Let’s talk about how House was intentionally priming Benny and regrets not doing better, not for the wasted time but of Benny’s wasted potential, how it was misplaced. #cause realistically Benny had to be of an age house could project a parental view on when they first met and combined with how impulsive and #short sighted Benny is with his planning and way of operating makes me think he’s not as old as people headcanon cause he was the leader #the chairmen for 7 years so you have to subtract that from his current age meaning he was even younger and more impressionable to house cuz #how else would house see him as a good candidate if his backstabbing was already a thing seeing as house was aware of his plan from the #start so since house projects and acts like a man ranged late 40s to 50s I’d say Benny is max 25-27 by game start so they met when he was #still a teen cause a theme in the game surrounding older npcs ins a resistance to change and of course someone still young and okay with #change would take an offer such as Houses eagerly along with the fact Benny seems like okay with sudden change actually considering him #giving you the reigns when he thinks his goose is cooked #but this is all to say there was def an unhealthy projection on house part on the role he wanted Benny to play that was likely controlling #and the sudden silence as he tried to acquire the chip would only make Benny more inclined to rebel especially since he is still young and #impressionable if we take he’s only in his mid 20s #and before someone says he doesn’t look it he acts like that and some characters are supposed to be 26 and 37 and I bet you guessed wrong on #who the first time #fallout #fallout new vegas #mr house fnv #robert edwin house #benny fnv #benny gecko

Ladies and Gents this mod works on the kiss with little to no fuss. The romance scenes look a bit more complicated as some work arounds are needed. But at least with this mod, you can see what he's like with a variety of new animations.

I made a druid tiefling as my D&D character two years ago and am just now playing as her again in Bg3, and it is accidentally one of the most poetic characters I could've played as in this game. The tieflings of the Emerald Grove immediately warm up to her as one of them, but are upset to find she's a druid. The druids hate her at first for being tiefling but then warm up to her when they find out she's a druid. When she asks to trade, Arron says he's happy to help someone who follows the first circle, instead of giving a warning about remembering others are in need too. Halsin abandons the tieflings but calls her "sister". She appeals to Kogha through the teachings of Silvanus, but loses favour for being "a devil". Another tiefling called her one of the good druids for helping them. Compared to my first playthrough, there's a noticeable difference between how the Absolutists see her before finding out that she's a True Soul, because tieflings are lesser slaves to them and druids are too Good. Her party members see her as both the voice of reason and the source of their frustration in her gentle and patient wisdom. She is the bridge that connects the Druids of the Emerald Grove and the Tieflings, both through her actions and through her identity. It's all fascinating

#Not to give Larian any more cred than they deserve bc they don't deserve much. But I am very happy that NPCs and the story in general- #-recognises the player's race and class and everyone reacts accordingly to that acknowledgement #It makes for some very fun and narratively fulfilling interactions #Also when romancing karlach I got to say that fire doesn't bother me bc I'm a tiefling who's resistant to fire #It's SO much fun #I also love my character so much she's my favourite #Bg3 #Baldur's gate 3 #baldurs gate 3

i heard someone mention that if you play the dark urge and you try to resist, the game will give harder and harder checks against you that you have to pass in order to keep resisting

and like. i think that’s suuuuuch a cool idea but more than anything i hope that if you go mean from the outset there are moments where you don’t GET the chance to resist the urge as compared to a resist playthru

i think if you really indulge and give in to every urge it should lock u into some sort of route after a certain point where the option to resist is just replaced with a different, awful alternative i.e. hacking off a leg instead of an arm

it would probably make a lot of people really mad but iiiiiii would love it. theres not a lot of narrative weight to “youve been literally awful for all of act 1 and 2 buuut we’re still giving u the chance to resist ur urges. if you want” bc then its like. what youve done didnt matter.  and then it’s no longer a real narrative bc the game is giving in to the player’s desires instead of the character’s desires

mina's a solo artist before anything (though she does love a good collab, whether it's sharing vocals or writing or both), but she does have a side project with three of her best friends called black cherry. they have an ep out with a few songs and intend to do a couple live shows here and there and maybe write a bit more if they get the chance, but it is entirely just a fun outlet to write with friends and make some silly songs together. none of them consider it their main focus, though it is very special to them, and a lot of her fanbase doesn't even know it exists.

fontaines archon quest is probably the first time in genshin that replaying it gives you a new context of how furina acts like its crazy...watching my oomf play when i finished and seeing furina almost on the verge on a breakdown even on the first acts when most people thought she was just the typical chuniibyou ojousama in charge...crazy.

YEAH like... god it's really crazy especially with furina's initial approach at trying to be the archon like... What could have been her own way of doing it if the crowd hadn't immediately shot down her attempt at being genuine . Like how different that was from the way she had to act for the following 500 years... Man.🧍‍♂️
