#6 #Minecraft Story Mode #Oh my god #this turned out very cool #There were some things I was iffy on (*ahem* Axel *ahem*) but with something like this #Drawing one pixel would count as improvement #This is one of the oldest pieces of like… coherent art I have where I’m actually drawing like people #And now I’m showing it to the internet hahaha #I just realized I didn’t even color the amulet correctly in the first one #IMPROVEMENT ✌️😎✌️ #I did a rewatch while doing it I meant to do all of S1 but I only got up to 7 EXACTLY #This game is still so cool #I know it’s like viewed as like very cringe especially at the time but like #It’s just like so good and it was my first fandom ever so of course there’s nostalgia #All the characters are so distinct (VAs do great jobs) the stories for each ep are very well thought out #I mean Telltale took a VERY blank canvas with Minecraft rights and painted a VERY good picture #I CAN’T FORGET THE MUSIC ANTIMO AND WELLES ARE THE COOLEST GAME MUSIC PEOPLE EVER #I listened to my fave tracks while sketching them all and MMMM like come on the music is amazing #ANYWAY redraws are very fun to look at maybe I’ll do more this year since I’ve done a bunch this year okay bye

i love the kirkwall squad because they all have such protagonist energy. any of them could be the main character. except for varric but he did that on purpose. any of the rest of them could be the main character

#like with origins or inquisition every companion has a Plot and Character Arc #but they are all very definitely side characters #like you couldn't reframe the game from their pov and still make narrative sense #unless you were going for a side-character-as-the-main-character exploration type thing #(which is a cool perspective that i eat up every time i see it but i digress) #but the kirkwall squad all have so much going on independent of each other and the player character #you could make the game from any of their pov #and the only time that'd be out of place would be like. 'man how come my character isn't the one duelling the arishok' #this has been a post #dragon age

Something that really bothers me about Pokemon Scarlet and Violet is that the professor being ai is technically foreshadowed throughout the game using their animation (if you look, any time they aren’t talking they are completely still, which in 3D animation looks unnatural), but because the game is so buggy, I put that aside as lazy animation and not foreshadowing.

#like if the games worked better it would have been such a cool way to foreshadow that #but because they are buggy messes it’s lost as an animation error #I mean it could still be an error but it seems so purposeful #and all the other animations are pretty good #if you ignore raifort’s hair #pokemon #pokemon scarlet and violet #ai sada #ai turo

Sorry I forgot Hanneman suggested Byleth undress after they show up with a different hair color. And I miss Hanneman. And also while swapping between Houses and Hopes and seeing Hanneman pop up to help in a Hopes paralogue is just devastating since he doesn't ever actually join you at all and I am denied my old man rights.
