The only thing I can think of when I think about DP!Obito×Spider!Shisui is Obito somehow ending up in a very dangerous situation that leaves him heavily injured or something and Shisui is freaking out and when he realizes that Obito is still alive despite everything has a whole breakdown over almost losing him and all Obito can say before passing tf out is, "So you do care about me :)" with a smug little smirk

Obito and Shisui aren't even dating (Obito has asked Shisui out multiple times but he always brings it up during the worst moments while they're fighting and risking their lives and Shisui is always like, "CAN YOU BE SERIOUS FOR A MOMENT" so they never actually discussed their situation seriously) but Obito's immediately, "Aww babe, does that mean you want to make things official?
