We're thrilled to announce that our fifth (fifth!!!!!) collaborative art show, PUBLIC DREAMS // PRIVATE MYTHS, will be opening in Provo later this week. From seagulls in the skies to monsters under the water, this show features work from ten different artists exploring past, present, and even future Mormon folklore and mythology.

To celebrate, we'd love to have you join us at the show's opening reception from 6-9 pm on December 1, 2023 at Writ and Vision (274 W Center St, Provo).

Provo Local Only by James Belmont Via Flickr: Union Pacific CA-11 caboose No. 25821 sits on the "stumble lead" in Provo, Utah on March 14, 1992. This car was built in May 1979 by International Car of Kenton, Ohio. By 1992, it was assigned to the Provo Local, requiring lengthy backup moves through the Geneva Steel plant in Vineyard, Utah. "Provo Local Only" was added in four places: on both entry doors and on the sides of the bay window compartment. For safety, the crew added a Scotchlite "Local Traffic Only" sign below the roof, and a "STOP" sign below the brake wheel.
