how did your. spnblr origin story start. im so confused

OKAY BUCKLE UP GUYS. this is the official story of how i happened to become an spn fic writer, and the runner of an spn blog, without having seen a single spn episode before diving in.

around five/six years ago i was introduced to sherlock (bbc), which i almost immediately hyperfixated on. this led to me sneaking onto pinterest to seek out fandom things like headcanons and art. now this was ALSO at a time when literally everything relating to sherlock was brought back to superwholock.

no matter what i did i could not escape spn when i was looking for sherlock stuff. so. i started reading fanfic for spn at the same time as i looked for sherlock stuff. so my only contact so far has been 1. pinterest once in a blue moon and 2. wattpad almost every night. with me so far??

as the years progress i start reading more spn fic than sherlock. i still don't know exactly what the winchester brothers look like. i am under the impression that cas is an incredibly skinny and very pale twink. i finally read twist and shout. this is a formative time for me and i immediately lose access to the internet for a long time. i get it back later and finally get the courage to get this "tumblr" thing i've seen mentioned on pinterest. surprisingly, i get it for a different fandom and never really interact with the spn fandom at this time.

finally i start figuring out what ao3 is and how it works, and start reading more fics there instead of wattpad. i start reblogging spn art. years pass. i read a lot. like. a lot of fics. i start writing some. i see meta posts. i write more. reblog more art. november 5th. holy shit what the fuck. live on normally and get random moments where i remember destiel is literally canon what the FUCK.

i finally reach a point where i no longer have to be as paranoid about my privacy in my family and can safely be on the internet more. holy shit destiel happened. a year or two. fuck it i'm making a blog so i can post a fic and then dip. oh. oh i'm stuck here now.

the five episodes i've seen? yeah, they didn't happen at the beginning of this. i only watched the first episode this christmas.
