The first definitive history of lesbian art in the United States presents a collection of artwork, created since 1970 within the context of gay culture and political activism, along with critical analyses of the movement and profiles of thirty prominent lesbian artists, including Kate Mill, Joan Snyder, Deborah Kass, and Catherine Opie.

Website : Harmony Hammond is an artist, art writer and independent curator. A leading figure in the development of the feminist art movement in New York in the early 1970s, she was a co-founder of A.I.R., the first women’s cooperative art gallery in New York (1972) and Heresies: A Feminist Publication on Art & Politics (1976). Since 1984, Hammond has lived and worked in northern New Mexico, teaching at the University of Arizona, Tucson from 1989–2006. Hammond’s earliest feminist work combined gender politics with post-minimal concerns of materials and process, frequently occupying a space between painting and sculpture – a focus that continues to this day.

This week’s nail art rocks.

This is more what I was trying to do last week, but I added on to p of the idea. Last week I just wanted to do the thing with the alcohol ink and leave it at that, but I picked a color that didn’t cooperate with what I was trying to do. This week I did the thing with a different color marker that6 did cooperate, and then I got the idea to highlight some of the more distinct lines in the resulting pattern with a bit of gold. I also dabbed on a very small amount of rose gold glitter using a dry brush to add just a bit of sparkle.

Supermarkets are being investigated by the competition watchdog over high food and fuel prices.

The Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) said it would look at whether a “failure in competition” meant customers were overpaying.

Supermarkets said they were working to keep food prices “as low as possible”.

But an investigation into the fuel market, which has already started, has found some supermarkets have increased margins on petrol and diesel.

The CMA said evidence suggested at least one supermarket had set a higher target for its margin on fuel prices in 2022, which could have led to rivals following suit and raising prices too.

The BBC has contacted supermarkets individually for comment.

Asda said it would work “in full-cooperation” with the CMA and added it was “focussed on providing our customers with the best value at the pumps”.

Andrew Opie, director of food and sustainability at the BRC, said supermarkets were “confident” that they were “doing all they can to keep food prices as low as possible”.

“The UK has one of the most competitive markets for food in the world, and as global prices begin to fall we are confident that the competitive nature of the industry will help food inflation fall as a result,” he said.

Higher food prices have been hitting households hard in recent months, and some have questioned why a drop in the cost of wholesale food globally has not led to falls in the prices charged by UK supermarkets.

Supermarkets have said there is typically a three to nine-month lag to see price falls reflected in the shops.

But the war in Ukraine has driven up food prices around the world, and the UK has faced other problems on top of this – from Brexit red tape to labour shortages.

Why are prices rising so much?

CMA chief executive Sarah Cardell, said the watchdog recognised that “global factors” were behind many grocery price increases and said it had seen “no evidence at this stage of specific competition problems”.

She added due to concerns about high prices, the CMA was “stepping up our work in the grocery sector to help ensure competition is working well and people can exercise choice with confidence”.

Ms Cardell said the watchdog was “concerned about the sustained higher margins on diesel compared to petrol we have seen this year”.

She said her team was not satisfied that all the supermarkets had been “sufficiently forthcoming with the evidence” on fuel pricing, and said bosses would be called in for formal interviews to “get to the bottom of what is going on”.

The CMA said although supermarkets still tend to be the cheapest retail suppliers of petrol and diesel, evidence indicated “at least one supermarket” had significantly increased its margin targets last year.

“Other supermarkets have recognised this change in approach and may have adjusted their pricing behaviour accordingly,” the watchdog added.

The CMA noted while Russia’s invasion of Ukraine had caused prices to rise, higher pump costs could not be “attributed solely to factors outside the control of the retailers”.

It said the higher prices at the pumps appeared to be in part due to “some weakening of competition” in the UK fuel retail market.

A review of the fuel market has been ongoing for several months, over initial concerns that retailers and forecourts were failing to pass on a 5p fuel duty cut to motorists.

Motoring groups claimed the findings from the CMA confirmed what they had been campaigning on for some time – that drivers were not getting a fair deal.

In December, the CMA said it found evidence that so-called “rocket and feather” fuel pricing happened in 2022, when fuel prices rise as wholesale costs rise, but then fall more slowly than costs come down.

“If ever a business sector needed a major shake-up, it’s the fuel trade – critical to the cost of living, family finances, transport costs and inflation,” said Edmund King, president of the AA.

Simon Williams, fuel spokesman for the RAC, added: “Something badly needs to change to give drivers who depend on their vehicles every day a fair deal at the pumps. We hope even better news will be forthcoming later this summer.”

Na ljubljanskom Fakultetu Farmacije, završila je Cooperative European Medicines Development Course Sveučilišni Tečaj Nekliničkog Razvoja Lijekova i Sigurnosti u Farmakologiji i to od 30 studenog do 4 prosinca 2017.

Osim na rezidencijskoj osječkoj adresi gdje živi 46 godina, živjela je i u komfornom 2,5 sobnom stanu u svom 1/1 vlasništvu i to na osječkoj adresi Vijenac Gorana Zobundžije 11.

Suvremena investicijska vizija vodila ju je put ulaganja u grad termalne vode, Varaždinske Toplice, a na kojem je gradskom području i to u gradskom naselju te gradskoj ulici Martinkovec, kupila posjed Martinkovečka Kamenica, posjedovnog broja 21 te stambene zgrade za jednu osobu broja 12, a koji je smješten u neposrednoj blizini gradskog, termalno - lječilišnog središta.

Investicijska vizija Martinkovečka Kamenica 1/1 stečena je od osobnih vlasničkih sredstava i to prodajom 2,5 sobnog stana u osječkoj stambenoj zgradi, a od kojih je novčanih sredstava, u ostvarivanje primarne, sekundarne te tercijarne investicijske vizije, utrošeno > od 25. 000, 00 💶 gotovinskih novčanih sredstava, bez financijskih zaduženja, i to kroz desetljeće i pol strateškog, višenamjenskog investicijskog ulaganja u posjed Martinkovečka Kamenica, a sukladno privatnom građevinskom projektu, opisno izvedenom od strane Tijane Dmitrović i to kroz godinu i pol investicijskog - građevinskog istraživanja u koje su uključeni hrvatski europsko - unijski gradovi Osijek, Varaždinske Toplice, Varaždin te Zagreb.

Investicijska vizija Martinkovečka Kamenica predstavlja jedinstvenu razinu privatnog investicijskog bankarstva u kontinentalne hrvatske europsko unijske gradove termalne vode, osmišljenu od Tijane Dmitrović primjenom njenih sveučilišnih profesionalnih vještina iz gospodarstvenog sektora prehrambene industrije, industrije alkoholnih te bezalkoholnih napitaka, kao i prehrambeno - suplementalne industrije te farmaceutike uz neklinički razvoj lijekova i sigurnost u farmakologiji.

Tijekom 2014. do 2019.g., od strane Tijane Dmitrović, izvršene su profesionalne socioinkluzivne stručne suradnje navedenih gospodarstvenih sektora u kojima Tijana Dmitrović, Sveučilišna Specijalistica Sigurnosti i Kvalitete Hrane, Magistra Inženjerka Prehrambenog Inženjerstva, Diplomirana Inženjerka Prehrambene Tehnologije i Procesnog Inženjerstva Tijana Dmitrović, Tikky, Sveučilišno Osposobljena Za Neklinički Razvoj Lijekova i Sigurnost u Farmakologiji posjeduje 15+ godina radnog iskustva i to s županijskim te područnim uredima socijalne skrbi gradova Varaždin te Novi Marof, a koji su dijelom provedenog Eures Erasmus Plus Europass znanstvenog istraživanja u čiju su promidžbu, osim hrvatskog dijela Europske Unije, također uključene i Europsko Unijske zemlje Slovenija, Italija, Austrija te Njemačka.

Za opisane profesionalne stručne suradnje s javno - sektorskim, državno - županijskim ministarstvima te općenito uredima istih, svrhom korištenja temeljnih financijskih zakonskih prava, posebice mlađe te starije dobne skupine samkinja te samaca nerotkinja bez djece, kroz provedbu Eures Erasmus Plus Europass znanstvenog istraživanja, završen je i doprinosno isplaćen, rad za opće i javno dobro s varaždinskim nadbiskupijskim uredom humanitarne organizacije Caritas.
