clear sky, gray wing and bumble are that one drew gooden skit from his ellen video where a guy watches his friend choke someone else to death and still doesn't believe he's capable of doing that. actually that's just clear and gray in general.

The Bumble situation is killing me to death, like, Clear Sky killed her. The excuse of a story they made up about a fox is completely brainless

According to him, he gave her a warning tap, she passed out, he left, heard a fox and ran back, saw her injured, left again to get help, but heard the group of cats arrive, and came back A THIRD TIME?

While Bumble is covered in injuries consistent with a violent beating, not fox bites?

This is the kind of lie a third grader comes up with when they spilled juice on a couch and don't want to get in trouble, and we SAW him make up a similar ridiculous lie earlier in Thunder Rising. But NOW he's telling the truth???

and then Gray Wing's like, "I never liked her anyway, I'm not sad a gross kittypet died, this is bad because now no one likes my innocent brother :("

I wish Gray Wing and Clear Sky a very die in a fire

Heyyy there .I love DOTC(dawn of the clans) and i wanted to draw my favorite character for there ,its thunder(thunderstar) .He isn't very popular but i really loved him .The whole concerpt of him being a survivor its amazing .My favorite moments its derinetely in Thunder Rising when he stood out for Frost against his father . I think this could have made a really good tool in a better book. Turtle Tail comes back after a long period of time, pointing out that the culture has changed in a regrettable way. That's a very good way to frame a timeskip.

Very annoying that they have already invented cat racism and are applying it so harshly here. Can we please have sympathy for the character fleeing domestic abuse/baby snatching?

I do like that Tall Shadow tells off Shattered Ice for this, and the phrasing here, I like it. "If you're so worried about food, provide." It feels like a gentle refutation of Clear Sky's problems.

"He's just doing what he thinks is best. Eugenics."

Why do you "feel the need" to defend your brother, Gray? Why is your first impulse every time someone goes, "he's awful! He's mauling people! He's throwing the weak and disabled out of his group!" To say "oh hes just doing what he thinks is right"

Everyone does what they think is right, dipshit, it came free with the capacity to rationalize. It doesn't MATTER.

He threw his DISABLED BROTHER OUT. He ABANDONED A SON. He was going to LET SOMEONE MAUL YOU and disowned you for fighting back.

Who GIVES a shit "thats what he thinks is right"? That's worse. It is Worse if you think these are good things. Two kinds of villains in this stupid series, Born Evil and was Good Deep Down.

Okay I’m starting Thunder Rising and like... the first thing Thunder does is say Storm is essentially a better parent to him and more valuable then Hawk Swoop, who adopted him??? Even though he was with Storm for what... a month or two *at most* (and even then I think that’s way longer then the truth).

Erin’s learn to value adoptive relationships and see them as equal to biological ones challenge.
