Nurse Ann HC!!

I always Liked Ann. I am , in fact, a gay little weird girl . Unfortunately, the creepy pasta fan base never really popularised her , as she never had a proper backstory. So I decided to write down little general things , quirks and such about her .

Ann's full name is Annabelle Bernard. French is her first language, but she doesn't have a heavy accent. She doesn't speak often so her voice is raspy and cold . She is much more expressive with her body language rather than her voice . As a result of that she often comes across as cold , dismissive and demanding - or threatening even .

She is 6'1 and super strong , tho she always wears heels . Her feet are deformed due to that (she can't lower her foot fully on the ground ) , therefore she is a s l o w walker . She has her comically large chainsaw , but due to her walking disability she just ends up dragging it around slowly and loudly .

Thanks to that she never really turns the giant on . She does , however, take precise care of it . She cleans it weekly , tests it daily and even replaces everything that isn't perfect. She has this very sturdy , black leather case for it. My guess is that she stole a very expensive guitar case .

Annabelle definitely is a perfectionist. A nurse must keep everything tidy , clean , sterile even , working and insuring her patients are well mentally and physically ; appropriately dressed and behaved. She is a tolerant , stubborn and somewhat self righteous person with a clear preference for complying individuals.

Annabelle never learned to express herself in any way other than professionally and sarcastically. She is a deeply lonely but introverted person , so she doesn't really pick up social cues and she does get overwhelmed sometimes . That being said she doesn't feel comfortable acknowledging or acting on her emotions –rather , she over explains and over thinks her actings and feelings , forcing herself to be preoccupied understanding then instead of feeling them . I don't see her to be paranoid, but she is definitely a closed off individual ((she definitely has a diary/journal)).

Her love language is quality time and acts of service. I see her to be somewhat touched starved , but I don't think she would ever act on it all that much - a nurse must be a professional after all . If she were to warm up to someone , I think she would be kind of anxious and akward . As I said she doesn't really pick up social cues well , so having a friend (or anything more) is scary for her — you are never catching her confessing that .

Her pronouns are she/her/they/them and I think she is a lesbian, who is somewhat afraid of (never really had) commitment. Tho she is a caring , well spoken lover(?).

Ann isn't as old fashioned as she might seem , but she definitely prefers blogs and books over videos and pictures (if yk what I mean) . No one knows who , why or how made her . She calms she's been alive for so long she doesn't really remember. Matter of fact she forgot her original name (and who knows how many others) , Annabelle Bernard is simply a "lovely and polite" name .

She might not have a medical degree, but she does know everything and anything healthy , healing , relaxing and stressful. All the symptoms, sicknesses, medicines, massages, you name it . When it comes down to treatment it really only boils down to : if she has ingredients/ proper tools and ; if she has time for it / how urgent it is .

The whole memory thing is a bit suspicious tho... Just sayin .

But you try to go against a sadistic , cold , 6'1 woman with super strength and a comicly large chainsaw . I dare you .

I think journalism, reading and high maintenance self care is what keeps her sane .

She is definitely always ready and in full glam . Her hair is always perfectly blow-dryed / curled / tied , her skins(?) are always soft and smooth , she smells well 24/7 .... I think that she is very selective with who (and how) she treats , which leaves her with a lot of time for self care and cleaning.

She has a really specific way of doing things . She always takes her jewelry off , ties her hair up , puts a mask on , wears her apron and then her gloves . She never changed that routine , she can do it within minutes . With that said she has a scalper (scalpel??) collection , a first aid kit , bandages , pain killers and numbing medicine all in their respective bundles / baggies ; within her apron . She also has a small pocket used only for her 3 hair ties . No one is sure why she is the way she is .

I mean even her leg problems, just take your shoes off and perform some ancient ritual woman !!

yes. actually. i would love to . ok i have some vague ideas for how shed fit into the lore so thatll be under the cut !! i also start rambling about lulus lore too cuz i decided theyre friends.

ok so, again, my au is based around slenders forest being like... some sort of magnet for the paranormal. slenderman wants to keep all of these cryptids within the forest.

since its in a fictionalized forest in tuscaloosa, where marble hornets was filmed, i decided to move the abanonded hospital they visited up north of the tuscaloosa lake. she roams there.

SOOOOO nurse ann is just... a demon. slenders forest is sort of like limbo for a lot of the cryptids and kinda puts them in like.. a long daze and loops unless they're consistently leaving or being grounded by humans.

i dont EXACTLY know why/how she's in that specfic hospital, especially since i dont believe she has an official origin? maybe when the hospital shut down, she was let go and wasn't transferred to work in a new hospital, so she lost her shit and preformed some crazy rituals that ended up making her an undead nurse ? now she's forever roaming the hospital. or maybe she was killing patients when she was a human and kept doing weird demon shit with their bodies and the operator/zalgo fed off of her bad vibes. LOL IDK.

now about lulu cuz i drew her too.

i used to be sooo fond of lulu. and i originally said she was just going to be another ghost roaming the forest pointlessly, mourning everything and being incapable of interacting with humans, BUUUUUT. she is 24 and NOT A GHOST?!?!??!?! Nina hates seeing you cry, and when she sees you cry, she will hug you and say, "What's wrong? Why are you crying?"

When she hears you say it's about family problems, she feels bad for you. Nina will think about what to do or what to say.

Nina will comfort you and would suggest cuddling. She will spoon you when cuddling.

Random hcs about the gov team

Rico has a few times in the past played multiplayer video games. At least twice he's accidentally played games with BEN, and had no idea until Ben taunted him.

Puppeteer will watch TV, especially old sitcoms, with Thistle, and seem to have one sided conversations about it with a dog.

Thistle can actually talk! with telepathy. She's still learning how to speak aloud but Black Shucks can do that too.

BEG listens to music while he does stuff. If you tell him to stop and he thinks it's because you're annoyed, he'll turn it up louder.

Nina makes the other Horrors clothes. Uniforms stick with the regulations but anything else? She goes wild.

Nurse Ann remembers everything that happened while her body was being put back together. She has not let Puppeteer live down the time he stole her head

Cuddle piles are mandatory and all will participate, even the AI (BEG). Even the human, no matter how much he bitches.

Nina misses her grandmother's cooking, and is glad she died before the First Wave

No one knows that Liu is related to Jeff.

Puppeteer hasn't yet been told what happens to the Horrors that are captured. No one knows how to explain.

Nurse Ann misses her friends, like Dr. Smiley and Eyeless Jack, but since both are wanted criminals she doesn't talk about it.

BEG doesn't remember being human exactly but he sometimes glitches out, experiences phantom limbs for his whole body, and tries to make a physical holo-form. However the government has ways to prevent that so BEG just ends up having a panic attack. Rico doesn't know the government did this and has no idea how to help BEG while it's going on.

Rico has a daughter and grandson back in Scotland. He has not seen his daughter since the borders closed during the First Wave, and doesn't know about his grandson. He will probably never see either of them again.

Hello! Thanks a lot, my health is slowly improving so I consider it a good sign haha

Anyways, as for the HCs, I do have lots of them! I'll write down some of the ones I remember atm!!

Each proxy belongs to a rank, so they aren't all "the same" or treated equally, especially by Slenderman. The ranks ranges from 1 to 10, with 1 being the highest-rank a proxy can aim for, and 10 the lowest.

Tim/Masky is currently the one who is 1st rank, and for this reason he's considered the leader of the proxies' organizations. He hardly ever go on missions himself, as he's too busy with paperwork and organizations.

Hoodie/Brian and Kate the Chaser are placed in the 2nd rank, and they're considered Masky's sidekicks. They help him manage the proxy's organizations.

On rank 3, we find some of the most popular proxies like Toby, X-Virus, Nurse Ann, Nemesis the Proxy, Rouge etc. These proxies don't have the same privileges as the "main 3" but still have more freedom compared to the lower-ranked ones.

To put it short, the high-ranked proxies (1-4 rank) are those who stand out for their skills and abilities and still have part of their identity and will left. They're capable of making decisions and act of their own will, they're the most useful to Slenderman.

Low ranked proxies, on the other hands, are mere brainwashed puppets that exist only to obey Slenderman's command, but have no will or thoughts of their own. Their job mostly consists of providing food and items to the proxies, as well as getting rid of the victim's bodies. They always hide from others, and Slenderman sometimes uses them as "security cameras" by looking into their minds, as he has access to it.

In my AU, all those proxies who WILLINGLY chose to follow/join Slenderman instead of trying to resist him, didn't get brainwashed, so they still have their original personality and will intact. Slenderman also trusts such proxies more, and gives them more freedom.

If a human refuses to join Slenderman, he'll slowly brainwash them until they lose all their memories, identity, will and feelings. The "proxy" is now different from the person he used to be.

hi! idk if you explained this already, but what/who are zalgoids in your au? Or rather how did they become zalgoids? sorry if that didn’t make sense lol, btw love your art!! <3

hi! so, IN MY AU, zalgoids are anything infected by zalgo. To get infected, you either need to die/on your last breath, and zalgo chooses to infect you. OR you need to be bitten by lazari when she's in her zalgoid form.

all zalgoids are stuck in the slender forest so long as the proxies keep the pages around. the 'ink' on those pages is slendy's inky vomit, which is gross BUT it physically traps zalgoids. sometimes there are 'containment breaches' when people mess with the pages, WHICH IS WHYYY the proxies/slendy get so heated about the pages.

zalgo usually takes eyes as a form of 'payment' for reanimation. he has an obsession with "having eyes everywhere" and his own body is littered with them.

all of his attempts at reanimating humans failed. he's only managed to properly control animals in the forest - so there are several zalgoid wolves, coyotes, bears, even rats littered about.

zalgo usually takes the form of a wolf or a goat, cuz his demon form is easy to spot n takes a lot of energy.

i'll talk about the individual zalgoids underneath the cut! lulu, ann, jack, dina, and lazari!

lulu died of hypothermia in the forest. a hazing ritual from the sorority she was joining made her jump into the freezing lake and while walking back, she collapsed. the group dug her a shallow grave and ran off. zalgo 'reanimated' her at the cost of her eyes , but lulu is REALLY weak, lethargic, and still thinks shes going back to her dorm

ann used to be a redroom 'dominatrix nurse' who tortured victims for money. one of her 'fans' found her location, dragged her to the abandoned hospital, and dismembered her on camera. during a patrol, kate stumbled on the scene and killed the man. meanwhile, zalgo infected anns corpse - this time, taking only one eye and fucking with the other. but anns also useless because she thinks shes always on camera and the hospital is a labyrinth for her.

while jack was being sacrificed to the cult, they were using slendy's goop on him in the forest. so when he lost his eyes, was force fed meat, and losing consciousness cuz he couldnt breath, zalgo tried to infect him early. since he was still alive during it, it messed up the whole infection process + the slendy goop in his eyes made it painful for zalgo. jack is TECHNICALLY a zalgoid, but zalgo has no control over him + he had no eyes to take...

dina became a zalgoid when lazari bit her. they grew up in the same cult, dina was the center of it - and while sneaking out, lazari was sick and attacked her. dina then dragged lazari to the forest to kill her (as the 'divine judge angels' she believed she had the right to kill anyone she judged unworthy). but... lazari tore out dinas throat..... so when zalgo infected dina's body, she quickly became a strong zalgoid! she's actually useful, actually wants to kill the proxies, actually wants to escape - but most of her hate is directed towards lazari, and zalgo wants lazari alive

and of course, lazari is a zalgoid. when her mother was in the cult, she was infertile - which basically made her a cult failure. she was deemed a useless woman for not bringing children into the world. so she prayed to anything - including demonic forces - and zalgo preyed on her when she did a ritual in the forest. so lazari is born!

the zalgoid strengths go: lulu -> ann -> dina -> jack -> lazari

but lazari is the easiest to appeal to, and the proxies + jack already did, so she's mostly harmless! good ally to have (when not hungry)

Ticci Toby - Headcanons

I'm trying to be as realistic & canon as possible with those headcanons, there's a lot to say about Toby anyway! :]

Headcanons:

Toby does not remember his past canonically, due to his amnesia. So, he is not a grumpy or constantly depressed person. He can be very talktive around people he likes due to his ADHD and mania episodes which both cause hyperactivity. (Bipolar contains mania)

Toby doesn't really care about people that aren't his fond ones. At all. He will only care about someone or at least show a tiny bit of interest if the person looks beautiful or seems interesting in any way. I think that because he once wanted to keep a woman alive who, in his words, looked beautiful. Of course he changed his mind after she pissed him off, but yes, he wanted to see if she deserved to live and gave her a chance.

He loves playing Mario Cart with BEN, as he finds a strange comfort in it. That is because he used to play Video games in his childhood with either his sister or the neighbor kid.

If he smokes, he starts violently coughing like an seizing camel.

He loves wearing sweatpants and turtlenecks when he's in the mansion. He doesn't usually change his clothes when he's going to bed and just sleeps in what he is wearing. For missions, he simply throws a hoodie over the turtleneck and puts on some jeans with a belt for his hatchets. Nothing super special. -- ((My AU has the Creepypasta mansion thing, yes. I at least have my own logical explanation for why and hhh so yeah,))

Toby forgets his things basically everywhere, no matter if it are his goggles, his mouthguard, his hatchets, etc... Mainly due to his amnesia, but also because of his schizophrenia. Schizophrenia causes disorganized speech and thoughts at times, so he might jump from topic to topic.

He doesn't really listen when people talk to him or at leasts struggles with it. It's hard to talk about something he cares about. If he doesn't care, he will simply not listen. IF he cares and tries to listen, he will get distracted super easily. After he asked a question, his attention might be gone already once you start speaking.

Toby is not rude but sassy. He's not praticularly mean to people but will get sassy when given the chance since he's a jerk.

His favorite animals are raccoons, owls, cheetahs and moths.

He has a weird obsession with fire. He loves committing arson.

Toby has a lot of damage in his room because he throws his hatchets at the figures he sees due to his schizophrenia.

Toby constantly wears his gloves or bandages to cover up the wounds on his hands. He only lets specific people like EJ check on his hands or Nurse Ann, so they can just roughly patch him up. Otherwhise, he keeps them hidden to not seem vulnerable.

This man has an EXTREME fear of abandonment. Once he gets close to someone, he will be clingy af, orrr suddenly cold af.

Toby doesn't get along with most people, usually sticking around Cody(X-Virus), Eyeless Jack and Kate. Those are his best friends.

His favorite artists are: Mother Mother, Get Scared, Insane Clown Posse, My Chemical Romance, Nirvana, Three Days Grace, Radiohead, Salvia Palth, Linkin Park, Panic! At The Disco, Alex G, Crystal Castles, Mitski, The Neighbourhood, Coldplay, Mindless Self Indulgence, Melanie Martinez, Pastle Ghost and Billie Eilish.

When he finds dead animals like raccoons, he will pick them up and pet them, all fascinated. He might even hug and squeeze it to somehow get comfort from it. The comfort he didn't recieve and needs.

Toby can go from super confident to super insecure very fast.

Toby loves touching things to feel real. If he's feeling surreal, he will start touching things or taste things to feel real.

He struggles with sleeping, but once he actually is asleep, he usually has disturbing nightmares. As soon as Toby wakes up, he either remembers them and has a panic attack OR he will feel uncomfortable for a reason he can't recall and will avoid sleeping as much as possible.

He's emotionally detached, but tbh, he's a real INFP (Personality type).

Habits:

Honestly, he sometimes tries watching porn to feel something. Due to his mania episodes, he tends to be hypersexual. (Again, he's bipolar which causes mania, and mania can cause hypersexuality.)

Tobias keeps chewing the flesh around his fingers, biting the skin on hips lips and pulling on his hair.

When he's nervous, he will fidget with his hands or clothes a LOT, or keep something like a leaf in his hand so he can just play with it instead of harming himself.

If he's pissed, he starts grinding his teeth to focus on the noise and the feeling instead of the anger he's feeling.

Toby sometimes drinks alcohol to just go completely numb, even emotionally. He uses it to escape the pain he's feeling mentally, as soon as he gets his flashbacks.

Routine: His routine might be a little difficult to explain? But I'll try for sure! I hope I'm not getting the commission wrong, if I do, let me know and I will redo this!

When Toby wakes up, the first thing he does is check where he is. He usually skips breakfast or forgets it, but IF he doesn't forget it, he will just devour a toast or something simple like that. When he doesn't have a mission to do, he will just do the most random stuff like go for a walk, play video games, listen to music, etc. Toby doesn't have a specific routine, he just does what he feels like doing. One thing is sure tho: Toby listens to music every day. No matter how many songs, no matter what song. He must listen to at least one song to feel comfortable and connected to reality. Music gives him comfort and he enjoys listening to it, so he listens to music every day. Sometimes he even plays e-guitar! :] He won't do anything special other than killing, listening to music or talking to himself the whole day. As soon as the stars become visible, Toby goes outside to observe them, spending his time by thinking and having conversations with himself. He doesn't usually sleep anyway, so he spends a lot of time caught in his thoughts. Toby usually drinks a lot of energy drinks to not collapse, even tho his hyperactivity usually keeps him awake.

When this insomnaic finally decides to sleep, he places his hatchets somewhere where he can find them again. After making sure his weapons are on their place, he will just straight up jump into bed to pass out. Changing clothes, brushing his teeth or anything related to that isn't a thing Toby likes. I feel like sometimes Toby would plan on meeting people like Kate or Cody behind the mansion to drink a little and smoke, but bro would just straight up forget about it and go to bed like nothing is bothering his life, completely forgetting about the things he planned. Maybe he at least gets a peaceful sleep... or something.

Sorry if it's not THAT much, after finishing the habits and headcanons my brain just stopped working and had no clue what to continue with when it comes to routines. Probably gonna edit this when I'm sober and able to think straight again, but this is what I got so far!
