so crazy seeing my cousins post aesthetic pics of my village street. maam thats a rundown house with the roof caved in next to the ugliest house in the village

#and the street pavement is green bc no one cleans it so its full of like algae or whatever the fuck #bc of the winter humidity (and fog). like thats ugly as hell😭 #thr comparison between my cousins and i is crazy in regards to how we approach the village #all my other cousins post or have posted aesthetic pics of random streets or like. roads #bc i think to them its just another village. like yeah their grandma/grandpa is from there #but i think that just spending the holidays here (instead of like. staying 3+ months in the summer and normal weekends) #has made them treat the village as just another place. idk what even im trying to say but #it just feels kinda disgenuine when they aesthetize (?) the village like that #like for example my friend who has LIVED in the village her entire life doesnt post stuff like that #she posts stuff from her house or something. but not of like random streets yknow. and if she posts something from the street #its bc something else is the focus. and shes not just using it as a pretty backdrop or whatever #ok that last tag is what i was trying to get at i just didnt know how to word it #and yeah i think the more time youve lived or spent in the village the less you make it into a pretty backdrop #ive even seen my (other) cousins mom do this. and yeah shes older but also the house they have is just a vacation house #in comparison to for example my family. where our house has always been lived in (so far) so i think it just felt... #(it=going to the village) less like a 'getaway' and more as just like. changing living locations for x time yknow #idk idk. maybe its just my weird perception of my village and the weird attatchment i have to it #but yeah #z xarre

1. What are you doing at this exact moment? (I want details, people!) it’s 3:09AM on a Sunday morning, and I’m currently sitting on my bed typing this answer and watching a YouTube video. 

2. The one song you will never get sick of? Additionally, any song recommendations? I have a lot of those, actually. My main playlist consists of a variety of music, including a lot of old stuff from the 60s to now and I enjoy all of it. Especially stuff from the 90s and early 2000s cause that’s when I was growing up. It doesn’t get old for me.

3. Name everything you have ever wanted to be (occupations and random things, like animals!) I wanted to be a teacher when I was a kid. My cousins and I played school all the time and when my younger brother was like 3 I started teaching him how to count and spell. When I got to middle school I knew I liked helping people, but it wasn’t until my freshmen year in high school that I found out what psychology was and decided then that’s what I wanted to do. I ended up majoring in that and got my BA. Too bad nothing ever came of it and never will. :X

4. What is the best fanfic you have ever read (lmao) I didn’t read a lot, but I read a few Jonas Brothers fan fictions back in the day. I wrote a few fan fics myself as well.

5. Name every fandom you have ever been in! Oh jeez. There’s way too many. I’ve been a fangirl since forever. When I get into something, I really get into it.

6. What is the saddest movie you have ever watched? Additionally, movie recommendations? That scene in Titanic with the old couple holding each other in bed as the ship is sinking will never not get to me. D: Anything involving a dog dying is guaranteed to kill me. </3 Also, The Fault in our Stars really hit me for some reason and I was bawling in the theater.

7. If you could direct your own TV show/movie, what would it be like? *shrug* I don’t have any interest in doing so.

26. What is one unusual thing you do? I’m a weird eater. I pick apart my food or eat stuff like pizza and boneless wings with a fork and knife, ha. I don’t just bite into my food, so like with a sandwich I break pieces off and eat it that way.
