任何事情、任何情況都可以套用到你的角色身上，如此建立起一個個立體的事件，角色也就會鮮活起來。做這種想像的好處就是，當你遇到困難的時候可以減少孤獨的感覺，感覺好像有人陪你一起面對。(怎麼越說越想哭？)

Hands up if you were the child that read thousands of books and as an adult you hit burn out and now only read stories about the same 2 idiots falling in love over and over as you don't have the brain power to get emotionally attached to new characters.

I don't have this about reading, but I did burn out on film. I've watched all sorts of artsy, obscure, difficult as well as popular movies to study how people were supposed to behave, to learn about consequences of actions, to learn about how I was supposed to operate my face so I could express how I feel, or even, what I was supposed to feel when something happens. I was trying to educated myself out of blindnesses borne of being on the autism spectrum, in retrospect. Or I'd unknowingly expressed autistic hyperfixation by becoming obsessed with some actor or director and doggedly watching every single thing they ever made in order, from start to end, even when I didn't like it. Then after a certain point I don't watch movies, especially not in the movie theater. I'm so done. I'm done with the intrusive music they play to yank an emotional reaction out of you, on obnoxious sound effects, on jump cuts, on film people insisting on telling the darkest nastiest stories like the world isn't full of that already but telling it from a usually white, almost always heterosexual male perspective, literally, and all that. Serialized television that I can stop and start and drop out of at any time is about what I can tolerate now.

Watching saltburn because I hear too much about it

Spoilers ahead!!! If you haven’t seen it but planning on, scroll away, cuz there are some twists that are worth experiencing first-hand. The internet made it look like it’s gonna be some trash shock movie, but it’s a really false advertisement I’d say.

Ohh, I love the beginning, it promises theatrical, level of over the top drama, just how I like

Damn, I just thought about how what I know about this movie reminds me of “Bright Young Things” and now one of the characters straight-out mentions the novelist who wrote the “Vile Bodies” (screenplay the movie Bright Young Things is based on) was basically writing about his family. Okay, so that was really spot-on impression

What’s Felix’s deal? 🤔 it looks suspiciously like love-bombing from his side what he’s doing

Damn, Oliver might be as weird as that math nerd with anger issues if not weirder. Only 20 minutes in, and our protagonist is already a creepy stalker
