I'd leave Ray too.

I wouldn't invite Ray in the first place.

Ray has issues his friends are not equipped to handle. He obviously gets drunk every time they go out to the point that he has to be constantly taken care of all night because he fights others, he gets sick, and he blacks out; then, he wakes up hungover and barely functioning.

In a way, his friends are enabling him by continuing to go to the club with him knowing this is how he will act.

And hooking up with someone who makes plum wine . . .

Yeah, so I wouldn't invite Ray to the club (and I wouldn't have hooked up with someone who has blacked out twice from drinking if I was making illegal plum wine).
