Where Light and Dark Meet
A story about how Alexanders mom and dad met. Was it fate? Was it actually love? Or did he have other plans in the making? We shall see....
Long ago, when things were no longer new but not yet old. A creature drifted through the multiverse. She was bigger than some of the planets she would pass by. The planets did not interest her though, for she only had a taste for dying stars. Easily swallowing them whole when she would come upon them.
Her hunger easily taken care of, for she didn’t need to feast as much as those smaller than her. Strangely so...
She drifted through quietly, and often by herself. It had been quite a long time since she had seen another of her kind or similar.
A small longing grew within her, she wanted to see someone, anyone. She didn’t know how soon her wish would come true.
As she passed by a rather large star, enjoying the light it gave off. Something big moved into it’s light keeping her in the dark. Turning to see a rather large shadow like creature, slightly similar to her.
But knowing the aura this creature gave off, she didn’t believe it to be as her. Suddenly a voice, deep and ancient spoke within her mind.
‘Such a lovely star eater you are.’ Her own eyes narrowed a bit as she tried to go around the shadowy creature. But the thing veered into her way. So she went to turn around and go back a bit of the way she came. Still the creature persisted moving in her way, as it was clearly much faster than her. Sound can not be heard through space but if one noticed her movements. They could tell she was annoyed and most likely sighing in exasperation. She wanted to get moving. ‘Whats the rush’ the voice asked.
‘Food’ she thought as loud as she could hoping to get the creature to leave her be. She tried to sneak past the creature but once again it appeared to be in her way.
‘what do you want’ she asked as this creature curled around the bright glowing star, causing darkness to envelope some of the near by planets.
‘a friend’ it said rather plainly.
Now that she wasn’t expecting but it was most likely a trick. Her elders having taught her this much. Creatures like this one, more often than not, craved death and destruction. Her many eyes squinted suspiciously at the creature before her and what could be described as a smile formed on the shadowy “star eater”. She could hear the laughter in her head.
‘So suspicious, and here I was hoping to make a good first impression.’ The creature seemed to slither off the star a trail of black smoke coming off it. The light returning to the planets and the star. As if the creature laying upon it any longer would cause the star to die. Her eyes watched it carefully and the laughter started up again.
‘I’m not going to hurt you, no reason too. Like I said star eater, I’m only looking for a friend.’ the voice sounded sad near the end which caused her to drop her guard a little. The creature seemed to be pleased at seeing this ‘s’not so bad being friends, right?~’ it asked while moving closer ‘someone to travel the vast multiverse with?’
She seemed to contemplate this.
Perhaps it wouldn’t be bad to travel with another. Not too long ago she was hoping to find another or perhaps someone....anyone....to spend her vast eternity with.
She started to move leaving the shadowy version behind.
‘Well...are you coming or not?’ she said when she noticed the creature was not following. It understood and quickly caught up.

It took some time, but the star eater and the shadowy creature seemed to grow closer.
‘Do you have a name?’
‘...No, I do not.’
‘your elder didn’t see it fit to give you one?’
‘try naming one thousand children that all look similar to one another. The naming has been left to us as we see fit.’
‘So you have not given yourself a name’
‘No, I see no reason to’
Right as the shadow was about to speak. The Star Eaters movements picked up. Ahead of them was a dying star. She opened her jaws and swallowed it whole. The Shadow caught up now silent and observing.
A glow started to emit from the Star Eaters gut.
‘what, is that?’
‘The dying star’
‘what is happening’
‘The dying stars energy feeds me, but in its death a new star will be born.’
‘and how..is that?’
‘you will see’
Sometime later the light in the star eater started to move upwards towards her chest, her throat, then her mouth. Her jaws opened wider than when she ate the dying star. A bright new star was formed and was now placed into the universe.
‘I see, thats how you star eaters do it’
‘yes’
a chuckle came from the shadow creature and their movements sped up ahead of her.
‘what is so funny’
‘I know what your name should be’
‘...oh?’
‘yes, you are Fenice’
‘I do not know what that means’
‘In a language known by the humans, it is a name that means phoenix.’
‘what, is a phoenix’
‘Something that dies in fire, and is born again in its own ashes’
‘I see’
‘yes, Fenice. It’s very fitting for you’
‘hmmm’
The Star Eater did not know how to react or to respond. Should she feel elated now that she had a name all her own. A name that was picked out for her by another.
Perhaps, Perhaps not.

A century passed between the two. She learned the creatures name, Boh. That is what he called himself. Fenice and Boh got along traveling the multiverse. Everytime she ate a dying star she could feel his eyes on her. Watching and waiting for the new star to be born. It came to the point she found herself enjoying his attention. No matter what they passed it seemed his attention was on her at all times.
It made her feel a way she wasn’t used to. But it was a pleasant feeling.
On one particular day he was quiet. Which was odd for him.
‘Something on your mind Boh’
He perked up hearing his name but did not respond.
Fenice kept moving taking his silence as him not wanting to talk.
‘Yes actually’
Boh hurried to her side as she kept moving.
‘I was wondering, what do you think of small things’
‘small things?’
‘yes small things. Small living things?’
‘...like?’
‘younglings’
‘you speak of offspring?’
‘yes’
‘I see’
‘ So what are your thoughts on them’
‘they are...there is a word’
‘cute?’
‘yes...that is it.......cute. I enjoy them’
‘Have you thought to yourself if you’d have them one day’
‘perhaps. Why are you asking’
‘Just a question Fenice. No harm in asking right’
‘I see...’
Boh did not speak again he just seemed to look at her questioningly. They moved through space in silence.
‘one day....’
‘one day?’
‘maybe sooner than later’
Boh stopped moving as she kept going.
‘Is that so~’

Months had passed, Boh and Fenice were even closer than before. It didn’t help that Boh circled Fenice often to keep her safe and to send the message to others like her.
‘You do not have to be so close Boh’
‘Yes I do, others might try something’
‘I doubt that with you nearby. Besides this is my first time in such a situation. Most Star Eaters are rather peaceful.’
‘Theres always a first’
She seemed to let out a laugh that he could hear plain as day in his head. But her demeanor changed to something slightly pained.
‘It’s almost time isn’t it’
‘yes, we need to find an area with more planets soon’
‘I have a way we can get to a place faster’
‘it would put me at ease the faster we get to some nearby planets’
Boh started to wrap around Fenice gently so as not to crush her or the precious cargo. Fenice couldn’t help but relax a bit finding such a situation comforting.
It didn’t take long. Where they were only surrounded by stars before. Fenice now saw nearby planets. And just in time.
Boh did not remove himself from her though wrapped around her gently. She could get through this with him here. It wouldn’t be so bad.

A full day had passed. A protective bubble surrounded one hundred little offspring. All curled up in balls with one another.
‘they will wake soon....’
‘yes, and by the time the bubble pops. They will all have landed safely somewhere and all be awake.’
‘Well not all of them’
‘what makes you say that’
‘Well I imagine they’ll be hungry’
‘I suppose but what does that have to do with not all of them being awake’
‘Well...’ Fenice heard that familiar laugh of his.
‘They’ll start eating each other’
She turned to him slowly ‘Why would they do that’
‘You’re half dead light wouldn’t you know’
‘my siblings never ate each other’
‘Ahh I see, new experience to watch then. Want to see it with me’
‘...No’
‘How boring....but you always have been’
‘Excuse me’
‘Your excused...now if you don’t want to watch. leave’
‘I will not let them eat each other’ She started to move toward the bubble as quickly as she could. To Separate the little ones from each other. Until she felt something ram into her side sending her flying in another direction.
‘Come on Fenice dear, you really think I’m going to let you destroy this moment for me. I’m a proud father after all. I can’t wait to see the little monsters get bigger.’
Fenice bared her teeth, she wasn’t built for fighting but she’d try. She charged at him but he was just too quick and moved out the way before slamming back into her sending her in another direction.
‘You know dear, I think it’s time you learned your place in the universe. You’re a star eater. nothing more...fighting me. Is the last mistake you’ll ever make.’
Hours passed....And Fenice was spent. Bites and scratches adorned her body. She had done her best to fight off Boh. The only comfort she had was the large star nearby sending its warmth to the nearby planets.
She opened her eyes to glare at him as he still hovered nearby.
‘You’re as stubborn as your elders.’ He wrapped around the large star, his shadows seemingly absorbing it’s light. It started to smoke a bit. Fenice could do nothing as the star dissipated into nothing. No more warmth as Boh moved toward her.
‘Its Zerneboh by the way dear. Remember that name, if you live that long.’ he laughed, that laugh she had some to enjoy.
She now hated it.
He looked around some
‘wait a minute...where is it!’
He could sense a feeling of pride coming off Fenice. ‘Whats got you so happy!’
‘It’s gone, out of reach. You can’t touch them’
She could feel the anger radiating off him.
‘I’ll find them....and kill them. Every last one of them. This was a waste of time.’
‘You won’t...’
‘watch me...’ with that he was gone.
Fenice felt her eyes grow heavy. Not knowing if she was tired or if this was the end. She accepted what was to come.

Eyes opening to feel light and warmth upon her skin once again. She saw movement. If she wasn’t dead than Boh...no Zerneboh was back to finish the job.
When the movement got closer it was clearly another figure. One who radiated a much different energy.
‘it’s going to be alright now’
‘you are safe’
‘what is your name’
‘...Fenice’ Was all she could muster in response before succumbing to darkness once again.

Maggie + The other elders
I apologize I took so long to answer this but I had to think on it. I’m sure I didn’t get everyone so please let me know if I missed someone or got two people switched. Tagging @grotesquegabby because of your elders.
Starting with my elders
Adeline: Likes her and sees her as a friend. Adeline took care of Magpie and has also been checking on Maggie throughout the pregnancy. She had some great suggestions on what to do about the morning sickness.
Canis Major: She can’t escape the feeling that he doesn’t like her. But then again, Maggie also knows he was close to Bridgette so she’s not surprised.
The Jackal: She's related to this guy…. she actually recognizes the similarities... He’s gonna drive her crazy isn’t he?... Maggie likes but also tolerates... it’s complicated.
Lethe: it’s kinda funny how quickly these two are hitting it off. Took almost nothing for them to become friends.
Magpie: Maggie couldn’t stand Blackwood, she’s so happy that Magpie is replacing him. She’s going to be great at the role.
Beep’s elders
The Astute One: She respects them, recognizes how important their role is in maintaining balance.
Risus: a big NO right here. Maggie knows a little chaos is healthy in maintaining the balance of reality and whatnot but Risus takes it too far. She’s going to be so ticked off with the future events. Even more upset she didn’t see it coming.
Zeta: She’s going to sense something about Zeta immediately (Maggie will always be able to sense another elder’s presence now) but with Zeta going incognito it will really confuse her. Maggie will be banging her head in a wall when she learns the truth. X3
Cuckoo: This is her birb friend still. She’s so happy he has his family now, has the circus to care for. Cuckoo has grown so much. On another note she’s again going to be confused with the aura she is now sensing from him. But will be very excited when she learns the truth.
Nalia: sweet one, she will like their cheerful presence.
Conllium: Correct me if I’m wrong but this is the D’Vitt elder yes? She would like them immediately.
Jelly: Because why not. Maggie is going to be over the moon when she learns her best friend is an elder.
Gab’s elders
Calliope: She respects Calliope and sees her as a friend she can always count on.
The Mad One: A little nervous around at first but she would come to really like them. Would enjoy visiting his Wonderland themed realm.
The Golden One: Ugh…. It’s going to be a double take at first because they look so much like Billy… but not 30 seconds later she’s going to be creeped out and use The Mad One and The Jackal as a shield if they won’t leave her hair alone.
Pestilence: would sincerely compliment on whatever choice of mask he’s wearing. She would recognize how important it is to him.
Orfeo: Disgusting.
Zerneboh: She just has… a very bad vibe from them.
The Old One: Very nervous around, does respect him and I imagine eventually the nerves will go away.

I know I may have asked this before so you can skip it and I can try to find the OG answer, but how would your elders feel about mine? I believe you only did three of yours which is okay, just wanted to see if you were willing to do it for others
I found the og post huehue~ So I can answer for the rest of them. uwu I am totally willing~ some of these guys are assholes so I apologize ahead of time
Seraph: (golden bitch)
Risus - Eh suppose you are fine as long as you dont cause trouble for me.
Trituna - Would try and stay out of Tritunas way not because they are scared but because even Seraph understands the balance of things shouldnt be fucked with.
Conllium - this may come as a surprise but Seraph would actually like Conllium but wont admit it. They like Conlliums realm and how just....the way everything is. They wont admit this to anyone though x3
Cundolili - Would mostly be curious about Cundolili
Trema/Astute - would be neutral towards
Decla - another they would be neutral towards
Nalia - Just wants to say they love Nalias outfit but wont say anything else x3
Sionis - booorrring.
Mecor - Another beautiful elder whom Seraph will be jealous of x3 but wont say anything about it.
Logium - wouldn’t really know too much about Logium so not too much of an opinion.
Zerneboh: (bastard mode activated)
Risus - a possible ally/friend/frenemy
Trituna - As one who destroys the balance of things they will hate each other.
Conllium - Wouldn’t like Conllium one bit.
Cundolili - Will be curious, as to who this is and why they will be replacing Conllium.
Trema/Astute - Would Tolerate more than Decla.
Decla - Would tolerate Decla but would not like them. Zerneboh loves absolute chaos and disaster~
Nalia - Wouldn’t like Nalia in the least but knowing Zerneboh he pretends to be friendly with almost anyone. Cause hes a bastard.
Sionis - would find them annoying.
Mecor - hmm~ Zerneboh might be a creep to her but there are those who wont let that happen so she will be fine. But what an interesting family~ he thinks to himself
Logium - No
Orfeo: (a little bitch)
Risus - would see a possible friend in Risus.
Trituna - Dont think He would like her. Balance....gonna fuck that shit up.
Conllium - Nope
Cundolili - uhhh
Trema/Astute - maaaybe?.....I...wait...no...
Decla - They deal with Risus they can handle Orfeo x3 so this is a Nope from him heheh
Nalia - Thinks they are beautiful will learn quickly not to be a creep to them

Pestilence:
Risus - What he feels about Risus is hard to say, Pestilence is a complicated guy.
Trituna - Pestilence is iffy again here. Hes not one to always deliberately piss someone off like Famine or accidentally like War. I imagine these two would be an on off kind of possible friendship or allyship wise.
Conllium - A chill tree, a lovely place to be. Definitely would see them as a friend indeed. His contribution to the decorations are masks to hang upon their branches~
Cundolili - Would be welcoming to Cundolili. Curious about them, but would never do them harm. Just as welcoming to them as they are to Mecor. uwu
Trema/Astute - Wouldnt mind Trema, though Trema might mind him. Pestilence can be annoying to some.
Decla - I feel the relationship here would be rocky considering Pestilence is Pestilence and they spread all kinds of sickness and destruction. But he is a chill guy who wouldnt mind chilling out if asked nicely. hes weird that way x3
Nalia - honestly seems like a really fun person. Pestilence would enjoy their company a lot uwu
Sionis - Doesn’t mind Sionis, chill, does a good job at their role. Even Pestilence loves Justice, especially when it happens to those who deserve it.
Mecor - Elder to be/New Elder, Pestilence would welcome her with open arms. He enjoys meeting new people. Would think shes a swell lady, lovely family.
Logium - Time is Time and Time is a friend to some and an enemy to others. But Pestilence has no issue with the Lord of Time in fact finds them quite entertaining and such uwu
War:
Risus - is a torn between hating and wanting to help them in whatever they do. War is a complicated person and War does as War does.
Trituna - I think these two would have a tough time getting along.
Conllium - I imagine she has tried to fight Conllium but failed to lift them cause she would try that. I imagine she would give up though and pass out next to them asleep x3
Cundolili - would want to know who this is as soon as possible. Could be a wrestle buddy you never know. x3
Trema/Astute - might find Trema kind of boring.
Decla - Wanna wrestle...at least? I think they would see Decla as a possible buddy. Something about Decla screams friend to War.
Nalia - I dont imagine these two would get along very well. War might not like how peppy Nalia is or seems. and Would try and void them.
Sionis - Wants to fight but in like a...friendly way. War isn’t so good at understanding friendship but she would Sionis as a possible ally and friend.
Mecor - Will ask if she wants to fight as a sort of welcome and to see how tough she is. You can turn her down its okay plus she will be told thats not how we welcome people into the council. Stop asking everyone to fight (its like that zodiac make up video where one of the zodiacs constantly is like wanna fight)
Logium - Gets the weirdest feeling they have to be super respectful. So shes gonna try.
Famine: ( the least liked of the horsemen)
Risus - eh...could get along actually. Famines is more leaning towards that side.
Trituna - Famine is the type fo fuck up balance. He and Trituna I dont believe would get along very well...
Conllium - He wouldn’t care for Conllium no reason specified why though
Cundolili - Wouldnt really have an opinion as of yet.
Trema/Astute - Wouldn’t have too much of an opinion but would tolerate Trema/perhaps even find some enjoyment in talking with them though Famines not much of a talker.
Decla - The things Famine does is in no way a sensible disaster...I imagine Decla would be trying to fix whatever damage Famine does. So they wouldnt get along either. Would find Decla annoying
Nalia - Would find Nalias outlook and attitude irritating. Too much positivity.
Sionis - For some reason I dont see these two getting along. I see Famine being kind of a dick to Sionis, it could be that Sionis is for justice/protection and such and Famine is...well Famine. So he would see Sionis as someone who would try and stop him from what hes doing.
Mecor - a newcomer who was fated to come. Hed share his piece about the Elders with Mecor and be on his way. Hes not very welcoming....so just ignore him the others will tell Mecor the same uwu
Logium - Mysterious being who Famine has honestly never seen. And hed be lying if he said he wasn’t a tad bit nervous to meet them. Something about this elder would send a slight shiver down his spine.
Hope:
Risus - Oh crumbling biscuits....not another one.
Trituna - You are the elder of Balance, she would consider it an honor to meet them. Hope loves many of the elders like Trituna. Would show them respect uwu
Conllium - definitely someone she would fall asleep next to them. She would also go and talk with them a lot. Conllium is such a wonderful elder. uwu
Cundolili - Would adore Cundolili (- uwu-) even if their presence means Conllium is no longer around which would sadden Hope. She would welcome Cundolili with open arms.
Trema/Astute - somewhat nervous around but would get used to them uwu Knows they are not a bad elder like Risus or Zerneboh
Decla - This is a being who works very hard and deals with a lot. They deal with Risus and who knows what else. Definitely deserves respect
Nalia - Would Love Nalia, absolutely love them. Would definitely want to spend time with Nalia the most.
Sionis - Sionis would make Hope a bit nervous but she knows they are just a serious person. She would trust them and find them quite reliable uwu look up to them even.
Mecor - Would love to meet her, cant wait to meet her. Shes heard nothing but good things!
Logium -A very wise and calm being, Who Hope would feel compltely safe around. uwu Definite trust from the start.
Space Grandpa:
Risus - Would absolutely dislike them
Trituna - is someone they would enjoy being around. Space Grandpa isnt always one for talk but Trituna is someone they would enjoy spending time with regardless if they talked or not.
Conllium - Is one who would visit Conllium, unfortunately would not be able to sit beside them and sleep. Too big. x3 but They would love to chat with them, spend time with them.
Cundolili - welcome with open.....tentacles? arms? claws? something x3 they will welcome them. Offer any assistance if they so wish for it.
Trema/Astute - would remind him of The Void,
Decla - would feel bad they have to deal with Risus so much. Would offer an ear to listen. Space Grandpas a good listener. Definitely would see Decla as a possible friend.
Nalia - Loves how Nalia is, loves their attitude and personality.
Sionis - Admire Sionis, Dependable, a good person. Sees them as an equal like other elders among them.
Mecor - Would be welcoming, more so than normal with others. Mecor is family after all.
Logium -equal footing. A good being and wise, mysterious
Void: (This is more of how void would describe them..as Void is neutral to everyone)
Risus - one who causes trouble
Trituna - Balance, you are very important to the multiverse.
Conllium - a peaceful being
Cundolili - a young one, welcome
Trema/Astute - perfect neutrality
Decla - hard worker
Nalia - peppy one, they were once that way. It is nice to see another
Sionis - a being who watches, reliable.
Mecor - fated to be.
Logium - Father time is a thing theyve heard humans say. But Time is Time

What has Orfeo been up to? And when the day comes, how would he react once Cuckoo kicks his face???
Orfeo is up to his usual collecting. Its gross, no one really stops him. Some have tried but it never ended well. But its the elders who dont, but most dont seem to know the extent of his... “collection”. If they do know it’s cause they are the elders who dont care. Such as Zerneboh Chaos.
Orfeo is going to be shook. just in absolute shock with everything Orfeo will learn about Cuckoo and have happen to him by Cuckoo

and Im gonna die laughing. I can imagine the beat down. And honestly Calliope will swoon. Shes always had to fight this dude off on her own and here comes Cuckoo. Kicking the rotten ones face in.

So I wanted to know a little more about your other Elders since I can't remember all of them. Could you tell their names as well as a bit about them please?
Mother Life/Angel of Death/Lady Life/Lady Death - Well there is Calliope - Lady Life/Lady Death we know pretty much some of what their is to her. Bascially her true form is a giant deadlight, similar to a star. A bright light that gives off warmth but a darkness to it that is a suffocating cold. But one of the nicest Elders to ever exist. but we know most about her uwu Although I never mentioned it before but Calliope does have helpers around the universe, she made them. Cute little creatures I should draw them sometime soon
The Shadow - Zerneboh Chaos - basically he represents all that is Evil (Chaos as well but mostly its just Evil). He is an absolute bastard I’m writing how he and Big Momma met actually its a bit of a challenge. He also likes to push certain points of things to either benefit him or entertain him. So wars, he did something to push it to start. Life has point in it like dominoes all scattered a bout. ANd sometimes he takes these dominoes and places them how he wants only to tip one and watch the effects it has. Its the best way to describe it which is perfect for him cause he loves games~
The Golden One - no name for them at this time - power/pride/ could even say love or adoration but this being is stuck up, snobbish, full of themselves. But at least they aren’t as bad as the Shadow. Close but not as bad. Extremely picky. This being is very angelic in appearance for their true form but when taking on a very human like form it seems slightly off and you know its off when seeing the 4 to 6 arms. A very gender neutral character. Speaks in a couple voices each belonging either to a man or a woman. And all I know is the golden one is going to dislike Billy and Lennie but they are going to absolutely HATE Amaranthus’ existence going so far as to call her filth among other things.
The Mad One/Mad Hatter/Mad Man - no name for them at this time - representation of distortion/reality/magick. Like a living cartoon character, he can do impossible things. His world is colorful so bright sometimes it hurts ones eyes. When hes upset these colors not only drain from him but his world. Things change. He speaks in riddles and vague words. Sometimes offering advice or ...not.
The Rotten One - Orfeo the Trickster - manipulation and falsehood...oooh we know all we really want to know about this one honestly. He nasty....his true form is a literal rotting corpse of honestly I’m not sure. I’ve been having trouble designing it. But its rotten, its decaying and it wreaks of death. Orfeos job pretty much is spread falsehood. Manipulate situations he works well with The Shadow in this. They do a lot together but otherwise do not get along.
The first One - No name have they chosen. Speaking in a deep echoing voice. Neutral being who actually represents Doom. Considered a Bad Omen at times and pictures though they may not all be the same have ended up in myths and legends. A tall gangly creature adorning an old withered clown mask. The First one you could say is a messenger to all and sometimes helps to avert disaster this way...Other times them warning people brings about their doom. self full-filling prophecy and all.
Void - no name for this elder. emptiness is what they represent. this elder doesn’t do much as they were one of the first ones to come into existence and then promptly went fuck you and turned into a black hole or sorts imploding. So when they show up it’s basically a living black hole. They don’t really do much cause the emptiness is never ending.
The Glutton/Gluttonous One - Huarwar - famine/over indulgence/selfishness. Known to eat and eat. In their own dimension is a party with a never ending feast. But this being is also selfish. While others suffer from hunger they eat and eat, this person. And this doesn’t just involve food. They have been known to cause others to over indulge in their favorite thing to the point it kills them. They revel in the suffering this causes. and they have even cause famines.
The Parasite - Samael - pestilence/plague representation. Known to spread sickness and disease wherever he goes. He can of course control this, and once meeting him seems like a really nice person. But damn if he doesn’t love his job~.
The Bloody One - Xiuhcoatl - war/carnage is what this Elder is about. They are a very quick tempered being, and are referred to the Bloody One for their love of war and blood. She’s not easy to get along with. Calliope has tried and failed. When it comes to wars anywhere she works with the Shadow well in that aspect so she can be a part of it. But only then...

Little Elder/ One that is Good - Celine - The small little Elder who represents hope. Cause with all the bad in existence one must have hope. Hope was the last of the Elders to come into existence as to me it only makes sense. She actually unlike most elders goes out and spreads this Hope throughout the universe.
