The lady of lake

Kirby right back at ya OC, I based it on the character of the Lady of the Lake from the story of King Arthur, adding that in anime in the Japanese language the characters have names from the same story.

Nimue is Nonsurat's adoptive mother, she has taken care of him since he was a baby.

Nimue is normally in her water form, she does not always have the same color as the water, it can change depending on how the water is.

you can only find it in lakes

She can control water (all liquids),

Somehow or another, all the weapons that are lost, appear. the the lake that she is in

It is also said that with her magic she can create very powerful weapons, most of them swords.

It is not known how old she is, but it is said that she has lived for millions of years.

I recently watched a review of the Hellboy 2019 movie and the reviewers commented on a line where Nimue said something along the lines of 'They've exchanged swords for singing contests', saying it was random and didn't add to the story. Bit nitpicky, but it made me wonder how it could affect the story, so imagine this.

An ancient witch with godlike powers from the dark ages seeks to wipe out mankind for their transgressions, but is defeated and either killed or sealed away. Centuries pass, the world changes, and either some cultists or just evil creatures bring her back to destroy the humans. She haughtily demands a device to learn what has happened whilst she has been gone, and is brought a computer, which she uses dark magic to extract knowledge from. And she is shocked. So much change. Women now can vote, most countries don't have foolish human kings anymore. There's a lot less racism, gay people are allowed now, and there's all these new lands and continents that have been discovered that she'd only heard stories about. The church, which she spent most nights cursing, has released it's vice like grip on education, allowing medicine and other sciences once laughed at to grow in power. And humans barely even know about us anymore, there's no witch burning, no dragon slaying. Look at all these common humans, on all these sites with the funny names, talking about US. It's amusing how many of them mostly want them carnally, she can just imagine what the reactions of her old generals would have been, but still! This could be a chance for change, for growth. And...by the gods....they left the planet. These modern humans have walked among the stars, on the moon, have looked down on this world and acknowledged it's beauty. She'd always wanted to try going to the moon, but she'd always been busy, was the war, fighting wizards, and alk that stuff. Huh. Can I really destroy them now?

Of course the world still sucks in many ways, but to someone who had been dropped from the Dark Ages to the modern era it must seem magnificent.
