a/n - I’m in the hospital so this is absolutely perfect 💪 kinda self indulgent sorry

Warnings ⚠️ - g/n reader, sick reader, modern au, I bully kidd even when I’m sick (don’t worry I’m not too sick to bully him)

- this asshole wouldn’t fit through the damn doorway 💀 and he would be the person the other patients were complaining about

- “Um. Nurse? There’s this red haired guy who threatened to kill me earlier?” -random innocent person

- jokes aside, he would stay with you and get you whatever you need. Aggressively.

- “Hey Kidd, I need some water.”

- “NURSE I NEED SOME FUCKING WATER.”

- “Kidd! Ask nicely-!”

- “I NEED SOME FUCKING WATER PLEASE.”

- poor you 😭

- he would try and sleep with you on the bed but his fat ass can’t fit 💀 bro is too big for that

- he would also invite killer if that’s ok with you, killer is a better caretaker than him obviously

- he would be helping the nurses politely and making sure you were comfortable

- Kidd would literally threaten the doctor to come and check on you or else he’d kill his family 😭😭😭😭 pls save this doctor

- when the room gets super quiet, he’d ask the literal most random ass questions so it doesn’t get awkward but it gets more awkward after he asks them

- “Does your ass itch? Mine does.”

- “WTF KIDD?!”

- 💀💀💀💀

- He snores really loud so you’re probably not going to sleep very well, but knowing he’s there with you is comforting at least

- bro wakes up the other patients in other rooms 💀

- if Kidd is there, killer’s there too- they’re inseparable and also Kidd would die if killer and you weren’t there trying to keep this dumbass alive

- killer would be telling Kidd to shut up every five seconds as he should

- all in all, a 0/10 hospital experience, but a 10/10 emotional support experience 👍

- let’s just say this time, he’s not your doctor

- trust me, he’d be there before you even arrive in the ambulance 💀 he has everything you need

- changes of clothes, your favorite blankets, water bottles, stuffed animals, movies, literally everything

- he’d be the one who’s talking with the nurses and telling them what to do 😭 the poor doctor became his subordinate

- it got kind of annoying, but he asks a TON of questions almost every minute or so

- “Are you feeling nauseated?”

- “Dizzy?”

- “Do you need to go to the bathroom?”

- “What’s your name, and where are you right now?”

- yeah he’s just worried, go along with it

- he’s the type of guy to literally never leave and just stare at you the entire time, it’s creepy

- “Law, you staring at me is not helping.”

- “I- wha-?! Fine. I’m just worried y/n.”

- “Okok! Sorry- you can stare at me- don’t sulk and turn emo in the corner!”

- “I’m not EMO!”

- “Yeah you kinda are.”

- Law is the definition of emo 💀 he can’t lie about it, and he can’t hide it, it’s just natural

- even if you don’t want to, he’s going to help you walk around the hospital room, just to keep the blood flow going

- he knows that even though you’re not supposed to move around a lot, walking a little bit is good

- law will not sleep at all- he will continue to stare at you as you sleep, it’s creepy 😭

- it’s amazing how you were able to sleep with him staring through your soul, I commend you for that

- my man is THE WORST when it comes to you getting sick

- he looks everything up on google and gets the worst results

- he rushed you to the ER, and almost crashed into 80 cars on the way 💀

- the doctors hate him because he thinks you have some crazy disease when in reality you just have a really bad flu

- “I’m telling you! It’s appendicitis!”

- “Sir- it’s the flu- please calm down.”

- “I’M CALM.”

- no he’s not 😭

- very confused by the machines

- “IS THAT LIFE SUPPORT?! I KNEW IT! YOU’RE DYING! AHHHHHHHHHHH!”

- “Ace. It’s an IV. It’s so I don’t get dehydrated.”

- “LIFE SUPPORT BECAUSE YOU’RE DEHYDRATED?! ASVJSBDJENDINFKFNFJF!”

- called sabo and started freaking out to him 💀

- “SABO. Y/N IS DYING WHAT THE FUCK DO I DO?!”

- “Ace I’m sure y/n is not dying. Calm down.”

- “WHY IS EVERYONE TELLING ME TO CALM DOWN?! I’M SO CALM RIGHT NOW?”

- you sure abt that ace?

- I can confirm that he is never calm when it comes to your health and safety

- he wouldn’t know what to do, but he’d follow you and stay with you for the entire time, so don’t worry about that

- he’s like law, and would stare at you literally every second that you’re there

- “Zoro you don’t have to stare.”

- “I dunno- what if you start having a stroke?!”

- “I’M NOT OLD IDIOT!”

- my guy doesn’t know that you’re not an old, senile elderly person 💀

- he would fall asleep on you while holding your hand, since he’s been so worried, it kind of exhausts him

- it’s adorable though

- he snores, but it’s cute that he fell asleep holding your hand just tight enough to let you know he’s there with you 💜

- if you ever needed help getting some water, a heat pack for your stomach, or literally anything? He’s got you covered

- but if he has to leave your room for it he might not come back. Ever.

- as you were watching tv about some crash a couple miles away, you saw a green haired guy in the background that looked oddly familiar

- he seemed to be buying a water from a vending machine

- when he turned around you almost broke the tv remote in half

- “ZORO?!”

- nah this idiot 💀 y/n I suggest you put some kind of leash on him

I never meant for this to happen

So basically this story is about the reader and Sam fighting because Sam wants to leave NY, and then she says something that makes the reader really upset and the reader tells Sam to leave, then Sam feels bad and tries to call the reader but the reader doesn't answer and Sam goes back, turns out the reader was attacked by ghostface and then there is more that I don't want to spoil 👍👍

Y/N'S POV "PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE SAM, WE JUST MOVED HERE AND BECAME FRIENDS WITH ANIKA AND ETHAN AND QUINN, PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE ME SAM, BY LEAVING NEW YORK, YOURE LEAVING ME, TARA, CHAD, MINDY, AND EVERYONE ELSE." Tears were forming in my eyes as I spoke, I was upset, I knew that I shouldn't have yelled but I did anyways. She was trying to leave again, but this time, I didn't want to leave, I wasn't going to leave and I told her that, she promised no matter what happened, we wouldn't leave again, I can't believe her.

"I HAVE TO YOU DONT GET IT, I DONT WANT TO DEAL WITH THIS ALL OVER AGAIN, I JUST CANT Y/N, YOU COULD COME WITH ME." Sam said, I honestly felt bad for her but why couldn't she just ignore it, I honestly was mad, but sad?? Idk I just wasn't happy about this, I also hate yelling and fighting, which made me feel even worse.

"HOW DO WE EVEN KNOW THIS HAS ANYTHING TO DO WITH US, WE HAVE NO IDEA, ITS HALLOWEEN, PEOPLE ARE GONNA DRESS UP AS GHOSTFACE, ESPECIALLY SERIAL KILLERS, PLEASE DONT LEAVE SAM, I CANT LIVE WITHOUT YOU." Warm tears were streaming down my face as I spoke, my voice broke mid sentence and I was trying so hard not to just completely break down.

"Y/N, YOU DONT EVEN UNDERSTAND THAT WE COULD DIE BECAUSE OF THIS, YOURE TOO BUSY BEING DEPRESSED ZONING OUT ALL THE TIME TO EVEN NOT....ice, shit i'm so sorry I swear I didn't mean it." She paused when saying notice, she realized she messed up by saying that. But did she just bring up my fucking mental illnesses, wtf. The warm tears stopped as I looked at her with betrayal and sadness in my eyes, why would she fucking bring that up. I think she quickly noticed what she said too because she looked at me with pure regret and sadness.

"Get out sam." I didn't even hesitate to say that, I truly loved her and didn't want her to leave NY, but I needed her to leave my apartment, I couldn't be around her at the moment. "No, wait, I'm sor-" "GET THE FUCK OUT SAM." I know it was wrong of me to yell, again, but it worked because she walked out as quickly as she could. The second she slammed the door, warms tears were pouring out of my eyes again and I couldn't breath, I love my girlfriend so much, but why would she say that, I know she didn't mean it, but still. I walked out of the living room, and walked into my room, trying to calm myself down.

After 5 minutes, I get a call from an unknown number, I quickly try to calm myself so I sound like I wasn't just crying, so I pick up. "Hello?" I said "Hello Y/n" The voice is a bit familiar, too familiar, and not the good type. "Who is this?" I quickly asked. "Are you a little upset Y/n, poor sam, she was only trying to protect herself from getting killed, she didn't want to deal with this a second time, but you took it the wrong way. Shut her out. Didn't even give her a chance to apologize, now poor sam, she's out on her own, what if she gets butchered all because of you, y/n." Shit. Shit. Shit.

Next thing I know I'm running out of my room, towards the door. I can't let Sam die, she's one of the few people who stayed after finding out about my past and my problems. I had to get to her.

Next thing I know, a cold metal blade was pressed into my thigh, with a guy in a black costume and white mask. I screamed as blood dripped down my thigh and bled through my jeans. I then felt the metal enter my stomach 3 times, then get twisted, I screamed as loud as I could, hoping someone would hear me. "Any last words, Y/n" "Is sam ok?" I struggled to speak but managed to get those words out, I truly needed to know if Sam was okay. I needed her to be okay. The guy in the mask then stabbed me in the shoulder one last time. My eyes felt heavy and fluttered close until all I saw was darkness...

SAM'S POV I left the apartment, tears streaming down my face. I didn't mean it. I love her more than anything, and I did not mean what I said. She is the greatest person I know, even if she did have some problems, but so did I, and we were overcoming our problems together, she didn't leave me even after she found out about Billy, I didn't even think about leaving her after finding out about her mental illnesses, so after we moved to NY, I could tell she was happier and getting better, and I know me leaving, broke her heart, I could see the sadness in her eyes and the tears streaming down her face during the argument. I had to go back.

I started walking back towards her apartment and as I did, I picked up my phone trying to call her, even after arguments that we had, she always answered my calls, she was really quick at answering because she always had her phone on her at all times, but this time, she didn't pick up. So I called again. no answer. I was starting to worry, maybe she was just really mad and still wanted to answer, but I was still worried. I started walking quicker until it turned into me running. I had the key to my girlfriend's apartment since she had a spare, and since I practically lived there. I unlocked the door. "Y/n?" I look around until I see something that I wish was a dream. Her lifeless body. In a pool of red liquid. "Y/n?" Tears formed in my eyes. "Y/N PLEASE WAKE UP!" I called 911, as I talked on the phone, I broke down, tears streaming down my face. This is all my fault.

I tried putting pressure on her wounds, but the bleeding didn't stop and the paramedics were taking to long. I picked her up, her cold lifeless body in my arms, her apartment was on the fifth floor, I had to run down the stairs with her, as I ran down the stairs I yelled for help. "HELP" "SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!!" I kept saying, until I reached the ground floor, where I met with the paramedics.

They put her onto a stretcher, bandaged her wounds as much as possible, and then put her into the ambulance. I got in the ambulance with her, and held her cold but soft hand the whole way there. I felt terrible, I never meant for any of this to happen.

We arrived at the hospital and they took her in to get stitches since her wounds were deep, so I had to sit in the waiting room until they called my name. After about 45 minutes I got called to the back, "Samantha Carpenter, Y/n L/n is out of surgery, she isn't awake but if you want, you can go wait in her room until she is." "Thank you, I'll go wait with her, what's her room number." I'm glad she was alive, I still feel terrible, all I felt was guilt, if I didn't argue with her and if I just chose to stay in NY, maybe none of this would have happened. "314." Said the lady at the front desk, I walked to room 314, my footsteps grew quicker within each step I took.

I finally reached her room, I opened the door, and pulled a chair next to her bed. She was still asleep, I hated seeing her like this, I just can't help but think this is all my fault. I sat beside her bed, with my head down and one hand on the bed. After a few minutes, I felt a warm and soft touch on top of my hand, I look up, her beautiful y/e/c (your eye color), eyes were looking directly at me, while she was smiling.

"Omg, Y/n, thank god you're okay, I was so worried, I thought you weren't gonna make it, listen I'm so sorry, I never meant for any of this to happen, this is all my fault, I never wanted to leave NY, and especially leave you, I don't think I will leave NY now because I need to keep you safe, but I shouldn't have argued or even yelled, and I feel especially terrible for bringing up the mental health thing, I didn't mean it I swear, I promise you that I never meant to hurt you, I'm so sorry, ple-" I was ranting until I felt her soft lips press against mine, we kissed until we both ran out of breath. "I forgive you sam, I know you didn't mean it, I love you so much" She pulled me into a kiss again, this time a quicker one. "I love you more, I'm never leaving you again." I said, before I hugged her, I hugged her tighter than I ever have before, but also tried avoiding her injuries while hugging her, I love her to the stars and beyond.

A/N I wrote this whole thing while being half a sleep, and really distracted because my bsf was over while I wrote this and I kept pausing in the middle so we could talk to each other. I can't really tell if I like this or not, I don't 100% love the little fight scene at the beginning but idk, there are things that I could fix with both of them. Idk but let me know if you want anymore, also thank you to whoever reads these because I think these are shitty a lot of time and seeing that people actually read this makes me happy so thank you so much!! <3

After that faithful day of Enid serving her coffee and freshly baked pastries, she didn't think any of it about the punk, gothic, business woman???

Enid didn't know what to think of the short 5'1 woman that hardly overlooked the metal counter of her stand. But she was cute, in a death-punk way??? So many questions in the poor wolf's mind but she didn't think any of it.

Even after receiving a $100 tip in her jar JUST after she opened and served her FIRST coffee and pastry of the day.

However, that tip changed the game for her, at least in the equipment of one better mixer that wasn't a hand-me-down from her bestie, who also was her employee that did deliveries at their bakery. Listen, the wolf had an act for people, so she wanted to be on the front lines, and selling coffee.

Bitch wanted to bust out her lattee-making art skills she learned on TikTok and cafes!

But yes, Enid needed to conduct business and better improvements with her team aka her best friend group, so she was gone for 4 days, her usual clientele knew her situation so she didn't think any of it.

But to her surprise, someone was waiting for her at her stand, standing there like a stray cat looking for its owner or "hand that feeds them", Enid was quite shocked so she said something.

"Hey! It's you that left that tip, thank you so much for that and I am sorry for the wait!" Enid said unlocked the stand and set up for the day.

"It's not a problem, I give credit where credit is due."

"Oooh, so you must have losts of credit?" The wolf laughed.

"Yes."

Enid looked at the woman confused for a moment before laughing and fixing the final machine to ready, while also putting on some drip coffee because people like drip too, no hate.

"So what can I get you today?" Enid grinned leaning on the counter.

"... Quad over ice, and... Whatever you prefer on the side."

Enid raised a brow as she smiled. "Coming right up, may take a moment."

"Take your time."

When Enid prepared the goth's quad she spared fleeting glances at her, before humming to herself. The wolf fixed the coffee just like the last time and popped the lid on it, and grabbed a fresh prepackaged sandwich, a simple cold-cut turkey sandwich with bacon and tomatoes.

She handed her order to the goth, "You seem like you skip meals, that's not good so I packed a sandwhich for you, hope you like it!"

"How do you-" The goth grumbled but gently grabbed the bag and coffee, almost bashfully. The wolf couldn't tell, she looked too. Uh. Murderous.

So she said the total, to which the goth paid with the exact change and a large tip again, and then left without another word.

"She gotta be a serial killer."

"a serial lady killer," Enid mutters off handedly before snorting and going to make herself something to drink

Goth killer is pretty after all, maybe next time Enid could ask for a name instead of this extra digits?

Or, she could not do that

Smh Enid, where's her professionalism!?

Well, it's still nice company. Always a joy to see that scathing glare and the way her brow furrows.

Hi. I'm a huge fan of ur user site, especially talking about The TEAM BLACKS.

Also, I'm on team Black. I had been watching hotd. I'm so excited for S2.

Here are my loong thoughts about team Green.

1. Alicent is no innocent nor a victim but a high hypocrite skank who abused her queenship power against Rhaenyra, who in fact DID her duty and sacrifice ( as Alicent ranted like a mad woman ) She litterly put all her children and grandchildren in terrible danger the moment she falsely placed crown on Aegon the Drunken Fool's head. She even willingly hid her son's heinous indescritions. She is no Saint but traitorous one. Plus, I was furious when Alicent praised Rhaenyra that she'd be a great queen when yet she placed the crown on her son's head instead after Rhaenyra gave an apology, which she didn't have to. Alicent couldn't keep her high mouth shut when she spread rumours about Jace, Luke and Joffrey.

2. As for Otto Hightower, the pure mastermind of the Dance of Dragons. At first, I didn't understand why he suddenly wanted Aegon on the throne when he suggested Rhaenyra to be the heir. That was when I realised it was a plot to remove Daemon Targaryen, who knew who Otto really is. Ironically, Otto is the second son of Hightower, like Daemon. It is clear Otto cared for his ambitions, not for 'the sake of the realm' as he claimed. He always used misyongy cards to reason that Rhaenyra is not fit to sit on the throne just because she's a woman. Geeze, that weasel clearly forgets that Rhaenyra was a cupbearer and often listened to the meetings. It wouldn't surprise me if Otto Hightower committed more heinous actions against the Targaryens. For example, Otto got the King's Hand position AFTER Baelon ( Viserys and Daemon's father ) died suddenly when he was still young. Also, he might have ordered the maesters, who were from Old Town, to suggest the intercision that killed poor Queen Aemma Arynn along with her stillborns and caused miscarriages. Clearly, the man is the green flag for danger and not trustful.

2. Ser Crispin Cole was clearly a red flag man. It was appalling that he was still a knight. I mean, he killed an innocent man ( Laenor's first lover ), belittled Rhaenyra's children out of spite and murdered Lord Beesbury, who clearly supported Rhaenyra and knew King Viserys the longest. Criston seems to have signs of being unstable. Let's hope he was given an unhonourable death in battle.

3. I admit, Aemond is handsome. But, when I observe his personality, I find it so 😑. He's clearly trying to be Daemon 2.0 when the original was more interesting. He was quick to anger and temperamental. Accident or not, he was the first one to shed blood the moment he killed Luke, which triggered the war and anger the mama dragon, Rhaenyra.

4. Aegon the Drunken Fool was a fool. People forget that he held influence over Rhaenyra's sons when they play pranks on Aemond. He raped poor girls in the Red Keep and produced bastards.

5. Helaena, however, was a sweet, poor soul that caught up in gruesome war. Her children were paid the price for Luke's death. I think she knew she was never going to live as she's a dragondreamer. Her dark predictions came true.

In a short conclusion, the Greens except Helaena were a bunch of cold-blooded killers who would murder anyone who stands in their way for power. Ironically, the Greens stand out greed. I'm glad Alicent's line will die out while our Realm's Delight, Rhaenyra's line, will prevail for centuries.

Sometimes, we must know and imagine that if the BLACKS are capable of doing bad things, so will the Greens. The Hightowers hide their ugly actions behind the cloak of righteousness and piety. If Rhaenyra is not Saint, then Alicent is not as well. In this world, everyone is capable of killing.

Sorry for my long rant😅 That's how I felt about the TG after reading everyone's comments.

I agree with everything you said 👍

All in all, I feel like the showrunners are trying to create a balance and make the audience sympathize with the greens.

I can never bring myself to do that because despite these showrunners’ efforts, the Greens are greedy upstarts who resorted to stealing and murder which started a whole war. There is no “there are two sides to every story” or “both sides do terrible things”. No.

The Blacks are not angels, but they are the anti-heroes. They make some questionable choices but which are ultimately for the greater good.

The Greens are vicious and the spitting image of villains. All they care about is taking power for themselves. Otto and Alicent Hightower were conspirators from the start. So I can’t understand how anyone would ever root for them.

i will add to this thou, I've seen a few people say that Derek is too much like Clarke Kent and that he would have a completely different parenting style and while I do somewhat agree we have to remember that people tend to act different around their family and especially with their kids than they are with other people. It's also been a lot of years where he has changed alot to fit having to raise a child by himself (who tf is Eli's mom and where is she?; Jeff said he wanted to explore that in another movie) plus he had to change, S2 Derek would be a terrible father and Eli would've been so fucked up

As I said, he's kinda like. The Cosmo of the movie-verse. From a different planet, have their own tribe/clan/species, etc! <- important for my own full interpretation of his whole character & lore (or a design where I lean more on his alien DNA)

He is primarily a nocturnal creature! I gave him nocturnal eyes for the fun of it. He has big round eyes<3 (they glow in the dark! Like those owls with "red" eyes)

He has bat-like ears!

He's “emotionless”, in the way that he can't really emote correctly?- but he does feel emotions. He feels anger & joy in extreme amounts, while he's very very quiet and dissociative when feeling sad/etc. (DA & PTSD from the war and the new trauma he got from being kidnapped & such. Poor man ,, he feels so old but he's only 15,,)

↑ goes with the fact that he really has problems with keeping relationships (but somehow he's able to keep the ones with Knuckles, Sonic & Tails): I like to think that he's somewhat very distant with Sonic, Tails, Tom & Maddie. At the very least he and Knuckles know a lot and act more like parents/guardians then they ever need to be(they are kids). Knuckles & Comet hang out for sparring, and such.

Comet does hang out with the others but he's very clueless & serious about lots of things. So he's kinda of a 'mood killer'.

Comet & Maddie are more like. Friends, inna way.

im going to assume this means what brings them into the plot and not why i decided to add a freaky child to the story (i just wanted to) but isidore and domíno are sent on an assignment to subdue some person slaughtering ppl in their boss's territory and to steal the artifact they have. little do they know the killer is a fucked up kid and he puts isidore into a coma 👍 and domíno adopts him cuz objectively his life sucks and hes just a little kid

7. What attribute of them (some facet of their personality, their history, their look, or whatever etc) would you find most important to somehow preserve if they were transplanted to an AU fanfic? (Isidore)

this is one ive been chewing on cuz a lot of isidores whole.. everything her motivations her personality the way she treats others is entirely dependent on her immortality curse. so i think whatever au she would be transmogrified into would have to have her life fucked up in some horrible way that makes her deeply miserable to the point of tormenting fhe ppl around her and severing any relationship that teeters too close to vulnerability

im choosing her for this. i think if domíno had money and a proper place to live as a child, not even rich just something beyond dirt poor street kid, she would be very well adjusted. current domíno tho doesnt give a fuck abt money. tbh none of my ocs do they got other shit goin on

When being able to be outside the daycare, How do you think Moon would handle that? If or if not infected with that virus?

A kid, amongst all these killer robots, has broken down in a hallway without so much as a blanket to hide them. Moon has heard these cries before- a child, confused and scared, amongst many other, happy, joyful children. It’s unfair.

The vail that Moon has struggled against for months on end finally manages to recede. Purple dulls into pink, then fades altogether. He can think again!

All because this child in front of him started crying in a particularly panicked manner. His fists clench, then relax, clench, then relax. His thoughts finally become his own again. With it, comes concern.

Hesitance pries itself into his conscience, suddenly worried that he will somehow make this child’s distress worse. Though, from the way they hide their head and shut their eyes, he wonders if worse is even possible.

The lights from another hallway flicker, then steady, making the poor kid flinch back. Moon takes a step forwards, kneeling down beside the child.

“Little one? What’s wrong?” His voice is soft, but his anxiety churns. That ever-present urge to lunge, to sink his claws into this child’s throat and drag them to God knows where- all of it returns, just for a moment. An overbearing voice, chanting foreign commands.

The kid doesn’t speak, just turns fearfully towards Moon, hand coming out to shove at Moon’s pants- a sign to back away. Then, they stop. Their eyes focus in on the fabric momentarily, then…one hand, carefully reaching forwards, fingers curling into soft, warm textures that ease their state of mind. Their stare is vacant for a moment, entranced by the sensation, though, once they realize their current situation again, they pull back.

Moon simply smiles a soft, comforting sort of smile.

“It’s alright, little one,” He coos, “I’m not going to hurt you.”

It benefits him that they didn’t previously encounter him while his mind was not his own. Just the others, who have suffered from the same hands, the same breaks in code, the same violent urges that drive Moon more insane with each passing day.

The kid stares blankly at him for a moment, eyes unmoving, unblinking. Then, they scoot closer again, hand slowly reaching out to curl desperate fingers into Moon’s pants again.

“You’re…not like the others.” They murmur quietly, surprising Moon, as he was not expecting them to speak.

“I’m…not, yeah…they’re just…cranky…” He says softly, trying not to let his nervousness seep into his words.

They give him a knowing look, but say nothing. Moon shifts anxiously.

“Do you not like the lights?” He asks instead, making the child look down to the floor, avoiding his eyes.

“They’re too much.”

It’s a simple explanation- one that Moon has heard many times before.

“Where are your parents?”

They seem to sink into themselves at that question.

“Forgot me, I guess?” They answer vaguely, keeping their gaze downcast. Moon frowns, disappointment growing inside him. He always hates hearing that, especially from kids.

“How about you come with me? I can bring you to a room with dim lights, weighted blankets-“ At the mention of a weighted blanket, the child’s eyes flick back up to Moon. He simply smiles again.

“Promise you won’t hurt me?”

Moon would go pale if he could. He wishes he could promise that, but he can’t.

“Promise.”

Why did he say that? It’s a lie, an obvious, blatant lie! But…being around this kid feels different.

They need his help. And he has to give it. Because…helping them seems to be helping him, too. Maybe they can…help each other.

The child doesn’t seem to believe him, but they stick their other hand out anyways, asking to hold his own. Having finalized an escape plan in his head in the case that he does go berserk again, he gently takes their hand, stands up, and starts to guide them back towards the daycare.

23. how do you feel about chilly weather? i enjoy 😁👍 i love wearing jackets my jackets are probably my favorite part of my wardrobe so the temperatures dropping lately has been really nice . i dont like when my feet are cold when its chilly and i want to go to bed but easy fix for that (socks)

37. someone in your life, other than a relative, you’ve known for 10+ years? my friend ruby who i have known since kindergarten :-) i would say theyre in my life as in still we keep in touch however we don't see each other very often (in college on different coasts yknow how it is) but when we do hang out it's like no time has passed at all it's really lovely yay friendship

Bennet sisters are perfect chick group name 😂. Now I need a brooding Darcy AAAAAHHH. I definitely name poultry after literary figures too if I could adopt them someday. Patsy and Leaper make a cute duo ❤️❤️❤️. Oh my your dog looks so cute ❤️❤️❤️. The predator birds are lovely plot twist 👍. Ah poor eagle. The owl serial killer is a super nice bonus. The owl is another scary favorite animal I think fascinating.

Okay I am thrilled that's what you wanted I was like hm what weird highlights of the chickens do I have...

The funny thing is ... we actually had this little bantam rooster at the same time as the Bennet sisters, and he had enough attitude to be a Mr. Darcy but I'd already named him Roy Mustang... (My parents let me get away with a lot when I named the chickens back in high school).

Of course this is how we've always operated, naming animals after nerdy/literary figures in a mismass. One of our first goats was Frodo (Which! I actually highly recommend NOT naming an animal Frodo. He ended up being really sickly and died pretty soon after, which actually like... vibes for Frodo with no goat Elrond around to save him. There are just some characters maybe it's better not to name animals after. We also had a lizard Pippin who ate himself to death. I am not joking. We have the worst luck with LOTR names, I think we stopped after we lost lizard Pippin).

When my parents had puppies after I moved out the first batch was all named after Shakespeare characters. Our other dogs are either named after Irish folk songs or Thomas Hardy characters.
