HSA Destiny Road  Promposals Part. 2

Kayne x Banikah @rookvonhunt​

After helping Tiam with his promposal, Kayne thought about how to approach his own one. He went as usual to the sports training in DAC to watch and waited untill Banikah was finished with training. For one he prepared a meal for her but on the lid of the bento box he placed the invitation carefully.

As she finished her training he offered her the box and as she opened it she looked confused.

“What is that?”

“I wanted to ask you to come to Prom with me actually.. my school makes one and I thought... well...”

She smiled and ran her hand through his hair messing it up.

“Well sounds like fun I am in.”

“You will?”

“Why not, I like ya and you came all this way and thougt about it... it sounds like a good night.”

He chuckled. Sure his true feelings didn’t come through but at least... he is able to take her to prom and maybe try again.

Rubina was really nervous... first Flynn was in the way after getting her prom ticket and teased her about and now she realized she didn’t know how to ask Metaron out... so her first instinct was to just quickly go through with it. She walked on to the Kendo club and saw Nanoya and Metaron spar.

“Nano... could I please talk to Metaron alone for now? If that is okay.”

He smiled is if knowing what she wanted to do and patted her on the shoulder.

“What did you want, Ruby?”

“I.... wanted to give you this.”

She held out her invitation with a bright red face but as she looked up at him...

“So you want me to come to one of your next plays right?”

She pouted.

“I wanted you to go to prom with me... as my date....”

As she said that his face was bright red.. and he seemed to lose balance.

“Meta stay with me... don’t faint on me here...”

“I umm... yes.... yes I would love to go with you.”

Out of happiness she jumphugged him however this caused him to actually faint and she had to wait till later to actually give him the invitation back.

“I-I will be seeing you... in the best dress I had.” Both their faces were still red but they were happy about it.

Emma was the one to plan everything quickly, especially cause she knew  she had to act quickly given many fans were probably trying their all to ask her and her target was also pretty popular, so she already made a secret spot to meet Earwyn and ask him out...

She felt like on a stealth mission as she went out of school with the help of Gregory and met Earwyn in her disguise in the city.

She looked at him with a smile. “Whats the reason you said it was urgent.. usually when you want to meet you ask calmer?”

“I needed to get away from fans... we actually have a prom at our school and.... I wanted you to be the first person I could ask to come with you.”

“So you are safe from these fans?”

Emma sighed.

“No... cause I genuinely like you... and this way we can spend a night together... dancing, having fun... without me wearing disguises all the time.”

As she said this he pulled his arm around her.

“Well then I be happy to be your date... but you could have just texted me.”

“I wanted to answer as quick as possible...”

As she said that he leaned forward to pull her in for a kiss.

Deus was nervous... it wasn’t a while ago that he found out Gregory was Shade and vice versa and that he said to him he was in love with him in both ways... however the prom was the natural step to see if they fit together. Still he asked him out to get a cocky comeback from him.

“Well who are ya asking to prom... Gregory or Shade? I hafta know if you want to see me in a dress or a Suit.”

Deus fumbled his hands nervously.

“Can I choose both? you would look cool in a suit but hella pretty in a Dress.”

Gregory smiled and layed his arm over Deus shoulder.

“Well depends what would get ya easier flustered...”

Deus face lit up...

“Then probably Shade but... I would love to see both at least....”

Gregory smiled. “That can be done.”

“H-Huh?”

Aidens cheeks went lightly red.

“You know... out of all the people in this school... I like you the most probably... and also asking me this... means you wanted to go ther right... why not go together... then I know it will have a purpose for me coming.”

Hans smiled lightly and put a hand on his cheek.

“You are warm... you seem serious so I accept.”

Both couldn’t really tell that they were much happier than they led on to seem. Aiden didn’t mind for one to join in the festivities.

Another one of those blind date nights, how exciting. Eikichi sat on his chair wondering who his date might be, he didn't see anyone approaching the table other than a well dressed butler, who gave him a pleasant smile as he approached.

"I take you're Eikichi Atsuki?" he asked leaning down so Eikichi could hear him, the other man nodded. "I'm Livius Scylla, from Octavinelle dorm. A pleasure to meet you."

Eikichi opted to a fist bump "So you're my date?" the confused Livius looked at his hand before answering "It seems so."

Both sat down, it's a little awkward when the guy who you thought might take your order is your date... Livius made sure he knows it's fine and he'd gladly serve him if they were in Mostro lounge but alas.

"I guess... You're not really a Technology guy?"

Eikichi rubbed the back of his neck, Livius was... Hard to talk with, sure his smile was pleasant but his stare basically burned a hole through him. Livius shook his head, "Not at all. I know enough to communicate but it hasn't been my interest"

... He also talks like an old man.

Kayne watched the blonde man eye him up and down... They both arrived at the same time but they haven't spoken a word.

"You smell like breakfast."

Kayne raised a brow, was that supposed to be an insult? As if the other man read his mind he shook his head, "Don't get me wrong I'm not insulting you. It smells pleasant like a warm morning. People will just judge based on appearances won't they?" he leaned back on his chair, throwing his arm behind it, sitting very casually. Kayne let out a sound of agreement, "They do."

"Names Marcos. You know from that one school? Royal Sword Academy." now that Marcos mentioned it.. Kayne never noticed his uniform, he thought RSA had a blue uniform. "I'm Kayne Saocheng..."

Marcos hummed, putting his finger on his lips before speaking "Kayne... Has a nice ring to it. I think this might go well, tell me what do you like Kayne?" now he wasn't about to talk about his past, that's too private and a part of him still didn't trust Marcos, obviously they just met, so he started talking about his hobbies.

"I enjoy spending time doing chores, cleaning, cooking..."

"I'd love to taste your cooking, maybe if this date goes well... We can cook tomorrow what do you say?"

And Kayne had a feeling Marcos didn't just meant breakfast this time.

Even if he wanted to make a good gift for Kurama this idea Quora proposed to him made him redder than he ever thought he could be... he looked at that maid costume on his bed... he wanted to deliver some self baked goods to him in that outfit however he put on a wig and tried to make himself look more feminine just to hope nobody recognized him...

His face was hidden behind the box he was about to deliver... he gripped it lightly nervously but to his luck nobody notice and he could stop by Kurama door... who Just gushed after seeing him remove his wig.

"Kayne you look adorable!! <3"

He hid his face and coughed slightly emberassed.

"M-Master... would accept my gift as graditude and.... for me to be your maid for today."

Just the whole sight of it was enough for the fox to fling him over his shoulders and hold the package in the other hand... the sweets in the package also made him happy but he ate up Kayne playing his maid for the day doing chores and trying out other outfits for him...

"Let me feed you some chocolates master... I hope they are to your liking."

"Even if the act is cute you don't have to, how about you come here?"

He patted his lap and Kayne turned red again yet gave a slight nod avoiding his eyes as the fox kissed his cheek.

A present from heart

Before Valentines but also at his school Amore wings day arrived, Kayne spend almost the whole night working on preparing things... spending a ton of time in the kitchen and his room to fill the box he had as a gift for Valerie with all he could... after all he wanted to show her how much she means to him... even if he had to hit Felicity on her head twice for trying to sabotage him for fun.

In the morning he headed to NRC... his good old assassin training worked well helping him sneak into the school without being noticed by anyone however shortly before he could drop his box before her room and leave she opened the door... blinking a bit tired at him.

"Kayne?"

"M-my apoligies... I wanted to leave your gift here but-"

She pulled him in a small hug as his face lit up red.

"Why didn't you just give it to me personally? I am happy enough to see you."

"I am... a little bit shy about it... I am sorry..."

She took his hand and the package he carefully crafted before settling it on the desk... slowly opening it.

"Cinnamon rolls... they smell so delicious... the flowers are also so pretty... wait is that-"

She put the food and flowers to the side and took out a small dress that was rightly fitted to her, giving her a more pretty look.

"I asked Tyler... he usually does a lot for his label but he made it on my request."

"You are just the sweetest but... did you want to see me in such a short skirt~"

"I-I... umm..."

"I just tease you... I love it though."

She looked more into the box while eating one of the cinnamon rolls before turning around and almost knocking him over with a hug.

"You really tried to spoil me, thank you so much, Kayne. I love you so much!"

"I.. love you as well... I wanted to thank you... for giving me so much love... despite knowing the horrid things I did."

She pressed his hair to the side and kissed his forehead.

Given its more after the letter I just do everyone with K

-He mainly wears his gasmask in public to just keep his identity hidden, if he doesn't work home and has to go to his company he wears a suit and also shaves before going there... almost looking like a different formal person but given they barely need him there, he look rough most of the time

-the Scars on his body came from confrontations with some thugs where he protected weaker people... eventually he learned to use his technological prowess instead to expose others via hidden cameras and so secretly aided the police detaining a ton of violent folks

-he isn't however fully morally great, some things he ignores on purpose for selfish reasons... as in people who deserved a punishment or him getting something out of this

-despite his job he has way too much time on his hands

-Interacting with Fumiko or Carol... he would probably mock Carol for always trying to be the goody two shoes but actually is impressed by how she can stand up for himself, while Fumiko he would more get annoyed by her nature but can manipulate for his gain

-The only really connections he has in RSA is that Louis and him had a fight once as he noticed him trying to steal something from his NPC dorm mates and it was a chase that ended with them having a small scuffle at least untill Louis noticed what Kumo stole... it wasn't a valuable but a weapon that could have harmed one of the other dorm members, Louis let up from him but still they are on bad foot

-The other is Agni who Kumo met by accident and was fascinated in his vase making and so he helped out with some paint strokes to make some beautiful vases... he wouldn't admit he sees him friendly but inside he has a soft spot for him

-rarely anyone saw him without his braided hair unless you catch him in the sports dressing room

-Has a habit of bitting of his nails when he is annoyed

-Kaeru has a small crush on Ame in HSA given he was always fascinated in ghosts and what was behind them but so far she has no interest in him

-is capable of making 56 different kind of Japanese sweets himself aside his knowledge about fish dishes

-a multitalent given he does try a lot of things where he can hence why he also tried to play a DJ, sew stuff and more to learn just more and more things

-Wants to continue the tradition of having a big family like his parents

-In his room are a lot of weird Egg themed merchandise as well as a chicken themed plushy

-Aiden thought him knife throwing so he is a similar menace when it comes to egging him on when he is in the kitchen

-He fears often that eventually the memories of his past life with his trauma in the mafia would drive him to overblot so he is one of the students that the most visits Pherea for counciling... to keep his sanity and stay resitant

-Its not like he didn't know about Quora and Aidens crush on him... he believes he isn't that deserving of love in itself... so he just waits and works better with bolder honest partners

-As Dr. Nabusa was still alive Kome often said on her fathers lap during his experiments and learned enough to talk with Tiam about making certain bombs and grenades

-The sickness slowly drains on her sanity hence why she often lies by accident... she doesn't mean to but its defensive mechanism

-the words she reacts worse to is when people tell her "You are lucky." because she saw her luck always more a curse

-Has in fact Peko merch in her room and often gasp like a fangirl if she sess her in a hallway

-Is able to ride a motorcycle despite his amnesia cause Yasuno dragged him to a test that deemed him as fit

-He gets very red if you without permission touch his belly cause he is not used to such touches and his scar is sensitive

-He asked Yasuno time and time again if he knows more than he leads on and feels often that he treats him like a kid which annoys him

-Surprisingly he sometimes acts like he can talk to animals but doesn't understand them one bit

-Joel offers him sometimes an ear to listen to... especially cause of those stories of his

To his luck his assassin training made him avoid some of the crowds and the people that looked for him to give him chocolate well... he sneaked around the corners trying to make his way to his classes untill eventually he was lucky enough to arrive on time...

Writing down notes and trying not to pay this day much mind he did sense something upon him... gazing across the room he noticed Ciros eyes on him... it was like he was trying to send him a message with it. Kayne blushed a little seeing a wink from him hiding in his collar as the teacher called him out... it would have been fine if the teacher for this class wasn't his mother herself.

"I know today is the day of Love Lads... but Valentines starts after classes, Loves. How about you focus for now?"

Kayne wanted to sink down onto his desk by that call out but many didn't even notice his embarassment... But after class he was quickly lured away by Ciro who put his arm on the wall above him, cornering the little servant.

"What do you say, Love bug? Are you free to spend the day with me?"

"O-of course... would you like dinner? Or maybe a trip outside of school."

I... didn't want to see her hurt... I wanted her to keep that smile... and this was how it started... that I slowly fell for her as the new light of hope for the future."

"We met as Jamil asked me to get some spices from the kitchen as she made some pastries... the star themed ones caught my attention... she noticed my eyes and despite my more distant response she did seem kind to understand me... Both Chouka and Kayne were sleeping in the same room during the school trip, well eventually we have a sleepy Chouka who then mushed Kayne's face into her breasts while hugging him.

"....mm..." She may have kisses Kayne while mushing him into her two while sleeping

( remember that Chizuko may have taken Flynn's blood with him knowing for her ability? Reverse it )

Ofc she was in his bedroom ( in her oversized white button up shirt and shorts as pjs ) but a certain rose up-

Maybe he could move her arm to get out but at the attempt he was smushed in even more... eventually he passed out instead... the next day she noticed him face first laying there, stroking his hair.

"Morning, you look still tired."

He lifted up his head perplexed, still blusing heavily and looking up at her.

"If you only knew..."

A big smug grin appeared on his face as he quickly grabbed her wrists as if to stop her and pull her closer. Trying to not strain his wound but still keep her from walking away from this conversation.

"If my dear Onyx wants a taste of me I don't mind in the slightest~ You know you mean a lot to if I allow you that much. Nobody else I would show my wounded back to."

"You are a moron really."

"That may be, but just you know."

He leaned closer pulling his hands to her hips and placing her on his lap. Lovingly kissing her neck before withdrawing and whispering into her ears.

Even if he himself didn't believe it, Kayne was pursued by many students... this mysterious silence, the good food, the fact he had something pretty about him was enough to lure people closer. Aiden and Quora were proof enough how easy it was to fall for him.

However it wouldn't take long till Ciro noticed that as well. On that day the two of them walked the venue of a small school festival together... Looking around and getting a breather as some boys and girls approached Kayne while Ciro was getting them both a snack.

"How do you get your hair to look that pretty?"

"Do you give one on one cooking lessons, Kayne?"

"Is that purple eye real?"

He was a little overwhelming by the attention trying to respond politely however Ciro emerged behind him, a death glare at the group as he pulled him in an embrace for a deep kiss... the group getting a bit away at the sight.

"You should probably ask someone else, he is busy."

This blunt response worked to keep the group away as Kayne still lightly hid in his arm, deep red from the sudden display of affection... at least untill Ciro noticed he accidentally bit into his boyfriends lip... so He leaned down to lick some of it of his lip.

"It's f-fine... thank you... I didn't know what to do."

Kayne hesitantly gripped his hand as Ciro handed him a small snack and the two walked along yet... the Servant still could feel the wound in his lip... blushing for a while.

He was nervous. Not only was he not used to such big festivities but thanks to his dorm mates he did put up the courage to ask Chouka to go with him to this year's destiny road prom... he adjust his suit but in all he felt out of place. Usually he in the past blended into such places to pursue a target... now he was here as guest and possibly had to dance later. Yet as he was lost in thoughts suddenly he heard footsteps approach him.

Seeing Chouka in her Zodiac themed outfit he wanted to hide His red face again and so he did behind the flowers he got her. Holding them out hesitantly however she took his hand and placed a small kiss on his palm, smiling back at him.

"You look really handsome, Kayne.~"

"Y-you are also just really pretty."

It seemed like reversed worlds as she offered him her arm and he kept the flowers in his hands as they both walked in... but he didn't care... maybe it felt good for once to do such simple things he couldn't do before.

He still blushed from the previous handkiss yet as they arrived in the Venue Chouka snatched the flowers out of his hand to get a closer look at his face.

"No need to be shy, I can guide you with dancing if you are nervous. "

"I would appreciate it... I am only used to the few things I learned from the Young master."

She walked to the dance floor and held his hand gently, leading him along.

After a small event he had to attend, Flynn asked if he could stay over at Chizuko's room, yet as they both sit down and he started to unbutton his shirt, he noticed her leaning closer to pick up some smells.

"You even know the Littlest speck of wounds I have, Onyx... its fascinating... let me help you then."

He pulled it off from his shoulders and pushed his left nape near her as she inspected a small cut wound.

"You idiot could at least mention it "

"Its just a scratch, when you were out to get drinks, don't worry about it."

Her hands rested on his shoulders and as he saw her gaze he smirked.

"I don't mind if you have a taste and leave a mark on me, go ahead. My beloved Onyx."

She nodded and left the bite more around the wound... licking some of the blood leftover from it away and tasting it a little as he put a Hand on her chin.

"You are just to beautiful to me to say no."

On instinct he pulled her closer for a kiss... his teeth also lingered on her lips as they playfully bit another during this display, huffing for breath getting invested into the other before some drool and blood left their lips... Flynn leaned over her and smirked.

"Did you desire me that much?"

"Shut up... it was just a good taste."

"Your eyes tell me something else... as well as how much your tongue wanted to tease me... if I stay let me make this night memorable for you."

She avoided his gaze as some more kisses and small bites from him grazed her neck... and as the moon shined in the two decided to make this night one to focus solely on another.... Flynn wanted to claim her all to himself.

For that getting married to the wrong person thing

"She has a side piece and I have proof!" - Valerie to Kayne

In actuality this ceremony was all a fraud... this was all a plot from the person who tasked him... he should have sneaked into a royal house and wed in to get to the mistress of the house... it wasn't like he didn't care whom he gets married to but given the goal was to take out that mistress, it didn't matter if the ceremony was sucessfull or not... she should pay for her crimes... and so Kayne prepared his suit and hair for this... he didn't want to tell Valerie... how should he tell the person he loves: Oh I am getting married to someone I don't know for a job.

And so he stayed in silence... untill the fated day arrived... he kept his cover up well... seeming like the perfect gentleman to that woman, guiding her to the altar... but as the priest recited the vows, suddenly the door was kicked in... Kayne seeming shocked to the core with the face he saw.

"I object to this marriage!!! This woman is not worth of this man."

Many of the guests gasped but Valerie didn't come in alone, some police officers were following her and walking to the bride.

"How dare you, who do you think you are, disturbing the wedding with my dearest Kayne?"

"I have much prove about you being just a lying little rich girl. You have some affairs... some men you only married to use them to your goal...but this wouldn't be enough... I digged deeper into the crimes you commited miss scarlet... I go through lengths to protect who is dear to me."

She looked away from the rich woman who was furious and turned to Kayne.

"Val I-"

Before he could explain himself he got pulled by his collar for a kiss.

"I know... your client was nice enough to fill me in... you still should have told me. I would never let anyone take you away from me."

"I didn't want to concern you."

In the end he got what he wanted... the target was detained by the police... even if not fully disposed off like he should this would satisfy his client... however he quickly got hit with another bomb of emotion.

"Well given this ceremony is built up why don't we take advantage of it and get wed?"

"W-what?"

His face got flustered all over as she chuckled and pulled him closer...

"Or I can just wait till you are ready to get married to me, either way I won't let you go."
