The funniest part of my job is that it's a bookstore and management is currently waging a war on reading at work because it "looks unprofessional." People are getting, like, demerits and written up for disciplinary meetings as though we are elementary schoolers sent to the principal's office for reading under our desks during class. Anyway the point of this post is they've caught on to me reading Polish archival microfiche at the info desk and assigned a manager to supervise my next shift, again, like a recalcitrant and unruly third grader who keeps reading a book after finishing their assigned task early instead of sitting still with their hands folded and their head empty or doing busywork for the sake of busywork. It's so infantilizing lol

Issachar Ber Ryback, Louis Lozowick, Uri Zvi Greenberg, and Oyzer Varshavski pose with a copy of Albatros in Berlin, 1923
Albatros (אַלבאַטראָס) was an avant-garde Yiddish literary journal edited (and largely written) by Greenberg between 1922 and 1923. It was first published out of Warsaw, then Berlin, because Greenberg was charged with blasphemy and forced to leave Poland. He left Germany for Mandatory Palestine in 1923 and Albatros ceased publication.
