I still have to read the general impressions (I can imagine a lot of people will be dissapointed), but before that, I just want to leave here, for the record, that:

- I enjoyed this season way more than the 4th

- I love Nandor again, and he behaved like a champ in the finale, so proud of his growth

- I was afraid Matt Berry would leave the show (some people have been talking about it), but nothing seems to indicate that, so Im really happy because Laszlo was the mvp once again.

- They did improve the writing for Nadja, but they still own her an episode fully centered on her.

- Sorry, but making the Guide a recurring character was a misfire. I just dont see the point in her being there all the time. They dont want you babe, just go and find friendship somewhere else.

- Colin you just keep going, you're doing great sweetie 🤍

- GUILLERMO. I mean. This was the only possible outcome. We all knew he had this romantised version of vampirehood in his mind, and if he got turned he would have a hardcore reality check. Nandor knew very well. Im glad he found a way to fix it, and that Derek isnt truly gone. It's also quite funny that Nandor, the one they couldnt ask, was the one who knew about the Van Helsing blood, and that Guillermo just needed to drink human blood, and that there was a way to undo the transformation. Even if it's a retcon of the lore from the movie, it settles a lot of possibilities. Like, did Nandor want to go back to his country in s3 to find his sire and kill them, so he could be human again? Probably not bc they obviously just came up with this idea now, but they can always retcon again. If Guillermo is not going to be a vampire, maybe they'll make Nandor turn back to being humam with this system?

- In any case, I'll just finish by saying that Im sorry for those who were hoping for a nandermo kiss. I dont care for kisses that much and what I want from them is an honest conversation about what happened in the s3 finale, but I still feel you. Dont despair, I think they ended up this season in a very good place and both things can still happen in the 6th (and final?) season. That and the FUCKING ANTONIO BANDERAS CAMEO.

absolutely fucking reeling from puss in boots the last wish. my grown ass friends made me see it and it absolutely fucked. it was mad max fury road for kids. it was a horror movie about the fear of death. it was a western about an ageing outlaw trying to regain his youth with the help of his ex fiance and homeless harvey guillen. it was about found family. it was about needing people and asking for help. it had the best depiction of a panic attack i've ever seen in a mainstream film. the villain looked exactly like boris johnson. there was a wicker man reference. it had a kill count higher than most slasher films. it set up shrek 5. they even said fuck.
