I can’t believe I didn’t know to do the read more thing until now 🤦

Anyway, I keep seeing more and more deity-related content and it’s really making me think. I’ve always identified with being a piece of a deity, but I could never pinpoint which one specifically, but I know that as a deity I’d present in a wolf form when in the human realm, and I was highly associated with snakes…

I always wanted to say I was Dionysus kin and that I feel like I have a connection to him, like how I’m (hormonally) intersex and identify as genderfluid, but I don’t think I’m right tbh. Maybe I’m like Loki or something, but the one god that’s name always stuck is a god that’s been dead, and I’m terrified of what kind of judgement I’d get if I said I was considering myself a godshard or deitykin of theirs…

I also think I’m like werehound because of that whole “presenting as a wolf” thing. I definitely was a bit of a shapeshifter in my past life.

I guess my point here is asking… does anyone relate or have advice?

I felt like I was unlocking a new memory, something about big feasts and fancy clothing. And then my brother comes in and does the thing he always does, which is annoy me. And now I can't recall that memory for the life of me. Only bits and pieces.

Anyone has experiences like that too? Like only being able to unlock some memories by concetrating or unable to recall said memory after being disturbed?

Names! As a trans person, I was going to name myself something new anyways and thankfully my dead name is pretty much foreign to me and is only a bit triggering to hear.

Before I knew I was a Lokikin I named myself Loki socially but now it feels quite cringe since before it was seen for me as a cool name 'inspired by this guy who I really related to as I grew up on the myths lolll...like a lot...a ...lot', but now it's like 'man I don't want to cling to my source when I literally AM here to be a new person, a human to learn. So trying to bring back who I used to be really defeats the point'. As a result I am thinking a similar sounding name might do instead, so I am comfortable with my identity without trying to cling to old memories and experiences. I am considering Lok, or Hagal (Hagalaz). Whatever I decide to choose, it marks a new life, a choice to live consciously and breathe fully for the first time. I am Loki, but I'm also very, very human. I'm here to vibe and learn, and I won't deny my identity or cling to dusty memories or the past for a sense of peace.

Also guys can we try to live a bit more comfortably as humans in general? Our higher selves might be something else but in this plane we are human so...why don't we vibe and chill.

I was wondering if I should send this here, but honestly... I think it would make me feel better!

I miss so many people, and I wasn't the nicest person to most of them.

I have several canons, and I just wish I could see some of these people back, but I have no hope at all. I don't even know if they would want to see me again. I was always afraid of ending up alone, and I understand that I'm not alone, I have friends and family who care about me, but still... It's impossible not to miss you. I'm really sorry for being reckless and selfish.

I don't know what else to write, and I honestly wanted to write more, but putting into words what I feel proves to be more difficult than I imagined.

I just hope that, regardless of where you are, you have a happy and prosperous new year.

Honestly took a while. I always had been intrested in well, Loki. His backstory and character seemed familiar in a way. And I may or may not have gotten disappointed when Loki was not in the newest movie-

Anyways, it was after I rewatched the series Loki that I was like "huh that's me!". And then I got confirmed it was me after I had many dreams that I was Loki. I'm still figuring out what Loki I am. Probably a mixture of TV Series Loki and the Double Trouble Loki.

✔️ - What details about this kin, if any, line up really close with canon?

Well, I did have goat/ram horns (they're cool but heavy) and I did have my cape (it was soft actually, almost like a blanket). And yes, I do miss my mother and my brother very dearly.
