I think the dynamic between Clark and Lois in My Adventures with Superman is good because they’re both young and green, so crushing on each other right away and helping each other makes sense

But I will always love their dynamic Superman the Animated Series because they’re both reporters through and through- they compete with each other and snark at each other. Clark doesn’t pull punches, but he’s not afraid to lose to Lois. Clark is smart and makes deductions and thinks things through, he researches and thinks laterally, he’s a Good reporter and that pairs him well with Lois because they’re both seasoned professionals by the time they meet

I actually had to stop reading this book because one of the characters was like I went to a place called the Waffle House... near Chicago (or in Chicago???)... and I can tell you with a 100% certainty that there is no Waffle House in near Chicago. .. why would you set your story in Chicago if you didn't know that. The closest one is downstate.
