This amazing garden had a section of lawn that would refuse to grow. The owner did her research and planted Dichondra (also known as Kidney Weed). It is an Australian native plant that is a great lawn substitute for low traffic areas and will still grow well in low light areas with up to 80% shade, but loves full sun. It will grow readily in most climates.⁣ ⁣ It makes an attractive feature between pavers as per the photo.
