chances at an Emmy this year are statistically looking very good, just as long as she can beat Last Week Tonight with John Oliver, The Late…
okay but for my last thing I need to say that the writer’s room of Ted Lasso has not been and, to my knowledge regarding this season, still is not an all white space. If you start talking about white people ruining everything and ignoring the well crafted narratives of prior seasons created by writers of colour then frankly you aren’t helping. This season was clearly troubled but slagging off the writer’s room as careless white people is not only inaccurate but deeply inappropriate. Stop it.
It's been a while since I watched Do the Right-est Thing, so maybe I'm forgetting.
But, uh, does the episode ever take a beat from Rebecca girlbossing her way into white saviordom to acknowledge that Rebecca's money comes from environmental colonialism in Nigeria?
You know, the thing Sam is protesting against.
Does that come up? Or is accountability just something Rebecca talks about in public bathrooms?
