SHORT BIO
tw for cheating, alluding to age difference relationships
Carmen was born and raised in her native México, surrounded by her extended family. Life was rough growing up, as her father was away from home on a fishing boat for months at a time, whilst her mother worked for various tourism groups. But with all bad comes good, as she had no shortage of various aunts and uncles (with only some being of blood relation) to look to. It takes a village to raise a child, and nowhere seemed more true than her little village.
Her life changed drastically when her father died in a boating accident days before her 19th birthday. Their little family managed to limp along thanks to the help of family and friends, but their generosity would only extend so far. With what little money they had running out, Carmen's mother made the decision to leave their beloved México behind, hoping for a better life in America.
The family moved to Aurora Bay, where her mother worked as a maid for one of the families in Aurora Bay Drive. When Carmen turned 21, she was introduced to Christian McDowell. Though she spoke little English, and he spoke virtually no Spanish, the pair managed to hit it off. By the age of 23, Carmen and Christian had married, and she'd moved into his home in Fisher's Cove. The couple eventually had two children, and it seemed that life couldn't be any better.
The cracks in their happy home started forming the first time Carmen realized her husband had wandering eyes. With the rise in messaging sites, she found more than a few suspect chats bookmarked in the web browser. It felt as if Christian had wanted his wife to find them, was looking for a reason to leave. But, she elected to stay silent, to pretend it didn't happen. She justified it to herself, it was for the good of her children.
A mistake, in hindsight. Followed by more mistakes, when the messages turned to meet ups, turned to affairs. The older she got, the older their children got, the younger her husband's mistresses seemingly became. She looked for distractions, for hobbies and interests, turned a blind eye. She opened Tejas Cantina in 2014, named after her father. It became a success after a year of struggle, and at the age of 44, Carmen filed for divorce.
It was a shock to many, but it had also been a long time coming for her. The divorce process was long and messy, but when it was finalized, she moved all of her things to a quaint little home in Seabrook Quarter. She even went as far as legally changing her name back to her maiden name, and has stayed fiercely single since. She refuses to become caught up with another American man.
CONNECTIONS
POTENTIAL
Neighbors from Seabrook/Former neighbors from Fisher's Cove
Friends
Enemies
A longstanding crush she refuses to acknowledge is there
Her kids/siblings/nieces and nephews
CURRENT
✿ Living Migraine The One that Got Away: Did Axel and Carmen ever date? No. Will they ever date? Also no. Will they play-flirt with each other if Carmen isn't smacking his head for the dumb shit that comes out his mouth? Most definitely. | @axel-mathis ✿ Angry Chihuahua Son: You know that "GET YO FUCKING DOG, BITCH/it don't bite" vine? Yeah, that's Carmen about Aiden. Yes, he's a troublemaker, but you don't have all the facts, which are that he's a good kid and a damn good cook. | @aiden-stevens ✿ Needs Therapy Niece: Carmen had visited her half-brother as often as she could just to see his kids. She hasn't seen Valeria in years, so hopefully they can actually have the relationship that dipshit sperm donor denied them. | @thevaleriaxortiz ✿ Five Finger Nephew: The last time Carmen saw Asher, he was but a wee bab. Probably gonna teach that boy proper Spanish. No nephew of hers is gonna be denied half of his heritage. | @heyits-asher

Pretty Ricky's Baby Blue Released From Prison and Changed His Name
Tumblr media
Pretty Ricky member, Baby Blue, has been released from prison. He was incarcerated for a PPP scam in Dec 2021. He also promises to post more on his Instagram again. Baby Blue also decided to change his name. On Feb 7, 2022, Baby Blue turned himself in and was sentenced to 20 months in prison for conspiracy to commit wire fraud, as well as paying $1,111,345 in restitution and $1,134,782 in forfeiture. In 2020, he filed fake loan applications to obtain funds specifically allotted to small businesses as part of the U.S. Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) through the Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security (CARES) Act. He had obtained over $24 million through the scam. He used the money to purchase luxury items, including a Ferrari. The car was seized when he was arrested. When he turned himself in, Baby Blue was acting apologetic for the scam. Only time will tell if he is going to do something like this again. Baby Blue's Post-release changes He was released after only 1 year through Trump's First Step Act, which shortens federal sentences and focuses on rehabilitation. Baby Blue was released after a year for good behavior. The act had been put into place in 2018, and was the first criminal justice reform bill passed in nearly a decade. When Baby Blue was released, the rest of the Pretty Ricky cast was there to pick him up. They confirmed that he was going to post on his Instagram again, now that he is out on the streets. Shortly after being released, Baby Blue announced exclusively to The Shade Room that he is going to be changing his name to "Bigg Money Blue". He had also announced that new music is on the way, as well as a book. There is no word on their release dates, or what the book is going to be about. Written by Justin Acosta Read the full article

How To Request!
all requests are currently: open!
include the characters full name and the fandom in the request so i know which character you are requesting for
don’t request for characters that i don’t write for
i am on hiatus for any crossed out characters!
send an idea or prompts with the request
just requesting a character can make it harder for me to write, and i will prioritize requests that are more specific
not all requests will be accepted, and some might take longer than others to be written
check out my requesting rules before submitting a request!

The film is a direct sequel to the 2018 film The Kissing Booth. Based on the novel Padre no hay más que uno 2: Going the Distance by Beth Reekles, the film stars Joey King, Joel Courtney and Jacob Elordi with a guest appearance by South African upcoming actor Zac Kruger. The film was released on July 24, 2020, by Netflix. It received negative reviews from critics, although critics called it an improvement over its predecessor.
Handlung: The film starts with Elle narrating her time with Noah before he leaves for Harvard. Her senior year starts with her classmates gossiping how she and Noah will eventually break up, making her fear as Noah has befriended an attractive girl named Chloe as she checks his Instagram. Elle and Lee are planning the kissing booth again for the Charity Fair, while Lee is trying to convince Elle to have Marco Peña, the attractive new transfer student to be one of the kissers. Elle beats Marco on the dancing game forcing him to participate in the booth. Noah suggests Elle apply to Harvard, which clashes with her plans to study at Berkeley University with Lee (where their moms met and became friends). Elle does it without telling Lee. Elle visits Noah in Boston, meeting his new friends and Chloe, making her more insecure. She finds an earring below Noah’s bed making her angry and confronting Noah, who assures her nothing has happened between him and Chloe and asking her to trust him. Elle talks with her father about college tuition and learns money is a problem, and is willing to participate with Lee on a dance competition with a cash reward for the first place. Lee has an accident on one of their practice sessions (later revealed to be fake) and proposes Marco to become her dance partner, which she isn’t too happy to accept but eventually does. As Marco and Elle start passing time together they grow closer, and an attraction between them initiates. Unbeknownst to Elle, Lee’s relationship with Rachel is having problems, as Elle is going everywhere with them and not letting them have their time as a couple. After leaving Rachel waiting at the movies she asks Lee to talk with Elle, promising he will but never does. The Halloween Dance arrives, and Lee forgets to tell Rachel that they changed costumes (Rachel was a marshmallow while Lee and Elle were going to be crackers making a smore) upsetting her even more. Elle shares a dance with Marco, almost kissing him but stops when listening to the OMG girls gossiping about her.

ADRIENNE ACOSTA (Priscilla Quintana) is looking for her EX-BOYFRIEND. This connection is currently TAKEN and you DO have to contact the player before applying.
Character name
Adrienne Acosta (Priscilla Quintana).
Type of connection
Ex-Convicted Boyfriend
Suggested name and age
Name is UTP and age is 30+
Suggested FCs
Boyd Holbrook, Shiloh Fernandez, Garrett Hedlund, Jason Momoa, Ricky Whittle, Blair Redford, DJ Cotrona, etc
Connection description
Adrienne and your character would have dated for a few months minimum. I think from the start they were fighting against her fathers disapproval because he’s always dictated her life. He expected her to be with select individuals and your character probably didn’t fit beneath that. However, they were deeply in love and he took care of her. Honestly, I can imagine that they were probably on the verge of getting engaged.
Your character would have unfortunately done something that would have ended up sending them to jail (UTP).  While Adri wanted to bail him out, her father was there from the start in her ear. At first, she didn’t follow through with bailing him out because her father had convinced her that it was better to wait and see for the outcome. That he wouldn’t lend her the money needed. However, when court started and things began to take a turn — her father convinced her to walk away as it was better not to be associated with a criminal. Therefore, she never saw him after that initial court date, nor did she answer his calls.
A few months after his sentencing, Adri had grown the balls to stand up to her father and leave his law firm. Making her own name is harder and while your character has always been at the back of her mind, she’s too ashamed to go there and face him after all this time.
Now he’s probably been out for a few months or more. We can decide if they’ve seen each other or not and then delve deep into all the ANGST.
Do you want to be contacted prior to applying?
Yes

Tumblr media

These were first-time wins for both Gomez and Alvarez.
Tumblr media
On October 12th-13th, 2019, Tour title sponsor, Poison by Predator Cues, sponsors Cyclop Pool Balls, APA of North Harris County, Vapor Fiend, Outsville Billiards, Southern Streaming, and venue, Big Tyme Billiards, facilitated a phenomenal, season finale, for the Poison Lone Star Billiards Tour. The event drew notables Roberto Gomez, Alex Calderone, Ernesto Bayaua , Doug Young, Blaine Barcus, and featured a two-day, live stream, produced by Mike Fabacher of Southern Streaming. The Tour would like to thank room owners Billy Sharp, Deborah Sharp, Mark Avery, and Jim Henry, for hosting another stellar event. Big Tyme always provides a pleasant atmosphere, the best equipment, and an attentive staff, which makes for a very enjoyable, tournament-going experience. The Tour will return to Big Tyme Billiards in 2020!
Tumblr media
In the open 9-ball division, on his way to the winners’ side, final four, Robert Gomez overwhelmed Bart Green, 7-0, Jerry Alvarez, 7-0, Kenneth Price, 7-5, and Ricky Hughes, 7-0. Erik Renteria booked wins over Dennis Zavala, 7-4, Jimmy Weeks, 7-1, Leon Contreras, 7-4, and J.C. Torres, 7-6, while Ernesto Bayaua defeated Bart Bowman, 7-0, Marshal Ward, 7-3, Seth Gonzalez, 7-1, and Chad Hart, 7-1. Rounding out the final four, Alex Calderone denied Ken Laney, 7-4, Blaine Barcus, 7-2, Joel Acevedo, 7-0, and Alan Myers, 7-0. On the west side,  Alvarez won six matches, including victories over Joey Bourgeois, Jr., Steve Lenz, 5-3, Gonzalez, and finally, Richard “Black Diamond” Stuart, to reach the final twelve. Joel Acevedo eliminated Shelby Green, and Price dust off John Braud, by the same score, 5-3. Chad Reece was on a roll, securing five wins, ending with a shut-out against Barcus, to reach the final twelve. On the winners’ side, Bayaua dealt a blow to Calderone, 7-4, and Gomez overtook Renteria, 7-1. Winding down on the one-loss side, Alvarez ended Torres, 5-2, while Acevedo sent Hughes packing, 5-3. Price slid by Myers, 5-4, and Reece locked in a sixth win with Hart, 5-4. Back on the winners’ side, hot seat action saw Gomez annihilate Bayaua, 7-0, sending the 2018 Tour Champion to the west side of town. Battling it out to stay alive, Alvarez eliminated Acevedo, 5-0, but fell to Calderone, 5-2. Price stopped Reece, 5-2, but lost to Renteria by the same score. At this point, Calderone was on fire, taking out Renteria, 5-0, and Bayaua, 5-0, earning himself a shot at Gomez, and the title. The final match between Gomez and Calerone was a real crowd pleaser. Calderone came out swinging, dealing Gomez his first loss, 7-5. In overtime, Gomez regrouped, pulling out a 5-2 victory against Calderone, to claim his first, open division win on the Poison Lone Star Billiards Tour.
Tumblr media
In the amateur 9-ball division, Jerry Alvarez began his trek with wins over Bart Green, 5-2, Charles Williams, 5-1, Seth Gonzalez, 5-1, and J.C. Torres, 5-2. Ricky Hughes bested Scott Solomon, 5-4, Chad Reece, 5-2, Chuck Adams, 5-1, and Ronny Yeagy, 5-2. In contention for this year’s Tour Champion award, Joey Bourgeois, Jr. ousted Eric Gauthier, 5-4, Shelby Green, 5-3, Jimmy May, 5-1, and Leon Contreras, 5-1, while Erik Renteria overcame Richard Stuart, 5-4, Adam Ramirez, 5-3, Chard Hart, and Victor “Champion” Belmares, 5-2. On the west side and in the money, Gonzalez eliminated Kevin Frauenberger while Shelby Green sent home Bret Harlan, by the same score, 5-4. Will Felder ended Joel Acevedo’s four-game winning streak, and Kenneth Price dusted off David Staten, 5-0. In the next round, Gonzalez fell to Contreras, and Belmares ended Green, 5-4. Felder booked his fifth win, ousting Yeagy, 5-4, while Torres cashed out Price, 5-2. Back on the east side, final four action was heating up, as Alvarez owned Hughes, 5-1, and Renteria slid by Bourgeois, Jr., 5-4.
Tumblr media
In this first-ever, hot seat match- up, Alvarez proved too much for Renteria, sending him west, 5-2. Back on the one-loss side, Contreras was on a roll, eliminating Belmares and Hughes, by the same score, 5-4, while Felder tagged Torres, falling in turn to Bourgeois, Jr. Contreras logged his fourth win against Bourgeois, Jr., 5-4, but lost to Renteria, 5-3. With that win, Renteria earned himself a rematch with Alvarez. In the final, Alvarez denied Renteria once again, 5-3, going undefeated to win his first, Poison Lone Star Billiards Tour, amateur division.
Tumblr media
Congratulations to Will Felder, the 2019 Tour Champion in the open 9-ball division, and Joey Bourgeois, Jr., the 2019 Tour Champion in the amateur 9-ball division.  Both players fought hard for these accolades, dedicating themselves to competition, attending more than half of the events during the 2019 Tour season. For their efforts, they each received $500 in MSRP product, including Poison Cyanide3-2 playing cues, Cyclop Pool Ball sets, and Championship plaques. Will Felder also earned “Most Improved Player”, building on his amateur, 2018 Tour Championship title, to capture the open division Tour Champion title, this year.
The Tour would like to welcome all the new players who attended the season finale, and thank all of the players who attend events, year-round. Congratulations to Luis Acosta who took home a Poison VX5 Pink Ribbon Break/Jump Cue in the silent auction, and newcomer Mark Stuart who scored a brand new set of Cyclop Pool Balls in the weekend raffle.
Mark your calendars! The next event is slated for January 4th-5th, 2020, in Houston, Texas. The venue has not yet been determined. For more information about the Poison Lone Star Tour, visit www.LoneStarBilliardsTour.com.
