First try at making Napoleons! I’m so excited that I was able to pull this off. My favorite bakery closed down and I haven’t been able to find a great Napoleon locally. In the zone ✨ rolling out tasty little mushroom raviolis 🌿 • I’ve been having a very pensive morning- thinking about all of the sacrifices that I’ve made to build up my business. • I’ve turned down so many jobs because they didn’t align with my vision- and that’s creating nutrient dense and delicious plant-based foods alongside my clients while I teach them to cook. And present them with exciting dishes when I feed them. • • It definitely stings to turn down money while building up a business- it definitely makes it more of a grind. • But I’ll never regret staying true to myself and my vision- which has become priceless to me. • • I don’t know who else needs to hear this- but if you truly believe in what you’re doing, it’s always the right choice.
