Amanda Bynes she spoke in her Tweeter account back in 2009, people didn't listen and thought she was crazy. The most eventful tweets were: Mr suck my d¡ck to get in Nickelodeon Schneider, the one that she said that her boss took many photos of her feet and last but obviously the least important was the one were she said that she got pregnant and got an abortion at age 13. Dan was the one who got her pregnant

Alexa Nikolas after she left Nickelodeon and with this Zoey 101 because of all the whole bullying situation, she got calls from Dan's lawyer telling her to keep quiet (she didn't as the queen she is)

Jennette McCurdy this is the most recent one but also just like Amanda she gave us signs of her vines and now with her book 'I'm glad my mom died' she spoke even more about it and Josh Peck called her Liar

I’m glad Quiet on Set is bringing peoples attention to the issues with Nickelodeon but what is very as is this isn’t completely new News. The documentary is successful in preventing the abusers and enablers from hiding and does allow for more stories and information to come out but this is after years of allegations and child stars stories being ignored. Many responsible parties have just been hoping the general public would fail to hear what has been said but there’s no hiding now.

Jennette McCurdy’s book spoke of a ‘creator’ who is allegedly Dan Schneider. And this is a photo of Alexa Nikolas protesting Nickelodeon in 2022 after Jennette’s book:

There are many stories of Nick stars being coerced to drink under age and people have been pointing out the inappropriate nature of certain scenes.

The documentary is amazing for getting the message out there but we need to acknowledge that since 2022 and prior to that Nickelodeon and other responsible parties filed to take action. People knew about Dan’s behaviour, some of the stories told were already public knowledge or speculated, they just didn’t do anything about it. They let him get away with it and made child stars suffer in silence

(This is just a quick post and if my point isn’t clear sorry I just hate that people speak like this is brand new info and not a long running issue that has been played down for a while now)

Sigh. Not even shocked that these men were doing this. Also, Jonah's texts sound identical (with less cursing) to Johnny Depp's texts to Amber Heard about not allowing her to work. He even fired her stylist and forced her to use his own to control her wardrobe, and hired someone to follow her around when she was on set to report back to him on every move she made and every person she talked to. He'd of course then go on to accuse her of sleeping with every single person she interacted with. These are not "boundaries", this is coercive control; it is abuse.

My heart hurts for Drake Bell, Amanda Bynes and all the other child actors and backstage workers who were harmed in any way from Dan Schneider or Brian Peck and I know nickelodeon wasn't the only company who had been doing this, lots of people suffered and its heartbreaking. Nobody, and I mean NOBODY deserves to go through that. I'm am so sorry to everyone who experienced any of that. I hope they heal from the pain and I hope the people who caused the pain rot in jail they deserve to d!e they're horrible people, they are disgusting human beings. I hope one day everyone is able to share their stories and get the justice they need and deserve. ❤️

I started and finished Quiet on Set in one sitting this evening. There’s obviously a lot to unpack from this docu-series and it would take a significant amount of time to run through every single thing that stood out to me in all the wrong ways, so I just want to quickly say this: there was an abundance of red flags with all these adults who were trusted with young children, and it truly blows my mind that 1) Nickelodeon as a network approved it and 2) almost none of the parents of these child stars spoke out about it. The ones who did were either alienated from their child or their child was fired. I can’t remember who it was who said something along the lines of “if you’re an adult who’s going to employ children, it’s your responsibility to ensure that you create an environment where they feel safe expressing they’re not comfortable with something,” but she hit the nail on the head with that one. In the 20 year time span this docu-series covered, none of these child stars felt comfortable expressing any discomfort they felt in their tenure with Nickelodeon. Jennette McCurdy’s book still haunts me to this day, and it pains me to say that she barely scratched the surface.

It’s disappointing to learn that so many disgusting things were going on behind the scenes of so many shows I adored as a child/tween, and I hope every single one of these child stars know how much support they have and are able to heal.

Dan Schneider, Jason Handy, Brian Peck, Ezel Channel, Robin Bell, and whoever else was behind these child stars being abused and exploited — you should all feel ashamed of yourselves and I genuinely hope you all know no peace for the rest of your lives.

Maybe its just me, but people suddenly acting like Alexa Nikolas has no right to be upset about being bullied on the set of Zoey101 and feeling isolated on said set is just eye-brow iffy to me. alexa nikolas (nicole on zoey 101) said that when she was 12/13 years old working on zoey 101, she would do wardrobe fittings and there was a curtain she would change behind and dan schneider (creator of the show and many other shows on nickelodeon) would be in the exact same room and when alexa would show him the outfit she was in and the person in charge of wardrobe took a polaroid of the outfits, dan would ask for the polaroids… of a 12/13 year old child! 🤮 alexa said when she went on to do other shows, such as the walking dead and mad men, when she did wardrobe fittings she asked doesn’t the creator/showrunner need to be here and explained what happened on zoey 101 and the wardrobe people on those shows would be like, no that is absolutely not normal.

alexa also said she was always in ridiculously short skirts on zoey 101 for her character and had to wear biker shorts underneath and they would even have to cut the shorts because they were too long

she also called out all the creepy, fetish type scenes in all of dan’s shows 🤮

Was watching a video reaction of Dan Schneider's apology. I watched it twice and it was just odd. Anyway, this reaction video came from Alexa Niklos of Zoey 101 fame.

Back up. This is about Quiet On Set, the dark Nickelodeon documentary. Opened my eyes and had me literally weeping. It wasn't good, these were PENT UP tears.

Anyway, Alexa's reaction video. I won't go into details or my opinions about the whole thing, I just want to rant a bit about her self censoring.

Alexa kept spelling things out and using secret words. I actually had to look them up, and now I'm probably on some list. It was hard to watch bc I was confused. I didn't get the insightful information I was expecting from someone else who worked with Schneider, I just got mad.

This was on YouTube! I watched someone else who self censors herself and it's annoying as shit! Swear all you want, talk about the most horrific murders and crimes. But can't say sex or abuse or those other words.

I'm an increasingly grumpy panda who wants to understand, but I can't because I have to research the research, and wave through the self edits. By the end of Alexa's reaction video I was more upset having sat through it instead of the actual situation her and other children went through under "the Golden age" of Nickelodeon.
