hnnnggfff i cant stop thinking about the team eggman amy au,,,some notes under the cut

in this au after the events of sonic cd, eggman noticed things about her amy while he had her kidnapped (her natural sixth sense etc) and decided that she would be perfect as a weapon to use against sonic

he kidnaps her again when the little planet plan goes to shit but this time sonic isnt there to see this and be able to save her

eggman spends years brainwashing and training her to be the perfect weapon against sonic

this included manipulating her feelings for sonic. she still loves him but due to eggmans control she mistakes these feelings for hatred for him

still maintains her cheerfulness, which is evident when she fights which she tends to treat like a big game, joking around, and jokingly flirting with sonic as a way to taunt him (she has a running joke that he is obsessed with her and loves her because of how much she fights her)

sonic doesnt recognise amy at first bcs it has been years and her appearance has changed so much. it isnt until him and tails steal some files from eggman that the realisation dawns on him

sonic is desperate to help amy, feeling immense guilt for not being able to save her from the kidnapping (even tho it really REALLY isnt his fault).

amys love is still a huge part of her. she sees all the badniks as her siblings and will often fix them after battles if eggman is too angry to do it himself (think the sonic mania xmas short where she brings metal to eggman but...all the time)

she sees eggman as her father. eggman doesnt mind this as he believes it will strengthen her loyalty to him

design notes...

she has a cybernetic eye. eggman fitted this into her as a way to enhance her abilities

she has a robotic arm (hidden by her long sleeves and glove). when training with metal sonic an accident happened and eggman had to give her a new arm

post-reform amy grows out her quills to hide her cybernetic eye

her overalls in her post reform design are hand me downs from tails, as the only clothes she owned were eggman themed

Rosendale Of Wailing AU

Amélie Bontier Rosses is a hedgehog from France, helping her best friend Dean, feeling a little love for him although at one point she had a memory loss.

He lost that love that he felt when he lost his memory, but over time that feeling grew, before they used to live in a containment zone controlled by the French army.

She used to use her Piko Piko Hammer but all that changed over time, now a small living Katana named Rosemary emerged, which over time turned into a cat. Being their biggest although before their connection was quite questionable

Dean Junbiler

Dean Junbiler used to be a blue hedgehog until an incident caused by Doctor Eggman changed his color to yellow after being exposed using his super form.

Although he was also exposed by the dark emeralds, he can sometimes lose control, he also lived in the containment zone which was exterminated by these same ones. Exterminating most of the hedgehogs including their relatives, managing to escape. Dean has feelings for Amélie but it is difficult for him to admit it because he wants to protect her, especially when she lost her memory.

The first line up of fae! Some extra rambles under the cut:

Had to keep these guys together of course, they're all spring-waking and fall-sleeping fae. Usually the first thing they do when they wake up is find each other again, they pretty much spend all their seasons together.

Wild Cherry likes exploring, adventuring, racing and discovering new hide-outs. They've out-flied every other fae in the waking seasons, their current goal is to wake up early enough to spend a few days in the Winter - to challenge their fastest fae to a race to prove they're the fastest out of anyone.

Sycamore loves inventing and building, they make gear and knick-knacks for everyone. Fae from all over know to seek them out for any assistance building something, they built Rose's hammer for instance! Most fae without wings can't fly, but the Sycamore's helicopter seeds have the unique ability to grant him limited flight!

English Rose loves dresses, gowns, flower crowns, everything fashion-related in the fae world - they love celebrations and usually go a bit overboard decorating - but being extra is a good thing for fae. They have a bit of a temper, but are exceptionally generous and often willing to lend a hand.

Jack O' Lantern likes exploring too, and normally digs around animals burrows and fallen logs to find things Cherry overlooks in the sky. They are wingless but are able to glide on the wind (like spores) and have fashioned some rose thorns to his gloves to climb easily. He often goes off on his own, but always comes back around to hang with the group.

All four of them are well known, well respected Fae, but have a bit of a reputation of getting into trouble. They have a strong sense of morals and will not back down from a fight - if a fairy decides to stir up trouble these four will usually have something to say about it.

(Also shout out to the person who recognised the exact bug species of Sonic's wings like immediately when I posted the wip ur a real one jkhdfgdgf)
