Frank | Twilight Town (Ruby Gloom AU)

Frankenstein Twins. Frankenstein Twins! Well at least the first half of them, Frank II Frankenstein. He plays the bass in the brothers’ band. He sees himself as the smarter one, if only slightly.

So I adored Frank and Len growing up (Hell two of the new characters in Twilight Town are Ocs that I shipped with them because I was 10 and 10 year olds make Ocs when they're bored). In fact, the AU got created because these two Frankenstein Monster spawns wouldn't leave my head so I tried to draw them to get them out of my system.

Then I began to hyperfixate and now I have an AU. So I guess you can thank these two dorks for Twilight Town's existence.

how would greaser react if fresh were to tell him about his anxieties and paranoia, ive been curious for a bit (and totally havent been conjuring up a weird little au in my head centered around that and another thing)

he would probably find a way to blame himself somehow. like a "i caused it" or a "i didn't do enough to help" sort of mentality, which doesn't really help in either case. he'd be pretty torn up about it too, because he would've had no idea fresh was going through anything like that. circling back to blaming himself for not picking up the signs.

actually, i'm sure he'd have some initial shock or fear that manifested into frantic concern, which then manifested into showering fresh with compliments and pointing out things that he likes about him any chance he'd get and then maybe randomly bringing him flowers or other things he thinks fresh might like.

Len | Twilight Town (Ruby Gloom AU)

The guitarist half of the Frankenstein twins band Rock In Peace is Len. He doesn’t have much of a brain compared to his brother (barely) but he is still as genuinely kind as him being able to understand a room’s emotions well.

I adore the twins in Ruby Gloom they were my favorite characters. When I worked on them in the Au, they would have been still been conjoined but my friend said it would be EVEN more of a struggle for them as conjoined adults. So the original plan is they could temporarily split up via magic but them my friend came up with the idea they were Frankensteins (probably a good thing Frank literally is named Frank). And we’re sewn in infancy then got surgery to get separated when they’re 18. Hence why they’re covered in scars and mismatched body colors.
