Splashtail killing Harelight in front of RiverClan, including Harelight's family, was a sloppy move from a strategic standpoint, though this is a shining example of how with youth comes inexperience.

While murdering Harelight to send a message to his Clanmates & enforce his power will prove effective in scaring them into submission, what we also did was plant a seed in the hearts of those who'd previously followed him without question.

Frostpaw already told the Clans that Splashtail killed Reedwhisker. The main reason why many cats didn't believe her wasn't just because she'd lied about her visions before, but because Splashtail hadn't given his Clanmates reason to believe he'd be a murderer. Splashtail is 17 moons old. A cat not even six moons into his warriorship murdering a seasoned deputy? Of course no one would believe such a tale.

But with killing Harelight in front of the Clan with no regard to those who were watching, any cat who had doubts previously now have reason to believe Frostpaw. Especially since Harelight was immediately replaced with .... Berryheart. A ShadowClan exile who'd never showed an ounce of loyalty to any Clan but ShadowClan.

Side note: Poor Gorseclaw. He's Lizardtail & Lakeheart's only surviving kit now that Harelight's gone.

This is an excellent analysis, this will undoubtedly come to bite Splashtail in the ass. I imagine after this the clan will try and remove him from power but there’s not anything they can do in that regard as long as Podlight stays loyal to Splashtail, which is a given since Podlight is already very aware of Splashtail murdering Reedwhisker, to the point the two joke about it. I don’t see a way that Splashtail and any loyal to him will be driven from RiverClan other than by violence.

I am so glad the Erins did include such a distraught reaction from Lizardtail and Gorseclaw. What a terrible moment for them to witness, and now out of their family of six they only have each other. All of Lizardtail’s deceased kits have been lost to violence, Dappletuft was even buried as a rogue. And I think it’s safe to assume Lakeheart died at some point. The new team seem to have finally found their footing when it comes to establishing background characters.

I really appreciate that the artists for the warrior cats comics are making Silverstream a big and bulky warrior like her dad. It’s something I never considered, but should’ve given thought to sooner, especially since Crookedstar himself isn’t referred to as large, but huge.

I hope she’s bigger than Graystripe. She’s definitely stronger than him, given how she was able to grab him and haul him to shore while swimming against the current all by herself.

I just hope he is absolutely dwarfed by her

Buff Silverstream makes so much sense given that she’s a RiverClan cat but it’s just something that most of us don’t perceive her as, not until now at least.

I for one embrace buff Silverstream now that the idea has been presented to me

Cats of the four clans moved to the new territory, but shortly after discovering what looked to be a long abandoned home of previous cats, members from different clans started getting dreams involving the territory. Coming together, Morningcloud, Leopardcloud, Lightningtial, Acornflower, and a few others from other clans all came together and formed the fifth clan, SeaClan, to honor the lost fifth clan. Working democratically, the founders created a new way of life involving two seperate jobs, influenced from the tribes involvement in their travels.

Leader

 - The leader of the clan is granted the surname -star and nine lives from StarClan. They are meant to look out for the clans best interest and to set boundaries, laws, and assist the clan in doing so. 

 Hunter Warden 

- The leaders chosen helper and meant to campaign for leadership after the death or retirement of the leader. They make patrols dealing with hunting and scouting, and aid the leader and clan in any way possible. 

 Guardian Warden 

- The leaders chosen helper and meant to campaign for leadership after the death or retirement of the leader. They make patrols dealing with hunting and fighting and aid the leader and clan in any way possible.

Healer 

- A cat well versed in not only herbs, but of spiritual guidance and physical remedies. They speak with StarClan, assist the leader and keep the secrets of the clan. They keep record of sires and dams of litters to prevent inbreeding, as well as meet with other healers of clans during the half-moon to share knowledge. 

 Healer's Apprentice 

- Usually chosen from a kit who shows good potential and ability to learn, these cats spend numerous moons training to obtain the skills and memory of their mentor. Are not seen as a full adult until given their full name when they have completed their training, and therefore are not allowed to have kits. 

 Guardians  

- Cats who have undergone moons of training and show better skills in fighting both offensively, and defensively. Their names have been chosen based off one of their outstanding skills. Unless sick or injured, Guardians are the last to eat. 

 Hunters  

- Cats who have undergone moons of training and show better skills in hunting and speed. Their names have been chosen based off one of their outstanding skills. Unless sick or injured, Hunters are among the last to eat.

Trainee 

- Adult cats who join the clan from outside the clans are given the Trainee rank and are mentored by the Wardens and Leader to help them adjust to clan life for an average of 2-3 moons. Recently this also includes cats who are still adjusting despite their moons of training. 

 Apprentice 

- Given the suffix -paw an apprentice is a cat between 6-12 moons on average training to become a warrior and contribute their life skills to the clan. Apprentices are not allowed to eat before Elders or Monarchs, and are often given the less lovable chores. Apprentices have two mentors and usually share one or both with another apprentice; one Hunter and one Guardian so they can get a feel for what they are better at, and choose when they are ready to graduate. 

 Monarchs

 - Monarchs are fully named adults who are nursing their kits until their kits are 6 moons old or otherwise ready to start training. There are also "Camp Monarchs" who tend to camp, assist the current monarchs or help watch the kits and have found they best contribute to camplife this way. 

 Kits 

- Cats too young and small to start training, given the -kit suffix. 

 Elders 

- Cats who have retired either due to injury, old age, or sickness. They make up a council of wise cats to assist the leader.
