Did Kitty lie about not going to the Wedding?

The answer is No. In the Official art book for Puss in Boots, it's confirmed twice that Kitty did not show up for the wedding.

Personally I don't think it would make sense for Kitty, who values trust, to tell a lie towards Puss who is sincerely trying to be honest.

There is no confirmation on how she knew Puss didn't arrive, but interestingly enough there is two storyboard sketches of Puss and Kitty overlooking the church from different angles.
